In the 9-plus months I have lived here, I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have been both amazed and impressed by the friendliness, as well as professionalism of management and staff. On one or two occasions, I have had minor maintenance issues and these were quickly resolved by both maintenance personnel. The monthly resident meetings are always productive, with management and staff not only briefing us on current events, but answering all our concerns, as well. The meals are usually very good and menus are updated regularly. Finally, and no less important, I have been able to develop some wonderful friendships in the community.

Benton House is a friendly, safe and happy environment. I definitely feel comfortable with my mother-in-law being there. She is well taken care of. And I would recommend them to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and we were very pleased with the entire experience, the only reason we did not go with this community was the location. It took us weeks to make that decision because we liked everything about Brookdale. It was immaculately clean, the staff were incredibly friendly. We saw a lot of activities going on and the nurse was wonderful. They also told us we could call them with any questions we had.

Great support from the personnel. I would absolutely recommend The Watermark by the Bay to others.

They have been horrible about doing repairs. My mom moved in the beginning of January and they have not fixed a broken window, broken granite in her kitchen and her outlets in her primary bath don't work. The staff overall has been great. My mother loves it there and has made a lot of new friends.

The Forum at Park Lane was excellent. I found the people more appealing. The personnel was friendly, but the facility wasn't as new or as nice as the other place my mother stayed, like [URL removed}. Keeping in touch with them was straightforward. The phone may always be answered by someone. They didn't seem confident in giving me important information. The food seemed to be good, and the accommodations were comfortable.

I had a relative that worked for this community and my parents visited this community before being moved out of state. I lived in Redlands for most of my life. This is a very clean community, and caring staff. Highly recommend it.

Mother convalesced at Walker 4.5 years ago after a hip replacement. She told us then, when it is time, I want to come back to Walker. Mom is just short of 91, and decided it was time. We moved her in last week. I cannot say enough about the overall experience. Everyone on staff from the Executive Director to the Community Relations Manager, Care Services Manager, Activities Director, maintenance, chefs, nursing and cleaning staff have welcomed us with open arms. The facility is clean and inviting. We know that Mom is safe and happy in her new home. Thank you to all at Walker for helping make this transition a pleasant and positive experience.

My elderly sister,[name removed], broke her hip in late 2022. [name removed] was released from the Hospital around the first of January, 2023. Nurses from Sacred Heart Home Health were assigned to help her recover at home. The nurses and I quickly found out she was no longer capable to live at home alone. One of the Health Care Nurses, [name removed], agreed and suggested transferring her to a Assisted Care Senior Center, called Oak Gardens Place in Altoona, Wisconsin, to help her recover. To coin a phrase, it was what the doctor ordered. Initially she was upset she could not live at home alone but within the first couple weeks realized she needed help and accepted the care she was being given. Starting with the Director [name removed], I and my sister [name removed] cannot begin to thank the administration, nurses, and staff for the positive assistance she received. I and my sister highly recommend Oak Gardens Place for your senior love ones. They will get the care they deserve.

I had to find a place for my brother. I went to several facilities and new when I went to Mattison Crossing this was the place I wanted him to be. The staff is amazing. Always responds to me when I call. And they contact me if my brother has any changes. Most importantly he has adjusted very well. The staff know all the people there by name and are kind to the people there. The aides are amazing and care for everyone with patience.

This place is like nothing I've ever seen! It does not look like a typical assisted living facility. The grounds are so well kept and they have so many amenities for the residents. They offer even short-term stays! [Name removed] is truly amazing and such an asset to the community! Great job.

We thought the overall value was exceptional, what really drew us to the community was the price - it was lower then other facilities we had looked at but we received the same quality of services. We like how they have physical therapy on sight which had helped tremendously. With it being assisted living, they had plenty of aids roaming around and would assist anyone who needed it. They were very attentive during our loved ones illness and when he needed to return to this community they took him back with no issues. They also have hospice at the facility. Overall the staff were very cooperative with everything and were just exceptional. We would definitely recommend New Seasons at New Britain to other families.

[name removed] at Discovery Village was super helpful. Any time I called her for any questions she always returned my calls. I was very happy working with her. Everyone I dealt with is super friendly. They go way beyond their duties to help you out when picking an assisted living for someone

This was a very nice community. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication with the family, they are responsive with our questions and requests. There are three meals served a day and the residents have choices to choose from. There is housekeeping included. There is a kitchenette in the apartment. There are villas available that have full kitchens in them.

The interaction with the staff has been wonderful. They have been really great, with acomodating my loved one with the food. They have a ton of activites. The value for the money is good. We picked this community, because the atmo was a lot lighter. They have been very good with helping, my loved one and keeping me informed. They have been working with my loved one. I would recommend to other families, and have already done so.

I think the staff is exceptional. Everyone we met was so friendly and we had a chance to meet all of the directors of the different departments the first day we went to visit. I thought the food was going to be a little bit better than it has turned out to be. I had a chance to meet the chef and the kitchen staff though and they make every effort to do the best that they can and want to try and allow you to individually choose what you want. They will make whatever you would like that is not on the menu and I think that is great. The property and the view is very pleasant as well. The security is great and we also got the numbers for the front desk if we were there afterhours. It feels very safe. The value for the money here is great, he is saving a lot of money each month by being here. We did not even have to look at other places, he put his money down the day that we came to tour.

mom did not participate due to health. My family was so impressed with the overall quality of staff. They were so caring and patient with mom.

My loved one was here. My husband told me that if he ever needed this kind of help, he would definitely be going to Somerford House and Place Hagerstown first. It is top of the list.

The Atrium at Gainesville is fantastic and worth every penny. My mom is so happy. The meals are fantastic. Management is fantastic. Maintenance is fantastic. Housekeeping is fantastic - they keep everything clean and spotless. The staff make sure everyone has everything they needed. The amenities are wonderful. I cannot say enough good thing about The Atrium. Living there has been wonderful for my mom.

Kiley Ranch was a lovely place. It’s brand new. The people I met were really nice. Like a lot of the places that we looked at, it was more expensive and had a lot more activities. It felt fancier. None of that was anything my loved one would have been interested in. But for somebody who wants a very nice, luxury experience with lots of activities and things do, it’s a great place. The Executive Director called me after the tour to follow up. And she was very gracious when I told her we had selected another place, which I appreciated.
