My wife is no longer at Grandbrook, because she passed away in 2023. She was in Grandbrook until her death. We were extremely pleased with Grandbrook. It was by far the best place that we encountered, and the staff is outstanding. The nursing staff is by far the best we've worked with, as are the administrators and caregivers. There are many long-term employees there, which speaks to the quality of the organization. We can't say enough good things about Grandbrook and would recommend them to anyone.

Everything regarding Grand Brook Memory Care was a 5 or more. Nothing could have been better for my wife, and in addition to that, they did every thing they could to help me and my family through this journey.

My mom has only been at Chapters for just over a month. She is settling in nicely. The staff is very kind and patient. The facility is clean and there are always lots of activities for the residents.

This is the 2nd facility my Dad has been placed in and the 1st I've felt completely comfortable with. The facility is very modern, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The rooms feel like bedrooms and not hospital or nursing home rooms. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Nurse on staff is always available to discuss care and answer any questions. Environment is extremely secure and even has courtyard that has flowers and vegetable plants in a very relaxing backyard feel. The care is specifically designed for dementia patients and they really do understand the behavior and how to respond to them.

Grand Brook Memory Care is a wonderful place for your love one to call home! It’s beautiful inside and surrounds a courtyard to be safely outside! It feels very open, comfortable and welcoming. Staff truly cares about each resident. If you’ve been looking for the perfect home and community look no further, you’ve found it!

Outstanding facility with highly attentive staff.

Grand Brook is a family. It's not an institution, I've found it warm and loving. I picked it because it was focused solely on memory. They don't want people sitting in their rooms, they want them engaged in activities. No place is perfect, but I've been happy with the care mom receives and would recommend Grand Brook. If you can afford it.

It feels like home, it's well run, everyone communicates very well and are attentive if I have a question or need something, they are very on top of things, and the price doesn't change as the care needs change. Everyone from the director to the maintenance workers are always willing to stop and help a resident with a need or answer a question. The staff all know the residents by name and are always ready with a kind word or a hug. When music is playing and a resident wants to dance the staff are always willing to stop what they are doing and dance. The activity director is amazing. My mother loves her best of all. Tina keeps them moving and thinking.

The staff is friendly and patient with the residents. I appreciate the update texts and pictures sent to me when my mom is there. I would recommend the facility to others and would consider it when we decide to opt for permanent residency.

The cleanliness, staff, meals and activities are good. The value for cost is great, compared to other Memory Care facilities in the area. Very nice, and residents get the best care. Everyone seems well taken care of. Staff is very alert to residents needs and care. Place is clean and very well kept. As you walk in the place is very inviting.

The communication between the staff and myself is undeniable, the best hands down. The facility is clean and friendly. They truly care about each and every one of their patients. I live twelve hundred miles away and worried each and every day about the care she was receiving, now I can rest assured that she is being taken care of.
