We have visited a lot (family member lives here) and we are never disappointed. The staff greets us by name and always asks if they can get us refreshments or invites us to eat there. We know most of the Residents and they love living there. There is a lot to do and their entertainment is always great. We never worry about Mother because she enjoys being there so much. She is more outgoing, dances and has made a lot of friends!

My Mom has lived at Heatherwood for 1.5 years. I really love the staff at Heatherwood, they are so warm and caring. If there is ever a concern we have regarding my mom they will always work with us to resolve it. I toured several other Assisted Living homes and I am so very happy we were able to get my mom in at Heatherwood. Thank You to all the wonderful people who work with my mom and all the residents everyday. You are all very special people!

My mother has been living at HeatherWood for almost 4 years, and things there just seem to improve over time. The new management team in place is incredible, and all are caring and compassionate individuals. The facility has a nice mix of activities and my mother has the option of participating or not - sometimes she likes the socialization and sometimes she enjoys her solitude. They have a program in place with our public library where a volunteer will select books based on my mom's interests and they are delivered (and picked up) on a regular basis. She is a big reader and this has meant a lot to her. Overall, she has found the food to be very good. The staff is quick to let me know when my mom has a health issue, and I have been very appreciative of that fact - I can't be there every day and sometimes things occur in a hurry! My family is just very grateful that we were able to find a facility that seems like home.

Very nice, good clean and friendly environment. Lots of activities. Really good meals. Very happy here.

4 years living here!

I've lived here 9 months from Sepolm, WA after seeing 9 other Independent living communities found weatherly the best of all. Prices, friendliness, kindness of staff and so much more. I love it here.

It is a wonderful community. They keep their clients busy and watch over them with patience and kindness. I'm glad my mom is enjoying her new home.

My mother loved being at Heatherwood. She often said it was her "home." Hard adjustment at first having to leave her house which she lived in over 40 years, but she was no longer able to care for herself. She often said how well they took care of her and she loved the staff, especially [name removed], who was her angel.

I toured this community looking for assisted living for my Mom. HeatherWood is such a warm, cozy place. Feels just like home and everyone is so nice. They make their food from scratch and have a beautiful garden. I would highly recommend taking a tour for your loved one.

We have lunch here often. The place is beautiful. The food is great and the help is really great! When my time comes I would love to live here.

We toured the community and it was a great experience. We picked this community and will be moving our family member here in the near future. The reason was how attentive the people were that work here. We observed them giving a personal touch to the kind people that live there. The maintenance man was listening to what one person needed done in his room and immediately dropped what he was doing to help him. Each and every person there was happy and sitting doing things (we saw painting to music!). It is nice to know that we can call or visit 24/7 and they want family and friends to be included in their events and activities. I would advise you check them out and see how nice it is!

Helping other here gives everyone a great feeling! All the staff works as a team to ensure the residents get everything they need! The courtyard is beautiful and bright. There are a lot of pictures on the walls of the residents doing fun things with their families. When you walk into the residents quarters you are greeted with big smiles. It was great to see them all dancing and laughing to a live band.

Beautiful and charming! Everyone is happy and smiling. Lots of things for all to do. I like the way they include the families! Wall of honor events was fantastic!

I have worked with [name removed] over the years and have always had a great work experience with her and her staff. {name removed] is very understanding, thoughtful and highly professional. If you are looking for a place for one of your loved ones to be cared for, I highly recommend meeting Pam and her staff. They take great pride in taking care of all the details to keep your family happy, safe and comfortable.

I have been visiting all kinds of places. We have just moved to Tucson from out of state and trying to find a place for Mother. I was getting tired of all the whoop-la from all the places. When I came to this one it was refreshing and felt like I had imagined it should. The focus was on my Mom and our family (not all about them or what they have, etc.)! There were a lot of things we never thought of and even more great ideas were offered to help us help through this transition. I didn't feel interrogated; instead I was listened ! When Cat said; "you, your family and Mother are our bosses, we work for you." I thought I was going to leap for joy! I liked the community but even better the feeling everyone gave us while visiting! It was a relief to be treated with care and respect and saw that in the way the workers treat the people that live there!

[Name removed] was delightful, and involved [name removed] in not only the tour, but also answer some of his questions. The residents all seemed to be happy and well cared for, and the facility well maintained.

I was impressed with the facility and staff. I will definitely keep this facility in mind when the time comes to re-locate my mom.

I have a loved one residing at Woodland Palms and I can say that this community has really shaped into a great place for residents. The facility has had major changes recently with both remodeling and with new staff. Their newly implemented Honor Wall has become the talk of the community (residents) and they love it! When it comes to the staff, I couldn't even begin to describe how amazing they are! There have been some new faces to the community within the past few weeks and this new team (of old and new employees) has created a happy and loving environment for residents and family. The activities department has been in full swing with activities going on all the time from crafts, exercising, therapeutic group chats, to fun exciting games. Whatever the activity, the amazing activities director always has a big group of residents interacting and they are always having a blast. The best thing about this community is that since it is a smaller community, there is more personal one-on-one care. The residents have a chance to become more personable with staff and that is what makes this a very loving community.
