Positive Experience So Far

I would recommend the community to others. It has been good. The location is great, it is near hospitals and doctor's offices. The staff are good. They call if anything changes with my loved one.

thank heavens for the Collier

The staff is the best part of the community and they are so awesome and have done so much for us. They have a transition floor, for the start of memory care that really helps with the transition. I would recommend this community to others. Communication was good and they kept us informed.

My Review Wickshire Countryside

I would tell others they have been good to my loved one. They have taken good care of my loved one and my loved one is safe here. The communication directly is great. If we need a question answered, then most of the time they don't get back to you and we have to follow up with them.

Trusted Community In a COVID Crisis

My loved one loves eating in the dining room. If my loved one has any problems with food or missed due to appointments the community will fix something special for my loved one. The Landmark is on one floor and have physical therapy center. There are only around 30 residents and everyone knows the families and residents in the community. This has been a blessing to us and my loved one. The community even put a picture of my loved one up with his name on their wall of veteran's. It is the value of being known.

a home away from home

It a pretty safe facility in these times. They have activities to do If your loved one desires. The food is not as good as before covid but they have opened the dining room with social distancings. They are able to get out once in a while also.

Worry Free Living for Your Loved One

The community is very well maintained. The staff I deal with they are personable, able to answer my questions, and also checking on my loved one when I'm not able to get a hold of them. Outside of COVID they have a selection of activities that they allow the residents to choose from. This is a great place for your loved one. This made us feel relief when placing our loved one there.

A good fit for our family

We chose Regency Park because the rooms were much nicer and bigger than other places we looked at, could definitely accommodate 2 people. The bathroom was excellent and was recently renovated and handicap equip. The value for your money was also much better than other places in the area. I saw the food a couple of times and it looked pretty good. Overall, I would recommend.

I give this five star because when I arrived, there was some interior improvements being done, which gave me the impression the facility was in an upgrade mode, an d this was a plus. I met with [name removed] and some of the staff, and they all gave me that 'warm and fuzzy' feeling (okay my gut gave me a good nudge). The facility is small, which seems to provide more of a 'at home' atmosphere. The rooms I viewed were clean. Additional key highlights of The Pointe is the small number of tenant spaces, close to the VA Hospital, and [name removed] sat down with me and we were able to discuss the financials, unlike at the other locations, I was given a price list. That said, I've selected The Pointe.

Feels like home

We chose Atria Port St. Lucie because they were super friendly and accommodating on our tour. The other places we visited were a little more corporate and it did not seem so here. My dad is in the memory care unit and he has private room and private bathroom, it is very nice and spacious. In their dementia unit, they only have 16 rooms so there is better one on one care. The food here is very good and the chef will come out and talk to you one on one and make you what you would like if you do not like what is being served. I would highly recommend.

Good value

We chose Regency Park over others we looked into because the room sizes are larger. The bathroom is much nicer than any other place we looked at. It was a bargain price for my mom and dad to move in together. The food was just okay. I would recommend the facility.

Atria Tamarac a safe and wonderful place

My uncle has been a resident at Atria Tamarac for 7 years. He just celebrated his 100th birthday last month. Atria made it special for him, because at the time no one could visit him. The employees got balloons, and a lovely cake for him and sang Happy Birthday led by their Director [name removed] making it a great day!! I also want to say their diligence during the lockdown kept everyone safe! Fantastic job Atria and all the employees there.

A great place for your loved ones to live

I have a number of clients in this facility, and visit them as much as possible. When I was able to go into the facility I always found my clients in a happy state of mind. They are either doing activities, eating in the dining room, or just sitting around with friends. The community is clean and beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly. But the best part is the smiles on the residents faces. I recommend that anyone looking for a great place for family members to live, take the time and tour this lovely community.

Like a Disney hotel

We chose Atria because they called me as a result of me reaching out to a place for mom and we set up an appointment. They met all of my mothers needs, when we walked in we thought it was too good to be true, it felt like a Disney hotel. She had a studio apartment and it was very roomy. She really liked the food even though she was a picky eater. We had holiday meals here and they were very tasty. My favorite part about the community would be the friendliness and caring of the staff members. My moms health deteriorated and she needed a different level of care and they helped me find a new place during the pandemic.

Atria Countryside

Everything at the community is very clean; they were very good about getting in all the corners. The community itself is also updated and seems pretty fresh. They have also have no cases of the Covid-19 virus at the community. Everyone at the community is generally very nice, but we do think they could probably do a little more training with the care giving staff. The staff are all very helpful and responsive in terms of the care. We definitely think Atria is a good value for the price.

The Pointe

The staff was very good, it was a very small community on my mother's level. Each resident pretty much has their own person caring for them. The care was very individualized. They always had amazing entertainment and the food was exquisite. They would invite me to participate in activities with my mother often, which I really enjoyed.

Dad is happy!

My father is currently a resident of Atria Countryside. As a family, we were concerned about how my Dad would do in an assisted living facility. We couldn't be happier with all the staff members who work really hard to make all the residents feel right at home. Atria doesn't feel like an assisted living facility, it feels more like a family. The building is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff are warm and caring. I highly recommend this place for your loved one.
