Constant Care Management

They were awesome and get al 5 stars! It is the best place in our area for dementia care. The staff are highly trained; know their residents - they pay attention. They are calm & take each person as they are. They know how to treat people. Respite was great as well.

Everyone from the director to the maintenance workers are always willing to stop and help a resident with a need or answer a question. The staff all know the residents by name and are always ready with a kind word or a hug. When music is playing and a resident wants to dance the staff are always willing to stop what they are doing and dance. The activity director is amazing. My mother loves her best of all. Tina keeps them moving and thinking.

The staff is friendly and patient with the residents. I appreciate the update texts and pictures sent to me when my mom is there. I would recommend the facility to others and would consider it when we decide to opt for permanent residency.

My loved one is currently a resident at Grand Brook Memory Care of Carrollton and everything has been very good for him at this facility. The friendliness is great. The cleanliness, staff, meals and activities are good. The value for cost is great, compared to other Memory Care facilities in the area. I would highly recommend Grand Brook Care of Carrollton to others looking for care for their loved ones.

Very nice, and residents get the best care. Everyone seems well taken care of. Staff is very alert to residents needs and care. Place is clean and very well kept. As you walk in the place is very inviting.

I cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the carethat has been given my sister at Grand Brook. The communication between the staff and myself is undeniable, the best hands down. The facility is clean and friendly. They truly care about each and every one of their patients. I live twelve hundred miles away and worried each and every day about the care she was receiving, now I can rest assured that she is being taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend Grand Brook for top notch care and family communication.

The design of the facility, activities for the residents, and especially the interactions I observed between residents and staff. Indeed a labor of love. The experience has been very positve.

They were an only memory care facility. They prioritize and focus on engagement for the residents. It was clean and well kept. The caregiver to resident ratio was excellent.

Westover Memory Care took excellent care of my mom when she was there from 2021-January 2023 in which mom passed. Everyone was so loving and giving and it gave me reassurance she had people tending to her better than I could at my home. I would name people who went above and beyond but I don’t want to leave anyone out. Hope this helps someone who is considering making a decision for their loved one.

Grand Brook Memory Care is great. When my son and I visited here while we were looking for a place, before we needed one, we knew this was the place for our loved one. They may cost more, but we are very happy with the care she is getting here. The family was advising me it would be better for her here, than I could provide for her at home, even with some help during the day. It is hard for me to accept, but it is true.

When my parents moved into Magnolia Place the Life Enrichment Director took them under her wing to make their transition as smooth as possible. Magnolia was recommended to me by my parents’ primary care doctor because “the staff are amazing.” He was correct – the staff are extremely well qualified & go above & beyond. The staff were quick to recognize that the personality & needs of my mom differ from that of my dad. The Life Enrichment Team has been especially helpful in ensuring both of my parents stay active & engaged. They earned my mom’s love by giving her a warm blanket just prior to taking her to the Activity Room. My dad enjoys doing puzzles so the Team set up a special table for him to be able to work on puzzles whenever he feels so inclined. The Life Enrichment Director puts together a variety of daily (all 7 days!), creative programming. Recent activities include garden club, petting zoo, & cooking class. Many thanks to the entire Team for their love & compassion.

I've been very impressed with the nursing staff and their observation of the residents. They take time to connect and have a caring heart. The activity director is amazing. She offers a wide range of activities to keep the residents out of their rooms and active.

My mom has settled in so quickly and seems very comfortable. I appreciate how the staff has treated her as a unique individual and allowed her to be herself (they don't force her to get up early or eat in the dining room). The staff is kind and respectful. They make it very easy to visit.

Wonderful experience. So very accommodating. They were there when we needed a place for our Aunt. Got us in right away. She thought the place was so "classy". She felt like a queen. I would recommend to others.

We were very pleased with the care that our father received at Magnolia Place. He really flourished while in this care facility. The staff treated him with great love and respect.

We moved our mother to 4 different memory care facilities. The care at Grand Brook is the best! We couldn’t be happier!! Our mom has been here over 3 years. There are daily fun activities and parties and music / entertainment to keep the residents engaged. The Activities director is amazing! The best day was the Mardi Gras parade! Staff made floats and were pushed around the facility passing out beads and playing music. Many residents had made masks at craft time. The staff love the residents! They are treated with kindness and respect and lots of hugs! The facility is beautiful and the courtyard is such a beautiful and calming space. Meals are made in the open kitchen and the smells are delightful!! If your looking for an amazing place for your loved one , you have to visit Grand Brook!!

What we really like about Magnolia Place is that we are able to bring our grandkids and even our family dog - whenever we come with them the staff and residents get super excited. Our family has been so happy with the experience so far. The meals and dining service is very very good and there are plenty of different activities for our loved one to do. It is expensive but we feel like at the end of the day it is completely worth it. No matter the level of care the residents is as, the staff treats everyone so kind and gentle. There is a hair salon there for the residents to use which was very important to our loved. We have already recommended this community to other families and we will continue to do so.

While our loved one was a resident at Grand Brook Memory Care she was very well looked after but the friendly and caring staff team. There was one lady there who really took an interest in our loved one which we appreciated. It is a very beautiful, and clean place but once our loved one fell we had to move her, but it she did receive really good care.

Grand Brook is the best senior care facility we've come into contact with. They provide the highest quality nursing care. And they keep the residents active from the time they get them up until they go to bed, which I appreciate for my loved one.
