We had a great tour at The Atrium. I wished my mom could have gone there, but she had just enough memory problems that she wasn’t a good candidate for independent living. I liked that they were very honest with me about that, that it's not the place for loved ones who need medical assistance, help with prescriptions, etc. And they were priced accordingly. I also liked that it was an active community. Many people were still driving, and there were a lot of people up and about and coming and going.

Out of the many facilities that we toured, we liked Aston Gardens the most. It was a lovely place and we liked the apartments and layout a lot. The only downfall is the buildings are separate, so in order to get to meals and such you have yo walk outside or get a golf cart to go to and from. The facility itself was very clean and all of the people we met with were so friendly.

Veranda Club is a great place to live with great people. We like it because it's out of the way, not on a major road. So it feels very safe. And it backs up onto a lake. They keep everything very clean. The staff is wonderful. Believe it or not, the food is great. And I'm surprised at how much we're getting for what we're paying compared to other places.

Mom had been living with a family member and it wasn’t working out. She was too isolated. We were instantly impressed with Brookdale Hoffman Estates. The common areas are tastefully decorated and immaculate. Mom thought the dining room looked like a resort! She has been living there for two weeks and already has friends to dine with and socialize and yesterday she told me she’s going to learn Bridge. Her apartment is sunny and spacious. She is so happy every time I call her. Our family is so grateful to have found this caring community for our Mom to become part of.

Even with the brief experience our family and loved one had with Menomonee Place, the staff members were excellent. We really appreciate the staff, and [name removed] who runs the place was great and the nurses were very nice. They get our loved one with a group of other residents to get involved in a few different things. We really appreciate that.

I had a really nice tour experience at Polo Park Estates. It looked like a great facility and the staff were awesome and answered all of my questions. It was just the location that it came down to.

Since moving in, I've been pleasantly surprised at home easy it has been to make a major life change. The setting, staff, amenities, food and other residents made like here wonderful. The setting is beautiful. Close to shopping, churches etc. Something for everyone

I had reservations about moving into an assisted living community but found a warm and sincere welcome here. Volunteer resident "ambassadors" are great help and newcomers become members of the community. I have made friends of both residents and staff, enjoy the varied and delicious meals and many activities. Recommended!

My Aunt [name removed] was 97 years old. She was in pretty good health when she entered The Davis Place in Bullhead City. Her little apartment was very cozy, and the staff kept it very clean. Staff always took care of her needs in a very timely manner. Staff was always very friendly and helpful to my wife and I, and always answered all of our questions and took care of all of our concerns. The staff took note that other than my wife and I, [name removed] didn't get many visitors. They would always tell my wife and I how happy they were that we came to visit [name removed]. [name removed] passed away last week. The whole staff was very attentive and cordial. From management to janitorial, everyone was always professional and willing to help, with whatever we needed. We appreciate each and every one of them and would recommend The Davis Place for anyone needing to place their loved one in an assisted living facility.

We picked because this community, because of the convenience, location, staff, and price. They have been very attentive to what she needs. I would recommend to other families.

They have a lot of activities, such as; bingo, sing-along, church services, puzzles, and games. They try to keep the residents busy. It's so expensive, but my loved one has total care. We picked this community. because it was recommended, I got good vibes after visiting. It's very clean, nice, and my loved one has a private room. I like the staff. I would recommend to other families.

Call it home. This place was great for my loved one, for the short time that he was here. Everybody was great. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They tried to make it the best that they could for my loved one. Communication with the family was really good. Housekeeping did a good job with cleanliness. The food was actually great, good quality and variety. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I was worried my husband wouldn't like it, but we both love it due to the high marks given on the items listed above. This is exactly where we need to be at this time in our life. We have health issues but can still live independently to a large degree and can use help with daily items that were getting difficult like shopping, cooking, cleaning, and house maintenance, which are all taken care of now. We have met so many friendly people, including the staff, who are wonderful. We feel safe, taken care of, and stress less as the staff helps us at every step.

The staff is wonderful. She loves the food and the activities. They have Bingo, painting classes, church services, and music. They are very attentive, and responsive. They have been great. We picked this community because it was close to our family, and they have a mecaid by down. I would recommend to other families.

This is a community that is close to family to visit our loved one. The staff are very friendly and they know the entire family by name. My loved one seems to be happy here. The staff communication with the family is good and they are responsive to our questions or concerns. There are three meals a day and there are choices to choose from.

We toured this community and it was wonderful. The only thing that didn't fit our needs were the activities, we were looking for more of a variety of those for our loved one. Cleanliness and friendliness were good here.

My mother absolutely loves her apartment. I looked at a lot of different places and there is a great value for the size of the apartments. It is well laid out whereas some others I had seen weren't the best. They have a happy hour every night so she is able to mingle and meet residents. She is getting into the activities, their exercise programs are far and above. People are out and about and going to activities - they are not just sitting in their rooms. They are very active.The staff are all very nice and on top of things. I would highly recommend them to others looking. It is a little further out so location may not be ideal for some - but it was great for us.

We love Brighton Gardens! They take amazing care of my aunt, they take them out to local restaurants or shopping occasionally, the chef there is excellent, they even had a stir fry night for them, and they offer all kinds of entertainment for the residents. They provide housekeeping, laundry, and medical care. They also supply free transportation two days a week for doctors appointments. They also have a hairdresser. The staff is friendly and genuinely care about their residents. Everyone was was very helpful when I was setting up my aunt's apartment and moving her furniture and things into the building and set up her bed frame and mattress for me. I found their fees to be comparable with other facilities, but my aunt really liked that at Brighton Gardens her apartment has a living room, kitchenette, and a separate bedroom. It's not just a one-room apartment. She has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower with a built-in seat and handheld shower. She also has a big closet as you walk in the door to her apartment. They decorate for every season and if the resident doesn't have their own decorations, they decorate their residence's door area. They are great about keeping in touch with me about how my aunt is doing. I can't say enough positive things about Brighton Gardens!

The community provides a piece of mind for me while I am an hour away with a busy job and family. I know my loved one is being cared for. Clarks Summit are like a small family. My loved one has a hard time realizing they can not be independent and the staff really try to get my loved one involved and included. The place is spotless. My loved one says the food could be better. The price is high but was better than some places. The community tracks my loved one's appointments and make sure my loved one gets there. The nurses assisted in an easier way for my loved one to remain independent with their meds but safe for them.
