The staff is very caring and respectful, and genuine. The room sizes are just right for my loved one. I would definitely recommend this community Before covid, they had lots of good entertainment, including games, daily activities, and live music.

Memory Care Westover Hills is a caring, compassionate facility for Dementia and Alzheimer's residents. Our loved one is always clean, attended to, and happy. The staff members are well-trained professionals. They treat residents with dignity and utmost care.

We had a very good first impression, Autumn Leaves is a smaller community which we really liked, and it is all on one level. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were fairly big. Our loved one has yet to complain about the food, and they are willing to accommodating any likes and dislikes when it comes to the meals they serve.

Very clean; very attentive to residents' needs; excellent care and activities for residents.

MCWH has taken excellent care of my dad for almost a year now. I've been so pleased with the wonderful staff and prompt when I call or visit, it's made being on COVID-19 lockdown much more pleasant. Thanks, MCWH!

I would rate them higher than 5 if I could. They are number one in the state. They have done a great job with Covid-19 keeping the residents safe. They have religious services. They have snack time. The food is excellent. They have entertainment coming in and a lot of activities and two activities directors.

The clinical staff is great. The nurse assistants are very well trained and friendly too. I feel my husband is safe and well treated at Memory Care of Westover Hills.

Compared to a lot of places we looked at, this activities program is very comprehensive. The activities are everyday 9 am to 4 pm. They bring all the residents to the main living area and they have games, devotions, sing a longs, watch movies, and read stories to them. We chose this community because of the activities center, the friendliness of the staff, and the enthusiasm of the staff. The staff really love working there. I would recommend this community to other families.

My mom has been here for almost a year and we are very happy with the care she has received. The staff really cares about her and it really shows. During this difficult COVID ordeal they have kept her safe and have kept us all in the loop. Thank you.

Their administrative staff are wonderful and the communication was great. They always keep in touch with me regarding both medical and life concerns. . They seemed to have access to good quality resources outside of Grand Brook. The director and the head of nursing were really good, The caregivers seemed stable there and they were caring and kind. We toured 6 or 7 places, but we liked the homelike environment the residents seemed better cared for and engaged in this community. The community was beautiful and the room sizes were spacious with several floor plan options.

I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and thanks for the ENTIRE staff at MCOWH! They are an awesome group and I feel that a great majority of them go above and beyond in their duties. Their activities are great. The facility is great! I just can't say enough good things about [name removed] and her staff!! This time (COVID-19) has proven to be especially challenging but MCOWH staff has risen above & beyond to the challenge!! Keep the Faith and keep up the good work!

I knew when I found Memory Care of Westover Hills, I found a forever home for my father. Prior to living here, I had placed him at 3 other facilities that I just wasn’t feeling the care and support he should have been receiving. After several years at Memory Care of Westover Hills, I know I made the right decision for my father. The staff is impeccable and truly love and care for our loved ones as if they are their own family member. I can call or come by anytime (prior to Covid19) and always found my father clean and well cared for. The staff do an outstanding job of taking care of their residents from celebrations to listening to music, activities, massages, dispensing medication.... etc.... Hats off to all the staff, especially [names removed] for maintaining the high level of care for their residents .... At All Times ????????????????

The staff are very friendly and they really take care of your loved one as their own family. During COVID-19, they have been sending pictures and letters with updates of how my dad is doing and what they are doing in the community. From the outside, the community doesn't look like a typical senior facility. It has well manicured landscape and is very well taken care of. When you walk inside, it feels just like being at home. There are lovely sitting rooms for families. The food is really good with a lot of variety. They offer three meal choices at each meal to choose from as well. The staff came out my dad's house to evaluate him and once we chose their community, they arranged everything for us including transporting my dad to the community.

The caregiving team strives for an excellent quality of care. They are knowledgeable and compassionate in caring for their residents. The administration staff makes every effort to keep open lines of communication with families and addresses concerns with due diligence. MCLR offers a warm home environment with lots of social activities including volunteers and school groups from the community. They serve well balanced meals that are tasty and easy to eat. The facility and individual rooms are clean and orderly. Our parent has received loving care, and we would recommend MCLR to any family needing assistance in the care of their loved one.

I love this home for my Mother. She has been a resident for almost 4 years. She has always been treated with respect and kindness. She has enjoyed activities designed exspecially for her and danced herself through many a party. God gave my family a precious gift with my Mama and then gave our Mama a precious gift when he lead us to MCLR. It truly is the home she deserves to dwell in with caring friends. Love flows throughout this home??.

The stand-out feature of Memory Care of Little Rock is the staff. The facility is beautiful and clean with lots of natural light. The food is good and nicely presented. But the staff members are the real difference-makers. They are cheerful, ready to serve, patient, and enthusiastic team players. They know the residents personally and work to find activities each one might like and be able to do. They try to help the residents find friends. During the current COVID-19 lockdown, they have worked tirelessly to keep residents connected with their families and the outside world. Anytime I have had a question or suggestion a staff member has listened and granted my request if at all possible. My family and I are very thankful our mom is being cared for at Memory Care of Little Rock.

I would highly recommend Memory Care of Little Rock for a loved one with any form of dementia. The facility is specifically designed and suited for persons with cognitive impairments. The staff is professional and treat residents with care and respect. They get to know each resident and strive to enrich days with meaningful activities; encouraging socialization and friendship. Knowledgeable in dementia, the trained staff helped my family understand and navigate this heartbreaking disease. I love that family is encouraged to participate in festive events such as holiday luncheons and birthday parties. Events like these are very special to residents and allow family to continue celebrating with treasured loved ones. The facility is lovely but the staff sets Memory Care Little Rock apart. During the recent Covid-19 crisis, this dedication to care, health, and safety became even more apparent. Thank you.

My wife has been a resident at Memory Care since [date removed]. Everyone including all staff and administration has helped our family make this life changing transition a comfortable event. From the initial interview to most recent events, I have felt that any question I have will be answered in a complete, constructive and caring manner. In the current circumstances of the lockdown, anytime I have requested an update including a picture of my wife, I have received immediate responses which I have been able to share with my family. My wife's family which loves her very much knows that she is safe at Memory Care.

Based on the other communities we had to compare it to Magnolia Place is a great value. Especially for the high level of care they can provide. We wanted to be sure we would not have to move my mother in law as her needs increased. Magnolia Place was able to manage her care through end of life bringing in hospice. We were very pleased with her care.

Memory Care of Little Rock has been the perfect choice as a home for my mother. The staff goes out of their way in making my mother feel just like she is at home, but with all of her needs safely met. The residents have many different requirements, likes, and personalities. With a super activities director and staff who really work hard at their jobs, there is always something for the residents to do. Their immaculate surroundings change with the seasons and holidays to keep them aware. A private dining room is available for families. There are several secure outdoor areas to walk with my mom. This place has been a blessing. a relief, a home for my mom.
