I would love to say thank you for all the work, our loved one loves it there. Based on the experience our family has had so far, we would definitely recommend the August Haus to other families who made need them for their loved ones

So far they are very good dealing with my Dad. He can be very hard to work with at time's & so far the staff is working with him & making him feel as comfortable as possible there. The communication was great & also helped with respite care that we didn't know they actually did that. No other place actually talked about that service.

Clean, friendly, just what we need to take care of mom. Cost was a big factor in our choice.

They are so caring..treat dad very well but..I have had to be quite vigilant due to dad's medical problems- especially. CHF.. Requested updates don't always happen so need to be actively involved . Keep lines of communication open and take advantage of family day activities to make sure staff know who you are.

It is a nice place and clean. Not a bad price. I have already told people this.

Bavarian was very welcoming when my family came to the community. Everyone made sure they say hi to use and checked to see if we needed anything. My grandmother loves to play bingo and the NASA astronaut visit via zoom was so cool.

Great facility. Very clean, and homey atmosphere. Every employee is very friendly and attentive to both the residents and visitors. This building feels like home even though you are not at home. Great place for your loved ones.

As a family member walking through a community all hands down to the Staff and Management. They were very friendly and offered lots of helpful information. My wife is in the memory care unit at Shields Comfort Care and I am beyond appreciative of the care she receives there. I never have to worry if she is ok. She loves the food and especially loves the activities director. Thank you Shields Comfort Care!

What our family likes the most about Reed City Fields is being able to take her whenever we need to. The staff members are very friendly, it is a clean community, and mom loves the meals and cost isn't bad

Big facility with lots to do from the look of it. Happy to see that the activities director is active on a daily basis with all the residents and the food smelled great during my visit. Housekeepers and staff greeted me with a smile.

Newer facility in Livonia. Toured the facility and enjoyed my visit. The facility is modern with a great look. Residents looked happy and I toured during a meal time and it smelled and looked good. Enjoyed my tour.

Mt Pleasant Comfort Care is a caring environment that I would recommend to others in need. They provide a safe environment that also is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and I would recommend this facility to those that need assisted living.

I came on the weekend and popped in take a look at this building. There was a pastor giving a service to the residents. One of the workers showed me around, told me there was a new activity director that has been getting residents involved in a lot and I also liked that there were so many residents out for in the dining room for the meal when I left.

I recently toured this facility, it had nice sized rooms and I really liked that every room had it's own bathroom with a walk in shower in it. One of the caregivers met me at the door with a friendly smile and made my experience more welcoming.

This facility is hands down the cleanest, friendliest facility I have been in and I have been in several as I am also in the healthcare field. The staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure that residents and visitors feel at home and genuinely happy throughout their stay.

This is such a wonderful facility in so many ways! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The facility is so clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and the staff feel like family. Come check it out!

Very nice facility and community. Always a warm and inviting experience walking into the building. Staff are very nice and provide excellent care to the residents. They have lots of activities and the entire staff participates. The management is so compassionate and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!
