Our family had an in person tour and the tour was awesome, it really is a nice community. However the only room available at the time was a studio size and our loved one wanted a bigger living space with a separate bedroom and living room.

Fantastic facility-my mother moved into HW and it was one of the best decision she's ever made. They refer to the residents as "family" and it truly feels that way. The place is always immaculate and well decorated. I was extremely involved in my mom's time at HW and am fully aware of how they work. I can't recommend Heatherwood high enough. Great people-great place.

This is a great community for your loved one. They took really good care of my loved one and everything was wonderful. The staff were great and my mom loved the staff that worked with her.

They are warm and inviting at this community and they really care about the loved ones who were brought in. I based my decision on the ability to take care of my mother and my needs were met. I seen people doing activities when I went in even though my loved one was not able to participate.

I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The staff tries to engage the residents in activities. The food was good. [names removed] do a good job running the community together.

I would tell others that the community's processes are extremely safe. I'm impressed that there are 2 RN's on staff with 1 being stationed in the Memory Care area. They have a Nurse Practitioner who has arrangements with the community to allow residents to receive primary care so residents can receive their care in house.. They have a foot care specialty nurse who is contracted to assist the residents There are multiple amenities, such as a gym, stylist, restaurant, lounge, massage suite, and more for the residents to use. The staff are extremely responsive to feedback and concerns from residents and families. They are well versed in working with and handling memory care residents.

My loved one is happy with the food. It is a very, very good choice. If you weigh the value to the overall community, I think we made an excellent choice. They have different activities from group get togethers, social, exercise, excursions, and more.

We have been very pleased with the HeatherWood community. Our loved one came to them very sick and now she is doing much better, Her health is under control and the staff members are just very caring. The activities are no longer limited, and the residents have just been given the go ahead to stop wearing their masks in the building. It has a homey like, warm and welcoming feeling.

I would definitely give them the top rating. I have had a couple of people I know in this community, and I feel like they've had the best care. I was very impressed and very, very pleased with how they were willing to assist our loved one. They really seemed to embrace her. The staff was just awesome. And [name removed] kept everything beautiful and clean.

The community has options for all different types of diets. It is very very luxurious like a 5-star hotel. The staff is friendly and the communication is great between the staff and our family. I would recommend this community to others.

Overall we have had a good experience with Woodland Palms. It is in a lovely location close to hospitals, doctors offices, etc. and has very pretty views of the mountains. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

My mom lived at Brookdale Tulsa Midtown for 8 years. I got to know many of the staff members, who are extremely caring. Many have been there for a long time, providing stability and high quality care. Each one made an effort to get to know my mom personally. They have a very good system of nursing care and integrate with the resident's physician. The rooms are nice, and the facilities are clean. Before Covid, there were many social activities and outside enrichment activities. Since Covid, I think Brookdale has done an excellent job of keeping everyone safe and figuring out ways we could stay connected with outside porch visits and video calls. During her last days at Brookdale, my mom was in hospice and I am so appreciative of the compassionate care that she received. My mom liked it there, and I felt confident that she was safe and receiving great care. [name removed], the local leader, and her entire team are delightful to work with.

One thing we really liked about Desert Peaks Assisted Living was how helpful the staff members were. The rooms at this community are big and clean, and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

There were a lot of activities prior to COVID. These included: taking the residents on a drive, out to eat, take the residents on trips, games in the community, and much more. The community is great for your loved one! The staff is eager to assist the residents and families with questions and needs. They are friendly and caring.

My Auntie is 80 years old. She has been living at Hawk's Ridge for quite a few years now. She was living on her own, very confused, very unsafe. I was beside myself trying to care for her, while working and caring for my family. She refused to live at an assisted living home. I convinced her to take a tour there... She was very impressed and actually WANTED to move! We got her all set up in her cozy apartment and she loves it there. I haven't had to worry about her since she moved. She has made a lot of friends, she has gone on outings and gone shopping with Hawk's Ridge. They handle all of her medications, they handle all of her transportations for medical appointments, if I cant make it. They keep in close contact with me if there are ANY issues with her. It is just a lovely situation all the way around! Oh and let's talk about their food! Oh my goodness! Great Chefs prepare wonderful 3 course meals. Awesome variety and choices. I have had the pleasure of eating some meals with her there and was NEVER disappointed. They have age appropriate musicians come in from time to time to play music from her era. I have to give a shout out to [name removed], as she has become one of my Auntie's favorite caregivers. She is caring and has patience... My Auntie can be quite stubborn sometimes and [name removed] seems to have a way with her. We can go visit her there. We can come take her out whenever we want to. It is "home" and she loves it! My heart is happy that she is being taken care of by these wonderful people! Thank you Hawk's Ridge! What a blessing you are!

The best of all we visited. Halls are wide and well lit. Staff is friendly and efficient. Many activities are offered. Apartments are well deigned. Staff working hard to prevent viruses and other communicable diseases. Food is tasty, varied, and ample.

I have been a resident of their community for about 1.5 years. I am very pleased with the staff and with the care I get.

My husband; I have resided at Feidldone for nearly 7 months and am completely delighted: the caregivers and medical technicians, nurses, and staff, outstanding food and the total management team are 5 stars! This is our forever home! We are very happy at Fieldstone.
