We were very pleased with the accommodations, staff, care, cleanliness, meals and cost....very helpful experience at Churchland House. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

5's across the board. Coming up on 2 years this August, and I have not had one complaint. The food is good. The entertainment director is fantastic. There is lots to do and they go out on trips to different places regularly. The staff is attentive without being intrusive. It is very clean. They clean the rooms a lot. It always smells good. The staff and front desk are super friendly. Everyone is helpful with a smile. There is a real sense of community.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Devonshire. The staff was great. The nurses went above and beyond to make my loved one comfortable. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. I would definitely recommend The Devonshire to others.

What our family likes the most about this community is the friendliness of everyone there and overall it is clean. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Commonwealth Senior Living community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Overall the experience has, been good. I go there once a week since it's 2 hrs. Away. The staff is always friendly . Neal is at level 4 care, so hospice comes in and gives him some extra care. He always tells me how good the food taste. I usually feed him and it looks good.

I sent my father there because it was the only place I could afford. And what a wonderful experience it was.

While my father is now deceased after three months of getting into a place. What was most important to me was how you all help me. Find him a place right away when I needed it the most.

Her doctor recommended Commonwealth and they had an opening when we needed it. It was clean, the rooms are well-appointed, the staff was fabulous and very responsive, and it wasn't so big as to be overwhelming. Staff was fantastic. Mom was only there 4 months and has been home since last August.

My loved one is currently a resident at Commonwealth Senior Living at Cedar Manor and everything about her experience has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services and staff are also great. Good and caring people. I would recommend Commonwealth Senior Living at Cedar Manor to others.

My sister is a pt at commonwealth I have been very pleased with how they communitecate with me about my sister my sister seems to be happy there. She is in the hospital right now but will return soon. She has pneumonia and is on oxygen and will be under hospice

5 on everything. Facility was exceptional in every way. Our first impression of the community is that it was sparkling clean! I actually talked to the lady that did the cleaning. She took pride in her work. Also observed other staff interaction with patients and it was always pleasant and personable. The facility was bright and cheerful with lots of windows for natural light which made every area seem spacious

Overall me and my family were very satisfied with his care. Their staff was caring and friendly and very professional. I think they genuinely cared. Food could be improved on. My loved one was not able to participate in any of the activities that they had going on.

My Uncle really likes it. He has a new POA and she and her husband are I believe doing a good job. Tena works there so makes it very convenient when my uncle needs anything she can tell her husband and they are on it. [name removed] was a very big help with all of the questions we had so when her and her husband took over the money it made it very helpful. I have had a stroke and not able to take care of that

My loved one is currently a resident at Commonwealth Senior Living at East Paris. [Names removed] were great to work with. They were very helpful and responded very quickly. I would recommend this facility to others.

the quality of meals has been inconsistent due to staffing problems for several months. Activities are fairly standard. Value is that meals for independent living consist of serve yourself continental breakfast and dinner (no lunch). I never went to breakfast and made my own dinner at least 4 or 5 times a week. Housekeeping in apartments is inconsistent although that is probably more about the assigned cleaner than the housekeeping department. Monthly rent went up by about $400 in the 15 months I lived there. The facility is very clean and well maintained. There have been at least 3 Executive Directors and 2 people temporarily assigned to that position over the past year. The activities staff are excellent. [name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful. Shuttle service to appointments is excellent.

Always clean, staff warm, welcoming, interested in residents. It is an excellent choice for assisted living. Other facilities recommended to me by the hospital were nice but twice the price almost which was not sustainable for us. I am very sorry that he now has a condition which precludes him going back to the Ballentine.

My mom came to Georgian manor in bad shape. She had been hospitalized and had rehab for two months. She was depressed and had little motivation to do anything. This place has turned my mom around!!!! The staff is awesome and she has not only put on weight but is engaged in most of the activities including her 1st outing. She wants to get dressed, wear makeup, and jewelry. It’s just amazing to me. The rec team is excited to get the residents involved and keep them involved. The loving, caring staff from front desk to maintenance, nursing, dining, to admin have ALL made my mom recover faster. THANK YOU GEORGIAN MANOR!!!!

They do a wonderful job at engaging the seniors. My father is content, has picked up weight, and is far happier and pleasant to be with. The variety has been good for him I would definitely recommend Commonwealth to others

The Commonwealth took care of our mom and us too. One or more of us went every day and we were always greeted and treated like family.
