My brother and I are both very pleased with the way the staff at Grand Brook really cares about the residents. The memory care residents have plenty of interesting things to do during the day. While memory care is always expensive, I would say that Grand Brook of Garland offers good value for the money. Overall I would highly recommend Grand Brook to anybody who has a loved one in need of memory care.

This community is very good about communicating with the residents families, they have better care services then our loved one previous community. They are loosening up on the restrictions, before you had to wear a masks and make an appointment, now you still have to wear a mask but they are allowing more than one person in the room with our loved one. They have a lot of activities, our loved one is rarely in his room, he is usually out in the communal area with the other residents. They are also much more proactive when it comes to the care services. For example our loved ones previous community would only take them to the bathroom after they were already wet, but this community has bathroom breaks every two hours which is very nice.

Grand Brook welcomed our mother and family with open arms. Their tender loving care, respect for the residents, and the attention to my mother's needs is amazing. The staff works non-stop and to the best of their ability to meet the needs of their residents. My mom loves the staff and has been much happier there than she was prior to Grand Brook. Thank you, Grand Brook; our prayers were answered!!

Undoubtedly one of the most difficult and important decisions one can make is finding care for a loved one who's experiencing difficult health problems. For me, Grand Brook and its wonderful staff were truly a godsend. They helped me care for my wife with compassion and medical skill. They also personally helped me cope. I highly recommend Grand Brook for their expertise and the quality of care that they are able to provide.

My husband was in the final stages of Alzheimer's and I had come to the point where I needed help. The staff at Grand Brook were there in the most helpful and loving way. They took wonderful care of my husband and also the best care of me. I would not have survived without all the devoted care from these angels on earth.

We visited several facilities before placing Mom at Grand Brook. We are so grateful we waited. Mom is very happy and is more active than we ever expected. She has friends she relates to and depends on. We never expected she would be capable of forming relationships at her stage. This has all been accomplished by the grace of God and the wonderful staff at Grand Brook. Thank you all for your unselfish care.

My mother is very happy with Grand Brook, and especially happy with her caretakers. She has no worries and neither does the rest of the family. Grand Brook is the only place for her. Simply the best.

You cant find a better memory care community. The community only deals with memory care and they put a lot of thought into the layout and design of the building. They take care of their employees and they took good care of my loved ones. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I had narrowed my search to two communities without touring by checking out the websites and the reviews. After touring, I had a great feeling for Grand Brook. The people were so very nice and truly caring. We are leaning another direction due mainly to location. My husband also liked the bed here better. You need to understand Alzheimer's to understand how important that is.

They send the families newsletters with a list of all the activities they have going on and you can also follow them on Facebook to see the activities board as well as pictures of the residents. The executive director and marketing team even personally send us pictures of our loved one participating in activities which is very comforting to us, and we do think the value is good.

This community is absolutely top notch, they really do treat your loved ones like family. They do walks with our loved one, arts and crafts and even let her cook in the kitchen. She is surrounded by a lot of people who love her. It is a christian facility which we really like. The staff there are just amazing this is the best experience we have had. We can do window visits, we can facetime and bring our loved on things whenever we want.

Our loved one moved in during covid, but from what we could see the community looked pretty clean. The quality of the care services were excellent, that would be a ten out of ten. When it came to the activities, they were pretty limited but they did their best to still keep the residents engaged. The director was very attentive to our needs, and the staff was extremely loving. Even after our loved one passed away some of the staff called our family to just check in on us, they really are very nice and caring.

During the time our loved one was there it was a good experience. The people there were wonderful, we have nothing bad to say about the place. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.

What really stood out to us in the beginning was how clean the kept the community, and there was no fowl smells. Everything we saw there made it feel and look like a resort. We would definitely commend this community to others.

I never have to wait to get help at this community, whenever i need something it is done immediately. The rooms are adequate, and the food is more than adequate. Every time i was there it looked like the residents were very well fed.

The staff is very caring and respectful, and genuine. The room sizes are just right for my loved one. I would definitely recommend this community Before covid, they had lots of good entertainment, including games, daily activities, and live music.

Memory Care Westover Hills is a caring, compassionate facility for Dementia and Alzheimer's residents. Our loved one is always clean, attended to, and happy. The staff members are well-trained professionals. They treat residents with dignity and utmost care.

We had a very good first impression, Autumn Leaves is a smaller community which we really liked, and it is all on one level. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were fairly big. Our loved one has yet to complain about the food, and they are willing to accommodating any likes and dislikes when it comes to the meals they serve.

Very clean; very attentive to residents' needs; excellent care and activities for residents.

MCWH has taken excellent care of my dad for almost a year now. I've been so pleased with the wonderful staff and prompt when I call or visit, it's made being on COVID-19 lockdown much more pleasant. Thanks, MCWH!
