What we like the most about the community is the caring staff who truly understand dementia and how to care for the residents. The facility is modern, clean, and nicely decorated. It feels like home. There is a beautiful courtyard in the center that allows them to be outside.

I haven't eaten there yet but dad isn't loosing weight, so? It's not cheap. Their Facebook page is real not staged. The staff seems happy and it shows. The facility is always clean all the residents are always out and about. He has only been there for two months but it is a controlled chaos especially during sundowners time ??

My loved one resided in GB Fishers for nearly 5 years. I researched and visited several places before I decided on GB. I am glad that this place is there to provide support to residents and family members. Their facilities are small, family-oriented, with a wonderful layout, attractive rooms and beautiful courtyard. They have recently experienced some turnover with support staff (maintenance and housekeeping), but are working hard to fix these issues. The staff is responsive to concerns and really care for the residents. Nobody wants to move their loved one into an assisted care residence, but if you find you have to, you won’t find a better one than Grand Brook! Highly recommend!

The staff truly cares for each and every patient and understands their unique levels of need. Activities are always available, and there are numerous areas for families to gather with their loved ones. Rooms are spacious, depending on which option you choose, and the location is very convenient for living in McKinney.

We chose Grand Brook Memory Care of Carrollton because it did not smell bad and was homey. There were also areas where my MIL could be alone since too much activity made her nervous at times. The staff treats every resident there with care and patience.

My mom was at another highly-regarded memory care center for 2.5 years prior to her transfer to Grand Brook. My dad and I thought that things were *ok* at the other place, but the difference in my mom since the move to Grand Brook Twin Creeks has been HUGE. My mom has (what I think is) Frontotemporal Dementia, and the staff has been AMAZING with her. Not only do they take excellent care of my mom…but they also involve my mom in daily activities. The staff have figured out how to get my mom out of her room, and that is NO small feat! They are so well-trained in how they relate to and support their residents and families. They have even taught me quite a few things (and I have professional experience of my own working with brain-injured patients!) . They know my mom and love her, which is SO wonderful to see. My father passed away quickly and unexpectedly less than 2 weeks ago, and the Grand Brook family has been a wonderful source of support in my time of major need. I’m fact,

Everyone is so accommodating. The Executive Director is very much hands on. The staff were friendly and helpful. My husband's room was a single with lots of windows; room was at end of hall; end of building. Nice closet space. The best amenity was the fact that they cannot increase their price. As I recall, I was told this info and believe it's posted in general info. The daily activities were exceptional, inclusive, excellent variety. Monthly family activities were wonderful.

Everything is a 5. The staff at Chapters Living of San Antonio is great and kind an professional.

Magnolia Place has been an excellent memory care facility for Mom. The facility is very nice and provides many great activities, furnishings, meals and amentities for residents. The staff is very responsive and friendly. They keep us informed of Mom's health and other needs. This was a very good choice of a facility for Mom.

Overall good experience for someone in a bad situation. Based on the experience we would recommend Chapters Living of New Braunfels to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Magnola Place is comfortable and well laid-out facility with large, airy, and inviting meeting and activity rooms and dining rooms. The central hallways are always beautifully decorated and the courtyards are also lovely and a nice place to sit in the sunshine. The apartments are thoughtfully planned and perfect in size. All are located around a central, circular hallway; many with courtyard views. The excellent programs and outings contributed so much to my sister’s stay and mental outlook, and the food is delicious. Ask any resident! But the most happily surprising aspect about her stay is the staff! They listen to all of our questions and requests and go out of their way to answer and fulfill them. Their unshakable patience and helpfulness and just genuine kindness impressed us greatly. Many thanks to them.

My dad passed away [date removed]. I can tell you my experience with Grand Brook in Greenwood was excellent and I give it ten stars. Head nurse [name removed] is excellent as is [name removed] the on site handyman/janitor. Responsive staff. Activities are well staged. Kitchen is well managed and food is good.

All of the staff were extremely caring and very helpful when needed. As far as the food goes, they could improve by providing bigger portion sizes for the meals and having a larger variety on the menu. I would recommend Grand Brook Memory Care to others looking.

We chose Grand Brook Memory Care of McKinney because of the homelike atmosphere and the positive approach. The staff are all happy and caring and seem to genuinely enjoy their work.

I'm going to give a 5 in all categories, the most important being the staff. We thought my mom would stay in memory care permanently, but she didn't! I believe this was in part due to the excellent care at Autumn Leaves. [name removed] recognized her condition and had her work with him as his "assistant," making decorations and reading articles to other residents. These articles were tailored to spark memories in her past. Her memory actually came back and she's back in independent living! She's also a very picky, healthy eater and she loved the food.

This is the second place my mom has been since diagnosed with dementia as well as late stage alzheimer's. Admittedly, she can be a difficult patient. [name removed] and the incredible staff at Grandbrook have gone above and beyond to bring her into their community and given her a soft place to land. Their patience, empathy and skills have not only created an incredible community for her, but given me a peace of mind I haven't felt since I can't remember.

Magnolia Place is a very clean and well organized home.Staff was very helpful and willing to help my dad transition into facility. He liked the activities and he was kept busy and able to socialize. The management team was great and willing to work with me in a difficult move from another facility that lacked staff and had poor security. I highly recommend Magnolia Place

Very pleased with MagnoliaPlace. Very helpful as you and your partner go through this life's challenge. Staff is kind and caring to the residents, and very patient and kind. They always kept me informed about [name removed] condition, and when we needed a circle of life to get involved, they were there to help me through this. Helpful, caring, and kind.

We picked this community for a couple of reasons. The main reason is that they offered more services like being willing to feed our family member if they could not feed themselves, or being willing to deal with incontinence and adult underwear. Many of the other facilities told us we would have to move our family member if those situations happened. We also like the fact that this was a memory care center and not a combo facility with assisted-living and memory care.
