[name removed] chose this facility because he just like it best out of all of the ones that we looked at, it was all up to him not mem Housekeeping is a little slack. I have to bring things to their attention most of the time.

They were warm and welcoming providing good care. Mom was only there 10 days. I would recommend Commonwealth Senior Living at Willow Grove, to other families.

They are great!! Very helpful. Lots of activities. If my mother calls me and is upset and angry with me I can call them and they take care of and thank me for letting them know. It's very clean staff is friendly and they are always taking care of the people. We would very much recommend the Commonwealth Senior Living community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff and director have provided excellent care for both my parents. My dad had dementia and had gotten to the point that we could no longer take care of him at home. Mom had no memory issues but they allowed both to stay together in the Sweet Memories unit. The staff were excellent helping us as my father passed. Now that dad is gone I am great full for the support, the caring atmosphere and kindness they give to my mom. I have no qualms recommending The Commonwealth Senior Living to any one’s loved ones.

They are friendly and always willing to help. The staff is always there to help and answer questions. The facility is always clean.

All of the staff members and residents are super friendly, and the place itself is way nicer then expected - it does not have that nursing home feel to it at all. The value for cost is excellent - for the price it is a really good place. The meals aren't crazy good, sometimes our loved one says the food doesn't come out super hot. Our loved one does not really participate in the activities but we appreciate their effort in trying to get our loved one involved. Based on our experience we would recommend Commonwealth Senior Living to other families.

The staff at Commonwealth have worked with us very well. They're making sure that our loved one's medication is being administered as needed. They care about his well being. And I would highly recommend them.

With our loved one have Alzheimer's the staff here have been very good with him, truly they have been wonderful to him as well as our family. They have really good activities there - they had a Christmas holiday party and are throwing a Valentine's Day party as well. They have even taken our loved one and other residents out on their van for a day trip. We have had a few lunch meals together and they are really good.

We loved it. It was a newer facility. I talked to one of the residents, and had a good conversation. It was a step-up and had bigger rooms.

My loved one did not move into the facility, because it was too far to travel to. They were top of line. We were attracted by, the cleanliness, and programs offered catering to the memory care facility part. The dining area was very nicely done. Everything was great.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Top rate activities staff. Very caring and friendly staff - from when you come in the front door, to management, to dining room staff, to the care attendants. I have not had one thing to complain about. Everyone treats the residents with the utmost respect.

This was a nice community and smelled lovely. It was too far from family.

I truly wish I'd moved Dad from the previous care facility (which shall remain nameless) to Commonwealth earlier. The staff, nurses, Activity Director all made a happy difference for my Dad. I can't thank them enough. They were there when I needed them most, in his final days in hospice care. So much care, so much understanding. He was kept happily busy with the organized and well thought out activities. When the time came to say goodbye to my 90 (almost 91) year old Dad, I was guided and assisted by whom I can only describe as angels, such wonderful women, who were there through every step of his last days. I am beyond grateful for them and all who work in this facility. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, clean, organized place to move their loved one.

Caton Merchant House was still wearing masks and isolating at the time and we did not think that would be a mentally healthy environment. All accommodated our schedules and allowed both virtual and in person tours for our family members.

I toured this facility and it was very nice. They're very welcoming to family! Very clean facility and friendly staff. This place was our second choice.

I toured this facility and it was great! They didn't offer the level of care I wanted to prepare for should my loved one need it, so due to that not our first choice. But in general, high scores for them!

The staff members at Commonwealth are so kind and so friendly, we really appreciate their quick response times and open line of communication they have with our family. We have not had a meal there ourselves but we have not heard of any complaints from our loved one and from the activities we have seen on their board - it all seems fun. We would recommend commonwealth Senior Living to other families based on our experience.

The Devonshire is one of the most well kept assisted living facilities I've seen to date! Staff are personable and the residents were in a great mood. Definitely a great facility to consider.
