Our family had an in person tour and we had a great tour experience the staff members were very friendly towards us

I would rate all a 5. Especially the memory unit staff. The activities only get a 4 because with memory only we know that it can be hard but we do acknowledge that. The staff has been very helpful and supportive since her move there.

Wickshire Tamarac has a family like atmosphere to it which was something we were looking for. All of the staff members and residents are so kind and friendly. When we come to visit they know us all by our first name and always greet us. The staff members show genuine concern for our loved ones care - even when he had to go to the hospital a few times they were checking in on him and welcomed him back with open arms when the hospital released him .The meals and dining service is fantastic, they have club napkins, a leather bound menu like something you see at a fancy restaurant. The wait staff is incredible. The activities are very good, he has made plenty of new friends playing cards and bingo. They have happy hours every day and live musical entertainment. It has been a lovely experience so far.

Regency Park ALF is under new management and a lot of exciting things are happening. You should stop by to see for yourself the changes that have already been made and to hear about what is planned for 2023. NEW MANAGEMENT, NEW IDEAS AND A NEW BEGINNING FOR 2023.

My loved one had a very good experience at Wickshire Tamarac once he was able to get all settled in.

My brother spent 2 weeks during a respite stay at Wickshire in PSL. He was very comfortable and enjoyed his time there. The staff and residents were wonderful The staff was very accommodating, personable, made him feel so special, like family .They have great activities, very nice restaurant and menu. The facility looks like a 5 star hotel, and the room he stayed in was beautiful, spacious, and cheery. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful facility.

This was a nice community. If we didn't pick another community we would have moved here.

Every step of this process was made easier with our contact person and every person we encountered on our tour and many many phone calls and emails. Prompt and responsive to all of our questions which assured us that we were making the first right step.

We had a great tour with Wickshire Port St. Lucie. We didn't care much for it though as an independent living facility. They seemed to be a little on the depressing side.

My experience with Wickshire was Awesome, a friendly and family oriented feeling that you would love for you or your loved ones. Friendly and courteous staff that goes above and beyond their regular duties and responsibilities. This is the place to have loved ones and know that they will be well taken care of, and better for you pockets with most amenities included. Wickshire gives this warm and comforting feeling you will not find anywhere and the food is delicious.

Wickshire Port St. Lucie was wonderful. [name removed] was terrific - very helpful, as were the caregivers. They coordinated and worked well with hospice. All the workers were helpful, from day one right up until the end. If I were to ever to need a place, I would hope for a place like this.

I am totally happy with Wickshire. The food is served well, and looks appetizing. They are always friendly, helpful, and always do what they say they are going to do. They have entertainment, and music. In memory care, they have bingo, and games to stimulate the mind. We picked this community because, everything fell into place,and they went above the call of duty. Overall, I am totally happy. I feel comfortable with the care, that my loved one is getting.

Wickshire Port St. Lucie gets all 5 stars. One of my favorite part about the facility was the fact that residents can decorate their rooms to make them their own. They only small negative was some language barriers with staff members.

It was a pleasure to work with A Place For Mom and with the Wickshire Countryside community . We have recommend a friend to this facility. They have long time staff who care about their residents .

I think the friendliness and confidence they show in care is excellent. They have a new activities director, so I cannot really comment on that. Overall it functions very well as an assisted living community. And not too big

It was spotless. The staff was great with my loved one and went over the top, to get them involved. They were short short staffed, as it relates to care services. The staff were friendly, caring, and giving. They offer plenty of activities. We picked this location because, of the location, value, and it was the most reasonalbe for the quality of care. My advice to other families, is to take the tour. It was great and it's a lovely place.

This place is clean, beautiful, well taken care of. They take very good care of the residents. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Some of the help is very good. Some just come to work every day. But on the whole, they were very good. The food was just okay. The facility was clean. And they kept my loved one clean and in clean clothes.

They get all 5 stars. I was very pleased with Regency Park. Staff is very friendly, food portions were huge. They answered any and all questions I had when I called. Very caring place!! Would highly recommend to others.

We had a wonderful tour experience with The Collier at Naples. We liked the layout of the rooms as well as the layout of the facility as a whole. This would be a great choice.
