I would say we are very happy with the community and would highly recommend it.

I would say it is a nice place with good care. To be honest, we chose it because my mom was already familiar with it.

What our family likes the most about the Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett is the setting and location of the community. As well as the staff members working there and the meals that are prepared. The lake & grounds had a lot to do with why I first liked Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett.

I moved my mother into Delmar Gardens of Smyrna in December 2022. The facility is well-designed and kept up. It is located near downtown Smyrna. So, there are all sorts of restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. Which, can be accessed by Delmar’s shuttle service. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Delmar has its own rehab facility and has various à la cart services on offer as needed. Their pricing is competitive and the value is amazing. Mom is settling in nicely and enjoying her community there. Love these people.

I love it. I picked this community, because of the physical layout, location and people. I enjoy the happy hour, excursions and meatloaf. I certainly would recommend Garden Villa to others.

The apartments are bright, cheery, completely equipped, quiet and comfortable. I love (most) of the staff and residents. The environment is super caring and friendly. The activities are fantastic!

My loved one has yet to move in, but I have spent a number of hours over there getting their apartment ready. From what I have seen, cleanliness is a 4, lots of dirt and stuff near baseboards in some of the hallways, but their apartment is remarkably clean considering two people lived there for a long time. Staff is very friendly and each has been helpful when approached. My only complaint would be male staff using vulgar language in casual conversations while unaware that they can be heard around the corner. The director is a real sweetheart who seems called to serve this population and make life comfortable. Regarding activities, did see that they had a nice Easter gathering for families, but also noticed the paper decorations in the courtyard were still weathering out there a month later and it took a while for that area to be mowed to a proper length. That being said, the apartment is quiet and comfortable climate wise--one drawback being that that the bathrooms lack fans to vent the humidity. No clue about care services, meals and dining, or value for the money. I will save that the staff were diligently vacuuming the hall the last time I was there, so I guess it gets done at some point!

We toured Delmar Gardens of Smyrna during our search for care for our loved one. The staff at this facility was very friendly. They had lots of outdoor areas for the residents. The facility is bright and airy and the rooms had balconies.

The activities are great, have not been super impressed with dining staff. We picked this community, because of the outdoor area. It is set on a large property surrounded by trees.

We are very happy living at Garden Villas. They have wonderful people that work there. They provide just anything we need. The entertainment is great and there are many things to keep us busy. Best of all we have met wonderful people and get to eat good food. Come and see and you will meet us and want to be a part of us!

We chose Garden Villas because of the facilities and location. They do have plenty of activities provided for the residents. I am impressed with how friendly the staff are and they are always eager to help. We liked the layout of the apartment. We would certainly recommend Garden Villas to others,

Delmar Gardents has been a wonderful experience so far, the staff members have been wonderful and they are always happy to see us when we come to visit. They have daily activities going on for the residents and they keep all the predictable activities going so you can plan out your day and not miss anything.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice experience, but the community was just dated

The staff members were very friendly, and even though our loved one did not really participate in the activities they offered a lot for the residents. However, with the room we chose which was a studio the wheelchair and walker accessibility was really poor. Our loved one really struggled to get in and out of the bathroom with her walker.

I enjoy the people! It's a nice place to be. I enjoy getting help with my baths and the housekeeper keeps my room sparkly clean.

They are always on top of things and you always know what's going on around the building, activities, meals, etc. I have made great friends here.

My husband & I were very impressed with our tour. The building, premises and rooms were lovely and rooms were large. We also liked that there were couples as well as single men and women. We enjoyed our lunch.

I am happy with care I am receiving. Enjoy my surroundings and visiting neighbors.

Employees of all levels are helpful and go out of their way to accommodate residents. The calendar is full of activities and exercises, transportation to Dr. Visits, grocery stores, shopping malls etc. provided. Lunch outings are frequent.
