We chose Regency Park because of the proximity to our home, the facility is very nice, and the rooms are all newly remodeled! I would definitely recommend Regency Park to others looking.

Wickshire in Port St Lucie has been fantastic for my mother. She's very well taken care of. And because she's not a real bad memory care case they do bring her over into the assisted living side for the activities. Which is a big plus for her. They have a great assisted living facility and staff. And in memory care the people are very well taken care of.

Found out about Regency Park and moved my mom in about two months ago. The staff members are warm and professional. Mom enjoys the activities, the food, but most of all - her new friends! Mom is so happy here and I’m relieved she is in a safe and caring place to live out her days! We love Regency Park!

The experience was excellent in every way: communication, caring staff, physical facility, entertainment.

The food and activities were great a year ago. Main reasons why we chose that facility. Since then the staff has changed several times and quality has diminished. There is a lot of staff turnover at this location.

This is my second review. Mom at Wickshire Memory unit for approximately 4 months. Still so impressed with this place. Excellent staff. Kind and caring. My mother seems very content. She is definitely well cared for. I visit daily. I believe she is thriving as much as a 95 year old with dementia can thrive. Amazing!! Lots of engaging activities throughout the day. Can’t say enough good things about Wickshire!!

On all 7 questions I would rate Wickshire as 5. My father is very well taken care of by the staff. He has gained weight so the food is very good. My mother was treated very well in the memory care unit. I would recommend Wickshire whole heartedly. My dad is very happy with his treatment and surroundings

My mom was very reluctant at first to attend this, or any facility for respite care. She spent a month at Wickshire and she was pleasantly surprised I think. She appeared happy every time I visited, and being a loner typically, felt comfortable around the other residents and staff. She enjoyed most of the meals and even gained weight! The staff was very caring and supportive - very reassuring. I would like to make this a yearly respite stay for my mom.

From the beginning tour to the move-in day, the staff has been wonderful in helping us get our mom's new home ready. [name removed] was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My sisters and I bugged her a lot. She was quick to respond and always helpful. We're looking forward to having our Mom transition to a safe, nurturing, and caring place. All the staff we've met so far have been lovely.

What our family really liked about The Pointe community was their staff team. The staff members there were really good to our loved one and based on the experience we had, we would recommend the community to other families.

I toured 5 memory care facilities in one week, which was quite overwhelming. When I walked into Wickshire I was impressed with the facility. From the outside one could tell it is an older building, but the inside is decorated nicely and clean and well-kept. [Name Removed] was welcoming and spent a lot of time with me, listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. The memory care wing was spotless, and had no odor, like a previous facility I had my mother in. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told some of the staff had been there as long as 15 years. I would recommend checking out this facility if you are looking for memory care for a family member. I read many, many, reviews before and after visiting and while the majority were good, there were some that were not so good, but in my experience, all the facilities have some negative reviews. I am giving them a chance to care for my mom, and so far I am impressed with the care and the communication from the staff and the facility.

One thing that really stuck out for me about them is their location and that they were very close to family and myself. And the fact that the patients rooms all have their own private bathrooms, and were large enough to accommodate the furniture that we would be giving her. Just overall, the staff is very friendly and always willing to answer questions. And I would just also say that I am just very happy with everything that they have been able to do for my mother.

Very clean and bright facility. My mother receives the needed care. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is cooked from scratch. Indoor and outdoor activities. Management is on top of all services. I would recommend this facility.

I would suggest there is some room for improvement in communication from staff as I found this to be a little lacking. Overall I would highly recommend this facility. My sister was treated beautifully. She just moved out last month to be with her daughter in another state. I am so happy to have had your help finding this home for her. All staff were so kind and loving to my sister. The staff that I interacted with were always kind, helpful and more than willing/wanting to help my sister.

If things were different with her I would probably go back. We picked this community, for quietness however; what happened was the airport decided to fly directly overhead and my wife's illness seems to be noise which affects her mentally.
