The staff is beyond phenomenal. So welcoming, the facility always smells and looks nice. clients are always taken care of. Top Notch care the staff provides. you will always see a smiling face when you enter the building.

Loved my experience at Shields Comfort Care. The new management that came in is really changing things around. Love the activities they are doing. Over all highly recommended Shields Comfort Care. Definitely check them out if you are looking for mom and dad.

Staff were very friendly and asked all my questions. Very easy to understand pricing. Love the location next to a picturesque stream and close to Saginaw but not right in town. The building was very clean and modern.

Very nice home for elderly. I love the management team and they have a great activities director. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendly people working in the building. We were there during a meal and it looked really good!

This place is fantastic and has lived up to what the preach. Care is great. Staff is very friendly. Food looks great. Doctors that come on site. Easy to talk to and get updates on your loved one. So far overall great experience.

Livonia Comfort Care is brand new, [name removed] was the first one to move in. They didn't put her in the memory care yet because she's so functioning and she has a huge private room looks like a little apartment and her own bathroom and shower. Everything is new which is nice but the people are phenomenal. All the workers and the administrators name is [name removed] and she is amazing and she only picks people that want to work with the elderly, it's just a phenomenal place. I would absolutely recommend this facility, I always tell the workers. I hope they can take care of me when I'm old.

Great facility, very clean and well managed. Staff are friendly and many activities take place on a daily basis! I work in the industry and have visited the company and was very pleased with my experience while at the facility.

We have had a wonderful experience. The staff are caring, food is good and there are lots of activities. I would recommend checking them out. The rooms are nice size too and the courtyards are really nice during nice weather

The new Administrator, who came along with the name and ownership change is reinvigorating the community. The wonderful new chef has improved the dining experience. With Covid easing, they are back to an elegant dining experience with tablecloths in the bright and beautiful dining room. They have a new bus and are doing outings several times a week. Some of the care staff have been here for over 2 years, which really improves the level of service provided. They get to know the residents on a personal basis.

All I can say is when you walk into this community, it feels like a "home". It is the perfect size and even the decorations scream "you are home". The staff are wonderful and the management team is always available is answer any questions. It sits off the road and feels like a country setting. You really need to check them out! It is adorable!!!

The staff go out of their to make sure that the family and our loved one has everything we need. There are on site doctors that come in weekly to visit the residents. There is a theater that the staff will put movies on for the residents to watch. The staff are helpful for the residents that need assistance with walking. The communication with the family is huge, and they have exceed our expectations. They are quick to respond to our questions when needed.

I toured this community and it was very nice, but another facility that we toured during our search stuck out more to Mom.

Shelby is a beautiful facility with many amentities for you and your loved one to enjoy. Beautiful facility with friendly environment. Staff and management are great and are available at anytime to answer any questions you may have. This is a great attribute!

Newly Renovated Marshall Comfort Care is beautiful! I love what they have done with the community. Management and staff are very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this facility to all families looking for a place for their loved ones!

We are very happy with the care and attention our loved is getting at Bay City. The activities person is always thinking of fun things to do i.e. indoor baseball games, cooking classes, dances etc. The staff take good care of our loved one and the residents appear to be happy.
