Food needs some improvement. It is good and tastes ok, just needs more variety and much better presentation. However, based on the experience we have had, we would definitely recommend this community to other families. The facility is nice and clean and the staff are very caring and sweet. Food needs a little work but other than that I am very glad we chose this facility.

My mother really loves it there and I hope I can keep her there...i would say from what she has told me I will say a 5 on all of the categories but she did have a concern in regards to the rent going up....i guess in conversation from some of her neighbors...they spoke about the rent going up yearly...that may be a concern down the road. Parkview in Allen has been an amazing find for our parents. After having an extremely negative experience in another independent living facility, we feel like Parkview has been a “God-send”! The atmosphere from the staff to the other residents is so positive and welcoming. The apartment is great and our parents have been so happy with the quality of the food.
