Terrace Place has been a blessing and this community works out best for our family. It is accessible to medical care complexes and you can book an appointment on the shuttle bus in advance to take you to and from the appointments. It is a larger facility which makes our loved one have to get out and walk to different parts of the community - this had made her strong and have more mobility. They have underground parking which is heated. The apartments are such great size, they have a giant bathroom, a full size kitchen with a full size refrigerator and freezer. They have their own washer and dryer and dishwasher. Cable is included. Our loved one has adjusted very well and while she was adjusting in the beginning the staff were very accommodating. There is always something going on at the community, we like that social aspect of it but the meals are more basic,

The staff members at The Watermark are incredible, when something comes up we are notified immediately so we really appreciate their communication. When we had questions about the billing they immediately set up meetings. When it comes to the meals they go out of their way to make sure our loved ones food is always the exact same size and same consistency. In the last couple of months the activities have improved and their are loads of them. It is expensive but it had to be done, the room quality is much better then other communities we looked at and we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

We picked this community, because we liked the feel of it, it suited the type of facility that my loved one needed. They have done well with taking care of my loved one.. It felt more like an apartment complex of people, and not a home where thy are not confided or locked up.. They can go and come as they please.. I would recommend to other families.

I attended the opening of the Not Another Second photography exhibition at The Watermark at Westwood Village earlier this week. It was amazing. Great food, celebrities, music, and a very moving exhibition. That is open to the public. This is not your typical senior living community! Wonderful.

Both my father-in-law and my mother have been residents of Brookdale Pittsford. They are outstanding at training their staff to deal with the wide variety of issues and personalities expressed with a dementia diagnosis. The staff are caring, efficient and flexible. They treat each resident as in individual while keeping the needs of the whole community in mind. The meals are good with flexible options. The facilities were designed for persons with memory care issues. There are two separate but equal housing areas allowing for more personalized care. Each side is set up in a circle. The doors to a larger meeting area and the second side are opened for much of the day allowing a large area for walking. Doors are secure. There are activities scheduled seven days a week. Visitors are always welcome. One of the things that meant a lot to my family was the ability to have hospice care in the facility with no change of venue for the resident. We may need this for mom.

The entire Heartis team have shown exceptional care and attention since move in and our experience has been nothing but outstanding! The receptionist team to the Caregivers to the Dining Room Servers. Everyone is top notch!

They are awesome. They do a nice job with the activites. We are very happy with, the value for the money. It's been great. The caregivers are amazing. I would reccomend to other families.

Our father is in a wheelchair now. He gets good care. The staff has been very helpful, they answer all our questions so we are not kept in the dark. My father, who can be picky about his food, finds the food satisfying.

Great people work here. The staff is helpful. This facility provides light housekeeping. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

I'm very pleased with this facility. I had an unusual need for my loved one's and they were very accommodating. The staff is very attentive and caring. I visit a lot and it's always clean and no smell anywhere I go. They provide housekeeping.

If you’re looking for peace of mind, this is the place to bring your loved ones. The care team are kind hearted and take good care of the residents. All the residents are well cared for, their clothes are kept clean and washed and beds are made daily. Residents always look neat and tidy. My husband, who lives in the memory care neighborhood, brags about the food that is served. He says it’s the best he’s ever had. There are a lot of activities to keep them busy my husband loves the music acts, you’ll find him singing and whistling along. I highly recommend Fremont Hills.

I have lived at Premier Residences for almost 12 years. I moved in after losing my husband. I was looking for friends, a safe place, good food and caring staff. I’m blessed that I found it all here at Five Star! We are a big family here!

I visited five memory care facilities. I’ve confirmed I made the right decision to place her there, and have come to realize that the staff is the most important reason in this case. Every single person I’ve encountered, from the director of the facility to the people cleaning and serving meals, has been friendly and helpful. More importantly, they all seem to genuinely care about the residents, treating them more like family than like someone they are forced to care for. Staff all know every resident’s name and all treat residents very well. Heck, a lot of the staff even know my name and which resident I’m associated with. I have yet to encounter a single instance of a staff member having a less than pleasant-and helpful attitude. Several staff members have expressed to me that they love their jobs. Clearly, Heartis goes to great lengths when vetting potential employees. If it is time to place your loved one in an assisted living or memory care facility, I highly recommend Heartis!

Right when you walk into Morada Pantego it just looks clean and looks like an upscale apartment complex. There are no fowl smells and it does not feel like a nursing home at all. The staff members are incredible they are so friendly. The meals they serve according to our loved one are excellent, she loves them and they always have different activities going on. It is a good value and we would recommend this community to other families.

I toured this community and it was excellent. Cleanliness was great and everyone was friendly. The facility is very wheelchair friendly. They didn't have a wheelchair accessible apartment available at the time of our tour, but it was our second choice.

Holiday Paradise Springs was wonderful. The staff are super friendly and very caring. They truly get to know your family member, and they call them by name. They call and go out of their way to check on you and help you get set up. If you're moving in under stressful circumstances, they put you at ease. That peace of mind is worth the cost. And compared to places nearby, they are reasonable in cost.

We like TerraBella Little Avenue because the facility was smaller than the other ones that we visited. It seemed like the best fit for my loved one. I would recommend this facility to others.

Brookdale was awesome - the staff members were kind, understanding, professional, accommodating and fair. The facility is very clean and great quality of care. We couldn't be in better hands while my mom was in hospice...she was only there 5 days. It was a good experience

I found [name removed] very polite and how important she made me feel. Like I belonged. The staff at Holiday Diamond Ridge are absolutely wonderful! They go above and beyond to provide the best experience possible for their residents and their families. During my initial search for a place where my mom could be happy, I was greeted by the Community Sales Manager, [name removed]. She patiently listened to our needs and quickly our search became her search. I felt we had someone in our corner to sure the fit was perfect. Upon entering the front door, [name removed] is often there to greet us. [name removed] is yet another friendly, compassionate, and professional employee at Holiday Diamond Ridge. He, like many others I have met so far, treat my family like it is their family.
