Our family had in their mind what we were, optimally, looking for in a place for my mom. Went to a number of places before Grand Brook and in every case I left concerned about different issues with those other facilities. Grand Brook checked every box. Once mom arrived there, our positive feelings for how she would be cared for have only increased. The staff from top to bottom is top notch. The team that runs the facility is very collaborative, and wants constant feedback/suggestions from the family to create a tailored environment to maximize the care and experience for mom. They implement changes across the staff quickly and efficiently. I truly have never felt better about a decision.

My husband was admitted two months ago. The staff has been wonderful and so communicative. A special thanks to the head of Nursing [name removed], Activities [name removed] and Sales [name removed]. All so helpful.

This community feels like home, they are so attentive and into each residents needs. They are very personable and easy to talk to it is just amazing. My loved one is not able to participate in the activities just yet but they are trying to get them into participating in the activities. My loved one is smiling and walking around and getting back to herself that I have not seen in a while it is great.

This community was a wonderful place either for respite or long term placement for you or your loved one. We did respite but in doing that we were able to meet other residents that we could see were being well taken care of. The staff were very positive and knowledgeable at this community. The staff were also always willing to help whenever asked.

We absolutely love Grand Brook Memory Care, we have no complaints to say about them at all. Our loved one is really happy there, and she loves her apartment. The staff are not only really good to our mother but they are also really friendly and attentive towards our family.

We had to move our mom from Beaumont to Grapevine into memory care and we’re very nervous. But Grandbrook proved to be a wonderful experience for all of us. [name removed] the Marketing Director was a huge help. The staff was very kind and compassionate to her especially [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed]. We are very grateful that her last months were filled with daily quality and insuring her happiness.

We had a great virtual tour with Memory Care of Westover Hills. We liked what we saw but felt that we clicked with another facility more.

This is a great option for a terrible situation that we find our parents in. They have activities like exercises, chair exercises, a balloon toss game, bingo, arts and crafts, trivia and signing. The staff really care about the job and it is not just a paycheck. I could not be happier and a lot of other people feel the same.

The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I toured several different communities and I am happy we choose this community. I would recommend this community based on my experience.

We chose Grand Brook because of the management staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the spaciousness of the rooms, and also the way that they do their meals. They have an open concept kitchen so residents can see the food being prepared and visit, it is more home like. That was one of the most unique parts of this facility, we did not see that anywhere else that we looked. The courtyard that they have is just beautiful, there is an outdoor fireplace, television, sitting areas, etc. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

A caregiver friend, [name removed]told me about Grand Brook Memory Care for my husband, [name removed], just diagnosed with dementia. I was so pleased when I met with [name removed] and she walked me through everything we could expect for [name removed] care. The two activities ladies, [names removed], keep all the Residents in the huge living room, where they play games, Bingo, sing and watch TV together. I was impressed when they were doing the Pledge of Alliance and then sang the National Anthem. Even those Residents handicapped were there with their hand over their heart showing respect as they all sung. The rooms are well kept. [namr removed] is always shaved and neat in appearance. [name removed], The Chef, and staff do an outstanding job with the food and making each Resident feel welcomed. [name removed], RN and Staff are so careful in administering each Resident's meds. [name removed] the Administrator, AND ALL the Staff call each and every Resident by name. Amazing. I am grateful for Grand Brook.

Grand Brook is superior to other memory care facilities. It has an atmosphere of positive and kindness. The caregivers have a wonderful attitude, and are attentive to all residents. I truly believe that my loved one has improved physically, mentally and spiritually since she moved into this facility. I highly recommend Grand Brook for your loved one.

Everyone employed at Grand Brook was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable of what a memory care facility should contain. The residents were engaged with staff and each other, not forgotten in their rooms. Music played, people sang and conversed, some were exercising and some playing games. My dad was well cared for physically and emotionally. We could not have found a better home for dad! Thank you Grand Brook!

We placed our mom at Grand Brook memory care a few years ago. It was the toughest decision to make. However, [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] and all of the care givers worked tirelessly to ensure my mom was safe and my family was well informed and supported during this time. We are just so fortunate to have found this place! We love it and highly recommend!

After visiting several other memory care places, Grand Brook took first place in every area that a facility of this nature could offer. Personnel are top notch. Most loving and caring. I would recommend Grand Brook to everyone that would need this type of are for their loved ones.

This place is the most loving place that my mother has been to. The building is always clean and made to look like a home with lots of activity to keep everyone busy during the day. Lots of parties with family also. Staff always ready to step in and help each and every person there.

This place is awesome! They treat their residents and those that come to visit them like family. My grandmother has been here for a couple year and i wouldn't put her any place else. These folks know how to treat and care for those with dementia. They truly love their patients.

I visited dozes of memory care facilities while looking for a place for my mom. This place felt like home from the moment that we walked in to it. The staff go above and beyond not only to care for my mom but to show her that she is loved. They are friendly, nurturing, attentive and capable. The facility itself is bright, cheerful, and roomy which provided my mom with a great deal of freedom to walk about and explore while keeping her safe!
