Overall things have gone well at Whispering Woods! It's a nice looking place, everyone has been very friendly, and they've got a lot to offer the people that live here. They are worth a look if you are searching for senior living in the area!

The facility is beautiful. The activity rooms are very nice. They have a lot of activities available for the residents. But my mother and I didn't realize the food isn't restaurant style and home cooked. Apparently the facility uses Gordon Food Services for their meals. Some meals are ok, but some aren't. A couple of times they have had no milk for breakfast and dinner. I think that's unacceptable. My mom has had some difficulty with the temperature in her small studio apartment. Most of the time it is very warm. There are no individual thermostats in the rooms. Just a warm and cold knob which doesn't seem to work very well. If it continues to be a problem for my mother I've told her to address it to the office. And hopefully they can do something about it.

It is very difficult to adequately express our appreciation for your wonderful care of Elvis during the past 3 months and we will be forever grateful to you. It is extremely painful to see a charismatic, charming, and courteous parent gradually lose ability to think for himself and to carry on daily activities. However, the staff made that process so much easier for us and even more importantly for Elvis, always affording him the greatest dignity and treating him as an individual. Caring for the elderly cannot be an easy job, however, throughout his stay, every member of the staff team made a difference in his day. We know he is happier now and doing all the former things he could do. Thank you again for all the smiles, hugs, and love you showed Elvis.

We toured this when we were looking into senior living options for our loved one. Overall this was a nice place. It was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed friendly. However, it was not our favorite that we saw, and was more expensive than some of the options we looked at.

Staff was nice and friendly. Location is great, and facility is clean with traditional decor. Room does have a nice size closet. Dining area is pretty basic, and menu always seemed to include not very healthy but cheap options, such as hotdogs and grilled cheese. Activities within the facility are very basic, and would have been nice to see more outside vendors coming in to provide a more varied calendar for residents. I felt that my parent was safe and relatively happy here.

My loved one has been at The Landing at Willow Grove for about a month now and we're pretty satisfied with the services. They are currently under construction so there's some disorganization right now. The staff there is very caring, and the head people are very engaged if there's ever a problem. The food is quite good, and they offer a lot of activities. My loved one is adjusting, but he's happy at The Landing at Willow Grove.

Things have really improved here since the new management took over. They're putting a lot of money into improving things that had been lacking before, and the staff have shown a lot of improvement as well. The price is about in line with what they provide, not what I'd call a "deal", but not overpriced.

We used Elmcroft for a brief respite stay for my loved one, and overall I thought they did a good job in terms of care and what they provided. The facility itself was nice looking and clean, and the staff were friendly and caring. There was some confusion with the billing that left a sour taste in my mouth, and we ended up being charged for 3 days rather than 2, so I think they could do a better job explaining that.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. It was a nice looking community, and everyone seemed very friendly We were very impressed by the care offered here, especially for the price, it seemed very cheap for the level of care they provided.

My mother did move in to Whispering Way about 3 weeks ago. She really likes it. We spent a month looking for the perfect "quiet" place for her that would be in her budget & this one filled all her requirements.

Clean and well maintained common areas. Staff and residents were friendly and welcoming. Being updated. Rooms were nice.

Overall I feel like they've done a good job here, although there is certainly room for improvement! The staff have been very friendly and accommodating, and they're great about staying in touch with families and keeping them up-to-date!

This was a very nice facility. Everything had recently been updated and was very pleasing to the eyes. The facility was clean and the units were very nice. The only problem we had was the folks would have to be on the second floor all the time because the first floor was for those who required assistance all the time. There really was a garden area for them to walk around when the weather gets nice.

I enjoyed the ambience of this facility, the multiple sun rooms, outside gardens and activities, location, and staff. The attention to memory care is notable.

They work with families going through some hard situations here, and they do a great job. They're very easy to work with, they listen to families and address your concerns. The community itself is pleasant, it's nice looking and they keep it very clean. The staff are all very friendly, and the activities and care they provide are good.

We looked at this place and it was a toss up between this and the place my mom is at now. I liked the rooms here. The size of the rooms was good. The staff was nice too. We chose the other community because of the cost and my mother was looking for a Christian community and this was not Christian.

Jody Goush was a wonderful courteous host. She represented her community well. The models were beautiful; clean and staged perfectly to provide a visual of a comfortable living space. A little pricy for me at this time.

This was our second choice to Georgian Manor and it turns out they were also affiliated with Commonwealth so we just like their facilities. The memory care unit was probably about the same size as georgian manor but it was just the feeling you got when you walked in. There wasn't a smell and it wasn't so much that I didn't like the layout of their memory care it was just that feeling walking in.
