My Father was at Regency for 2 years until he passed. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the care as well as the staff. They have a lot of activities such as live entertainment, boat rides, train rides, picnics, and sometimes they go out for lunch. Residents have lots to do there. They have security cameras throughout the building to help ensure the safety of their residents as well. I would highly recommend Regency Park. The food is all homemade and very good and they offer alternative as in case residents don't want whats served. Hope this helps in making the decision to move your loved ones there. I would highly recommend moving your loved one there.

Our family is very grateful to so many at Arbor Oaks at Tyrone where our mom had lived since 2017 before she recently passed. There were so many staff that cared for mom and we are eternally grateful to all of you. You made her remaining time on earth pleasant and comfortable and we appreciate it! Thank you.

I have been responsible for caring for both my mom and dad for many years and as they declined in health a friend referred me to Arbor Oaks. It was a great decision! Since my father’s passing, the staff and other residents have been wonderful towards my mother in helping her cope. I would recommend Arbor Oaks.

When you first drive into the place it reminds me of a beautiful Fl, plantation mansion. There's rocking chairs on the porch for the residence to relax in the fresh air over looking the pond, under the beautiful Fl oaks. When you walk in, your greeted with a smiling face. [Name removed] makes you feel like being welcomed home. The whole place is bright and spotlessly clean. The residence's rooms are clean, and bright and very well equipped for independent luxury living. There are day rooms complete with kitchens for family's and residents. There is an ice cream parlor that will take you back in time. .there are activity rooms where residents can relax and do puzzles, play bingo, play cards, and wi bowling. The dining room is like a luxury hotel. well lit, comfortable, with lots of room for wheel chairs and walkers to move around. The food is excellent. I have had the pleasure of eating there myself. Even Christmas dinners, with live entertainment for the residents and they're family's. They have easy access buses that take the residents to doctor appointments, and shopping trips to the local stores. [Name removed] is one of the drivers, and he is loved by all. He caters to all his passengers, not just drive, but a real chauffeur. All the staff is friendly, polite, professional, and caring. They have a maintenance person that is right on top of everything. My wife and I have visited and observed many of the local retirement and nursing facilities. Arbor Hills is by far the best place we found to be home for my wife's 86 year old uncle. He Has made many friends, and is very comfortable, and happy there. We highly recommend this place to anyone who has a loved one in need of independent living

I wish I could give it 10 stars. I became the guardian of my 83 year old uncle 3 years ago and moved him from NY to Florida from a very unhealthy living situation. I had known Arbor Oaks (excellent place) from car shows and watched Arbor Hills being built. I had owned my own service business for 28 years and am very picky. Especially when it comes to family. My uncle loved Arbor Hills and his apartment immediately. All of Arbor Hills has a homey feel and the awesome staff welcomed him with open arms. Their are so many activities on and off site. The food is very well balanced for health conditions and tastes good. I have eaten there several times for lunch. He made friends. The staff was always caring and helpful to him and to me. The administrators are good and always someone at reception desk to watch monitors, necklace monitors and answer calls. I can say with certainty that the owners are committed to the health, welfare and happiness of the elderly or older citizens in their facilities. Their mission is very successful. My uncle lived in Arbor Hills for 2 1/2 years. He is 86 now and needs much more care. I didn't think about any other facility than Arbor Oaks Behind the scenes, the staff worked diligently to get him there. He had been in hospital. They were awesome! For my uncle, it was a seamless move. They helped me immensely. I have reviewed Arbor Oaks too, I have no regrets choosing Arbor Hills and would encourage anyone needing a lower than assisted living facility, but they can't live alone, to definitely check out Arbor Hills. It's the best choice, by far, from all I looked at. I have no doubt that I would choose Arbor Hills for another family member or loved one. That has to be the highest praise I can give.

Gorgeous facility! Awesome staff! Chef [name removed] always prepares healthy and delicious meals. Convenient access to I-4 and Watson Main Clinic. Couldn't find a better place to accommodate our needs!

Loved this place. Staff was great and friendly. The layout was accessible. The place was clean , bright, and cheerful. It was too far for my daughter to come with any regularity.

Arbor Oaks is one of the best facilities around. The staff from the Administrator ([Removed]) to the care staff, nurses, servers, etc. are top notch. My mother resides here for over a year before she passed away and I couldn’t have been happier. Arbor Oaks saved her from another facility and gave her an amazing quality of life. [Removed] were always available to talk to and you could tell they really care about the residents and staff, [Removed] the Resident Nursing Director is the best around - so knowledgeable and polite. The nurses are the best and most compassionate around. And enough cannot be said for [Removed] in activities. I would recommend Arbor Oaks to anyone looking for their loved ones, you will not be disappointed.

The tour at this community is very nice. We like the staff which is nice and caring. The dining area was nice, but we did not have a meal. The residents seem happy with the care that they are rceiving. We liked this community, but we wanted a location that was closer to home. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

It has been a little over a month since mom has moved in and she is doing very well. She has adapted to her new surroundings very well. The staff and the residents have made her feel welcome. She likes the staff very much they are extremely friendly and supportive. She seems to be enjoying the food. She is enjoying some of the activities and any social hours they may have. Over all, I must say it has been a positive experience so far and I would happily recommend this place to anyone who would ask me.

Loved it! It has a warm and homey feel to it. [Removed] knows all of the patients' names and seems to keep a watchful eye on everything at all times.

I like the care that is given to this community. The staff are outstanding and keeping me informed on his progress. We like knowing the meals are good and he is happy with the menu. They had activities that are offered to participate in. We like knowing that he is happy in a nice environment. We highly recommend the care and the value to other families for the care of a loved one.

Brookdale had a few hiccups with my mom being a new resident. But I hope with time these are fully resolved.

This is the place I chose. Very nice and seemed to a better fit for my dad especially being right across the street from the VA. he will still be able to see his doctors there.

My husband was in the Assisted Living and while I was out of town he enjoyed seeing my friends. He fell there and they took him to the hospital right away. It did not end well and he had a stroke. The staff were taking very good care of him and I have no complaints about the community.

This is a beautiful facility on the lake with such a caring and friendly staff. Delicious meals served in the gorgeous dining room. I don't think there could be a better facility in Lakeland! Love it here.

We visited with my parents who really liked the community. [Removed] was great and the staff very engaging. Had a full tour and felt very comfortable and safe. Unfortunately they do not actually have 1 bedroom units, just a larger studio room. We needed a 1 bedroom an so unfortunately could not commit to this community.
