The staff is very professional and attentive with the residents. There are 2 different room sizes available. Amenities are same as an apartment. It is a little pricey, but fair for what is offered.

[name removed] has been AMAZING, she has been so patient and noce with us during our process of finding a place for my grandmother, she has helped us and explain everything to us, we know she will be in great hands thanks to her.

We were looking for an assisted living facility for my father in law. We had gone to visit many in our area. When we walked in Preston Greens we were very impressed! It is just beautiful inside, friendly people with happy residents. We decided to take my father in law to visit Preston Greens and 2 other facilities in town. After seeing Preston Greens, my father in law said he didn’t need to see any other place! He has been there about 6 weeks now, and he seems to be content. Although we are pleased overall, we have been disappointed in the communication with the staff. We have had many emails ignored and go unanswered and the food is ok but not wonderful. They have a menu that lists about 8 optional choices if you decide you don’t want the “special “, but those get old after a while. It would be nice if they rotated that optional menu every few months. Also the service is very slow in the dining room! I do recommend Preston Greens! Overall I would give it an A-

We chose TerraBella Indian Trail because of the bright cheery appearance. Clean, and no off putting smells. Observance of care shown to residents. Price changes quickly and without notice, so know what you will be facing upfront. Personal care cost are expensive depending on residents needs. Staff are very knowledgeable, ask lots of questions.

I rate categories 1 thru 6 all fives as for number 7 value for cost there was miscommunication of pricing on the type of living space that was offered to my mother after she was settled in. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The amenities provided to a resident.. sheets, 2 sets of towels, toilet paper, trash bags for bathroom and kitchen. Room cleaned 1x weekly with sheets changed Full kitchen( refrigerator electric stove dish washer)and numerous cabinets. Bus service to doctors and ect places on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Weekly church service on Sunday and full beauty shop on Wednesday all day.

I would give them a 5 in all areas The staff there is great my dad passed in October and they have continued to take great care of my mother thank you for helping us find the place

For us, my brother and I we like that my Dad is happy, feed, looked after, has nice people to talk to.

This place has wonderful staff and a great place for our mom. [name removed] is very pleasant and helpful. Very much recommended. This establishment has good transportation to transport residents to doctors appointments and Walmart, etc.

Our mom lived here for three years and we could not have picked a better place for her. The staff always went above and beyond to make sure all of her needs were met. I cannot say enough about the kindness of [name removed], the GM of Colonial Village. He truly has a servants heart and cares about his residents. I highly recommend CV for your loved one!

Mom loved living here. The staff took great care of her, the food was delicious, and [name removed] is amazing! She eventually needed around the clock care so we moved her to an assisted living establishment.

I visit regularly and think it is a clean, friendly, community with great amenities but both have dental and gastric issues and find that not all meals offer things they can eat. I am not a dietician and have eaten there with no problems but perhaps a survey to all residents, addressing food issues might give the community an opportunity to express their opinion or preferences.

5 for all. My mom loves it there. Staff is awesome good food. The activity director [name removed] is awesome. [name removed] the maintenance manager is always friendly and patient. The outside grounds are well maintained.

Very competent staff. I have many friends and enjoy the activities. Meals are good. Good communication from all directors. I love everything about living at Solstice El Cajon.

The staff helped us navigate the application process in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.

Great staff, compassionate and friendly. Feels like home and safe. One level community so easy to get around as someone is available at all times. Tour director and coordinator are outstanding. Very clean and smells good. Food is very delicious!

Facility and staff is really nice. My only feedback negative is communication is last minute and hard to get a hold of anyone. It's hard to wait to get in the facility and leave because theres never many staff there at a time to let you in and out. Other than that it's been a great experience and great care

I have been a resident of Five Star Premiere Residences for 1 year. It is hard to know where to start when describing a very positive experience. So, I’ll begin with the building which is, anything but “institutional.” There are no long, dark halls. Five Star is a 10-story building constructed around a bright and light atrium. Natural light is everywhere. The atrium serves as a large meeting place, as well as, a space with comfortable furniture that invites conversation and seating for entertainment or a visit with a few close friends. Almost every apartment opens to a view of this atrium. Individual apartments are large and sunny with large windows and well-equipped kitchens. There are very large closets and plenty of cabinets for linens and other household items Comments would not be complete without mention of the staff. They are the heart and soul of Five Star. Starting with the Executive Director, who sets the tone of caring and respected leadership. She is thoroughly engaged

i worked with Admissions Director to get a loved one into Overland Court as I knew it would be a good fit. OC has been recently renovated looking fresh inside and out. the staff are long term and very concientious. having interviewed many Alfs i found OC was the best values for care. the apartments are airy, with nice big windows. the food is good with all day dining from noon to 5:00pm. the nursing staff exceptional and they accept diabetic residents. OC is currently upgrading and streamlining most of their internal systems. I would recommend Overland Court as a great facility to place a loved one.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a wonderful staff member and given a tour. Lots of remodeling of the establishment. Paint, carpet, etc. menu looked great. My mother is settled in and enjoying her time with the staff and the other residents at this establishment would highly recommend to anyone. Very comfortable very relaxed atmosphere. And staff is always willing to help and answer. Any questions you may have about your loved one..
