There are issues in the dining room from time to time. We like that there are three different levels of care. Independent living, assisted-living and skilled nursing. My parents are in assisted living just before my father passed. Skilled nursing took over some of his care. They were caring and compassionate.

My mom passed away last April, so my responses are not current. But they get all 5's. They were awesome and mom was very happy there. The staff was attentive and caring. From the receptionist to the marketing team to the medical staff. Loved the attentiveness of the aides and activities director.

We were so happy we used a place for mom. We were lucky to be assigned to [name removed] who helped us find assisted living for our Uncle when under pressure to find housing within 3 days.She could not have been more helpful or understanding. If we need help again we will definitely contact APFM.

Mom was very happy there. I just wanted to add, that from [date removed] when she entered TC until she passed in [date removed], she needed to go into NH rehab facilities a few times for extra therapy, and each and every time she was discharged, I was so afraid TC would not accept her back since they really didn't provide that level of care she needed as an assisted living facility. With the loving and caring assistance and extra support from Sacred Heart Hospice for the last few months, she was able to remain there comfortably until the end. For this, my family and I were extremely grateful. It had always been our goal to keep her out of the nursing home. [name removed] and most of the staff were like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing placement for themselves or family members.
