The one thing that my parents continually brag on is the driver who takes them shopping, to doctor appointments, to the pharmacy, etc. They've been very impressed with her flexibility and responsiveness, and that has been a really positive point for my parents. I hear great things from them about the food. And they like their apartment. They seem very comfortable. The only negative I've heard from them is they think the heater isn't quite strong enough for someone of a very cold nature.

I toured this facility and it was nice!

I was a resident for a short time, to get better before returning home. The staff are helpful and very nice. The food was great, and the activities were fun. If I was to stay long term this would be a place that I would consider.

I toured this community with my parents. I found it to be clean and neat. The inside was nice, and the outside was very well kept. The rooms were clean and had a lot of space. Great activities for the Residents as well.

This community is lovely, with friendly staff. The rooms are nice and spacious. The pictures that are hung are nice and they have a theme for every holiday. Very festive. The outside is very well maintained.

I love the staff they are really nice! We got new seating in the dining room, and so I get to sit with new people which I love. I love to participate in some of the activities in the community, like Bingo!

We like the community so much, that the family is looking for ourselves in Plano, TX. The staff care and it is a good value for your money here. The staff have been good to work with, and any requests are quickly resolved. There are three meals a day served. They could use some additional staff in the dining room, as the meals can take a bit to get out to the residents.

This was a nice community. It was not the right fit for my loved one.

I love it here! It's a great place. The people are friendly. It's clean and nice and well kept. It has a great setting where you can go walking. I like it a lot.

I rate everything at a 5 except for the food, my mother complains about the food. They have a new chef coming. They do have activities. They also wash and make her bed and do very light cleaning, it meets her needs. Yes, I would recommend to others. She's settling in and making some friends.

Seaton Townson has been a wonderful and super experience for our family. Our loved one has adjusted very well and has really took to the community like duck to water. Based on our experience we have had so far we would recommend the Seaton Townson community to other families.

My loved one did not get a chance to move in. We picked this community because it felt like home. It had a warm feeling. I would recommend to other families.

Overall they have been really good. The food has been the biggest complaint. There is no variety on the menu and a lot of it is very bland but I know a lot of people have to go off that diet. I just think they should offer some choices. I would recommend The Camelot. It is a clean, friendly and safe place to be.

I think that the staff is extremely helpful. They are very friendly and helpful with every resident that they have. I would recommend definitely recommend Raincross at Riverside to other families.

I was shown around the facility and shown the one bedroom and was AMAZED by the huge size. I thought it was TOO big for 1 person and talked to 5 residents at different times and they loved it. Also invited to dinner and saw the food, too.

We really like the Overland Court community - it is very easy and yet in a peaceful area. The grounds are kept very nice and we really like the accessibility to the rooms and the other common areas. They have a beauty shop there and for that era it is very important for the residents to have their hair done. Even though our loved one does not participate in the activities, from what we have seen they are great. Our first impression of the staff is that they are caring and friendly and that has not changed. We would recommend Overland Court Senior Living to other families.

It's vey clean. The friendliness is outstanding. The staff tries to fix things, and they are constantly upgrading things. They try hard to accomodate people. The waiters and waitresses in the cafeteria really work. The food is excellent. There is no problem with the food. There is plenty of activities, and things to do. The value for the money is good.

I thought Rittenhouse Village at Lehigh Valley was really nice. It was just too expensive.

I thought Kiley Ranch was a really nice place. It was brand new. I liked everything about it. My loved one preferred a different place, but had the choice been up to me, I would have picked Kiley Ranch.

It's good place. Recently there was a change in management, which was an improvement. They try to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. The apartment is pretty basic but it's fine, and not too small. They com once a week to clean. I have no complaints. Some of the people who live here have been here twenty years, so it's a good place to make friends.
