We were very pleased with the pricing and room layout of this center. If it had more of an outdoor place than just the court yard, we would have made this our first choice. Lots of choices for residents for actvities and meals and outings, and full of information for us.

My sis in law is so happy here. Doesn't want to leave. She has joined several groups and is very active. It's been wonderful

I couldn't be happier with this community. They are taking very good care of my husband and his needs. They have been very accommodating, and attentive. They are always willing to help, and bend over backwards to care for their residents. The community is very well-kept. Everything is always very clean when I visit. There are activities offered. My husband is 6'5, and they took in upon themselves to give him bigger portions meals, and he is very pleased with the food. I'am happy with all they have done for us. The is an amazing community, and I would highly recommend it.

So far everything is working out very well since my mothers move to this community. I know she is safe and being cared for very well. It has been a good experience. They have a good staff, they are helpful and kind. She is doing well, and I'am comfortable with her move to this community. This is a community I would recommend.

I toured this community and it was nice and very clean. the staff were nice and answered my questions. I saw that activities were offered. They could not offer just one price and additional care would be costly. I think that families would be happy with this community if they understood what care is included.

I am very happy with this community for the care that is given to my father. The staff I have found to be very patient and caring to his needs. The menu is very nice and appealing. He is happy with the activities and likes to play bingo with other residents. The community is very clean We would highly recommend this COMMUNITYfor a good value and great care to other families.

We have not had any problems with this community. They have been doing a great job with my loved one. He likes the food just has not started getting involved in anything yet. We went here because we felt comfortable here and the community was clean. I also liked that it was on my compute home and to work. It was convenient and by far the best place that we had seen.

My mom is really happy with the care that she is getting here. The staff is very nice and helpful. She is offered alot of activities to stay active. The meals are good and she seems to be very happy with the variety. I would recommend the great care that is given here.

This community was nice and clean. It was a bigger facility and the respite care was on the top floor. I was looking for something closer and a place for my mom to easily navigate through. Everything seemed nice on the tour.

My mom was here for 2 weeks for a respite stay. As far as I know she liked the meals that was made. They had outings and activities available but she did not go. The staff kept her safe and provided care that she needed. There were no problems and everything went well. I would probably use them again.

I was able to take a tour of this community and it is very lovely. The staff is awesome and seem very caring about there residents. The place just did not give me the same feeling as some of the other communities. I would recommend them to other families.

My loved one only stayed for a week and my loved one loved the community. The staff is always making sure that my loved one was involved and happy. The food is great and the entertainment that they provide is out of this world. I love that they offer a happy hour. That is what stood out to me. The community makes the residents feel like they are at home. It is like a 5 star hotel.

This is an excellent community for my mom.She is very happy here and likes the food and the excellent staff members. Wonderful activities are available to her. We would highly recommend care for other families.

I had a very pleasant experience when viewing this community. the lady was very sweet and informative. The rooms have Jack and Jill bathrooms. It was clean, I saw nice interaction, activities were offered. They even had a game system for "Name That Tune". This community was my first choice but they did not have a room for my parents.

I really like the community for the male nurse and aids and for the longevity the employees have been there. They provide a clean community and house for my parents. My parents have a nice house with a courtyard and an area for gardening. There are a number of activities available for the residents. It is a very safe, enclosed community and I am pleased with them and all is going well for my parents.

My father is in great care with this community. We are very happy with the cleaniness of the room and the grounds. A wonderful staff who offer assistance for my dad. Good food is always offered to him to choose from. Activites are offer for him to stay active when he chooses. I highly recommend this community for others.

They have been wonderful. We are very happy with Horizon Bay. It was the first place we looked at and nothing we looked at after could compare, so we moved here. I think they deserve a 5.

Everything is fine with my uncle since moving to Brookdale Countryside. He is adjusting nicely. I do not really have any complaints. He has had his eyes and ears checked sinc ebeing there and a hair cut as well. It is expensive but so is everywhere else. We visit him at least four times a week. Being close by was one of the deciding factors for us. It is a very pleasant place, not like a nursing home, it doesn't feel depressing. There are a lot of activities he can join in on when he chooses. And when he doesn't, the staff goes to check on him and make sure that he is okay. They do provide three meals a day which he says is a bit much for him, so he sometimes only goes for two meals. They do also have apples and other fruit to eat if the residents do not want a full meal. The meal sizes are a good portion and tasty. It is also close to the hospital in case that should be needed.

Other than the fact that my Dad is "cooped up and unable to go anywhere" he is doing fine. He is used to being Independent and still trying to get used to the transition but he looks good. He's gained weight and even made some friends. I haven't been there too often since I'm in another state but the times I have been there the staff has been great and keep me informed on his progress.

They can improve on their communication, they told us one thing and it wound up being another thing. Then my aunt told me they have a shortage of cleaning ladies to clean the room. I like the place and my aunt likes the place, but personnel I was not happy with.
