Constant Care Management

I've been very impressed with the nursing staff and their observation of the residents. They take time to connect and have a caring heart. The activity director is amazing. She offers a wide range of activities to keep the residents out of their rooms and active.

My mom has settled in so quickly and seems very comfortable. I appreciate how the staff has treated her as a unique individual and allowed her to be herself (they don't force her to get up early or eat in the dining room). The staff is kind and respectful. They make it very easy to visit.

Wonderful experience. So very accommodating. They were there when we needed a place for our Aunt. Got us in right away. She thought the place was so "classy". She felt like a queen. I would recommend to others.

We moved our mother to 4 different memory care facilities. The care at Grand Brook is the best! We couldn’t be happier!! Our mom has been here over 3 years. There are daily fun activities and parties and music / entertainment to keep the residents engaged. The Activities director is amazing! The best day was the Mardi Gras parade! Staff made floats and were pushed around the facility passing out beads and playing music. Many residents had made masks at craft time. The staff love the residents! They are treated with kindness and respect and lots of hugs! The facility is beautiful and the courtyard is such a beautiful and calming space. Meals are made in the open kitchen and the smells are delightful!! If your looking for an amazing place for your loved one , you have to visit Grand Brook!!

While our loved one was a resident at Grand Brook Memory Care she was very well looked after but the friendly and caring staff team. There was one lady there who really took an interest in our loved one which we appreciated. It is a very beautiful, and clean place but once our loved one fell we had to move her, but it she did receive really good care.

Grand Brook is the best senior care facility we've come into contact with. They provide the highest quality nursing care. And they keep the residents active from the time they get them up until they go to bed, which I appreciate for my loved one.

Absolutely love Grand Brook!! So engaging with residents-they treat the residents as though they are family. Love the staff-the activity director couldn't be replaced! Can't be any better!

My husband has been a resident of Memory Care of WestoverHills for 8 months. He calls it “home.” I visit him almost every day. Here is what I have observed: 1) The facility is bright, spacious, clean, and well furnished; 2) The facility is secure so the residents cannot wander off the premises ; 3)The menu is varied and the food well prepared and tasty; 4) The place does not smell of urine and messes are cleaned up promptly; 5) Residents are treated with respect and caring; 6)The nursing staff keeps me updated regarding my husband’s health status and any medication changes. I highly recommend Memory Care of Westover Hills.

It's the best place I know of in the Dallas area (we tried four in all), far better than more expensive places. The staff are endlessly caring. They're always around and interacting with the residents. They meet residents where they are, but work hard to help them be at their best -- to get up, get dressed, eat, participate to the extent they can. I only wish we had found Grand Brook sooner.

Grand Brook is really great. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff were on top of the care that my loved one needed and suggesting more to the family. The staff communication with the family was amazing and was very proactive. The community was very clean, and we felt comfortable with our loved one being in the community.

All of their staff was very caring and professional. Their level of care was exceptional. They did a great job communicating with us about my husband's status, especially when I couldn't visit him in the beginning. They would send me pictures so I could see how he looked. I thought they did a great job trying to make him comfortable. I really liked the way the staff interacted with all of the residents.

I am very happy with the experience at Autumn Leaves. It is the perfect fit for us. The moment we walked in I just felt that this was the place, it was so homey and I immediately had peace of mind. The staff from management to the cleaning staff, they are all amazing. They all know my name when I go to visit and they truly care about the residents. They are very patient with her and every time I am there they are engaging with the residents. My mom has made a lot of friends with the staff. She has more of her memory than the other residents, so [name removed] the activities director has her help with different things. She is very picky but loves the food, we were not expecting that at all. They are associated with the little lantern clinic next door, so the doctors and nurses come over so we do not have to drive her to appointments. They have been so helpful and accommodating and made our move over here go smoothly. I would highly recommend them to other families, it has been the perfect fit for her.

It was a good experience. We picked this community because, of the location and their ability to handle myloved ones aggressive behavior.

I looked at a lot of places and chose Grand Brook Memory Care of McKinney because I spent lots of time on the phone with the nurse practitioner. He really thought this place was special in how they treated residents. The environment was very friendly and the staff are very responsive to the residents and residents families needs. After walking through the facility and seeing how nice and clean it was and how welcoming everyone was, we decided this was the best place. It has been about 4 months and it was without question the best decision we could have made. It continues to amaze me how responsive each one of the staff is at every level. They are always willing to step in and help at anytime and we really appreciate them. They have a lot of activities provided and are always trying to keep residents engaged. It is a Christian based facility so they have church services on Sundays and say prayers every day and I love that. We could not be more pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend this facility to others looking in a heart beat.

We've experienced caring and compassionate staff. They do a good job of meeting my loved one's needs and at times going above and beyond. They even took a trip to the pharmacy once to pick up a prescription for my loved one when I couldn't make it to the pharmacy in time. The facility is beautiful, and the layout was designed with dementia patients in mind. The floor plan is circular, everything is all on one level, and there's an open courtyard so the residents can go in and out securely on their own.

Our mom is in such a wonderful place now that she is at Grand Brooks.. The meals are wonderful and she is now eating very well instead of coffee and cookies. She is so much calmer and is doing so much better

Our family had in their mind what we were, optimally, looking for in a place for my mom. Went to a number of places before Grand Brook and in every case I left concerned about different issues with those other facilities. Grand Brook checked every box. Once mom arrived there, our positive feelings for how she would be cared for have only increased. The staff from top to bottom is top notch. The team that runs the facility is very collaborative, and wants constant feedback/suggestions from the family to create a tailored environment to maximize the care and experience for mom. They implement changes across the staff quickly and efficiently. I truly have never felt better about a decision.
