The staff went out of there way., and helped to get my loved one out of rehab and into asssited living. They helped resolved a problem, that I did not know how to resolve.

The community is perfect for my loved ones. The other residents in the community are very quiet and friendly. The staff are attentive to my loved ones. Everything has been a perfect fit for my loved ones. There are activities for the residents to choose from to participate in, if they choose to. The food is enjoyed by my loved ones and there are three meals a day served to the residents.

The initial couple of weeks were difficult. There were problems with medication administration. As a new person coming into the community I don't think she got the amount of attention she needed to assimilate, especially coming in from a rehab facility. But I think a lot of that had to do with a problem with the nurse, who is no longer at Wickshire. My loved one was assigned an ambassador, but unfortunately the ambassador got impatient and frustrated with her. We were supposed to get a re-evaluation within 30 days, and 60 days in, that still hasn't happened. But the medication situation seems to have been corrected. And she's assimilating better now that she knows the mealtimes, where to go for things, and when. So it has been much much better. On the good side, the community is very active, and the staff is extremely friendly. Now that she's settled in, I'm so glad that she's there. I could have chosen facilities that were closer to where I live, but it's worth the drive to me because she's so happy. She tells all our family how much she and loves it there. She has so many friends, and they're always busy doing something.

My loved one has been here for 2 years, so we have a lot of expeinrece. The staff are incredible with everything that they have done. My mom has dementia and they keep her busy, they understand her condition, and they call me if there is any type of issue what so ever. I am always well informed of what is going on. I really cannot say enough great things about them. We know she is safe here and they have gone above and beyond.

Very prompt call following my initial contact with A Place For Mom. Wickshire was offered respite care for my parents to fit their needs. Staff very friendly and accomodating ... facility looks to be wonderful. No ability to "critically" assess meals & dining ... as my parents are just moving in today.

The person that you meet first at this community is very efficient and friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable and sincere. Overall she just wanted to please and help in any way that she could with the community and was an all around lovely person. They have activities like music, bingo, outdoor activities and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community. The people, the nurses everyone is great.

This was a nice tour but I did not feel like they would be able to care for my loved one like he needed due to behavior issues.

The community is very good and they work well with hospice. They are caring towards the families and residents. They work well with dietary restrictions.

Nice place but couldn't acquire all the needs we wanted. The woman who did the tour was very pleasant and accommodating. It just wasn't the right fit for us.

The staff at Wickshire Countryside really showed genuine care to our loved one and the other residents, we would recommend this community to other families.

Wickshire Countryside looks welcoming and then the staff gives off a genuine welcome as you meet them. From the receptionist to our sales guide, you get a strong feeling of care like your own family. We stopped looking after we found Wickshire. We are excited to get Mom moved there soon.

We chose The Landmark mostly because of the location, it is close to family. It is also right across from the hospital. It is in a lovely setting surrounded by big trees and beautiful landscaping. It is not big and glamorous, the facility is on one story and is more homey feeling. The staff are excellent. I feel my mom is getting great care and we would highly recommend them to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and even though it is an older facility it was a good tour and we really liked the location.

This place has been great and it has been everything that we need in a community. The level of care is amazing and the communication is amazing . My loved one had to switch from assisted to memory care and the transition was great. We are thrilled she is there.

A Place for Mom was a "God Sent" to help us through the ordeal of what to do! What are our options?-Thank you! Wickshire is perfect for our needs and not too small but not so large as to make navigating by our parents a problem. Helpful at all times.

We had a great tour with Wickshire and we really liked the facility a lot. The staff had a lot of interaction with the residents which is something that stuck out to us. They were great with communication and seemed to be accommodating. The only reason we did not choose this facility was because the pay was not all inclusive, so we figured it could end up being more expensive.

This community was just as nice as the community that we went with the cost was just out of the range of what we were looking for for our loved one.

They are very super people and I would highly recommend. I have eaten there with my loved one and they do a really good job. They are still some restrictions due to covid. If you have a family member or someone that needs to move into a facility I would recommend taking a look at this community.

This was a good community but they didn't have any better programs than my first choice and they were more costly. The tour was great.

Everything has been perfect for us. The staff, visitors, and residents are happy and friendly. Bingo, art classes movie nights and more are some of the activities available for the residents. There is nothing I would change about the community.
