Visited several times with my aunt. She passed away, but I moved in later. Very happy with services, staff and lifestyle. I am still in my 70's.

All the staff here have been extremely friendly and helpful. They are remodeling the facility and where they are going with it is beautiful. I am excited for my loved one to move in

I liked this community but there was one that took all of my attention. This community was very nice but just did not fit our needs. The tour was great and they did the best that they could.

The experience has been great so far even though at times our loved one can be difficult. The staff members have all been great, and in the beginning our loved one complained about the meals but now not so much. We also have to take his complaints with a grain of salt. They do keep the residents very busy with activities and the staff members are always interacting with the residents. It is pricey but we do believe our loved one is getting the best care.

So far we love it. It has been a difficult adjustment, especially to memory care where our loved one has less freedoms. But she's proud of her room, and she introduces us to her friends. She really enjoys taking part in the activities. The only time we have trouble is if we take her out for lunch or things like that. It reminds her of how things used to be and kind of gets her down. But we know that we made the right choice for her care. Its just been difficult. I think all these types of places are overpriced, but they're right there in the ballpark with other places in the area. And I appreciate that there are no hidden costs. Every month I I know what's coming, and they never sneak in extra costs.

For the most part, I have been very satisfied with my time here. My husband passed away soon after we moved here, and everyone has been so kind and helpful to me. Am very thankful for being here.

I am very proud with my apt. techs are all nice and helpful when needed. The food is very good. The building is excellent.

Have found caregivers are very caring helpful in fact all the employees can be described that way. There are many activities you can do and enjoy.

Enjoy the food and friendships. I play cards and have new neighbors here to enjoy. Staff is helpful and provide good service.

I really enjoy meals with the other residents,. Also the side walk that goes around the community to walk the library is a major plus as i like to read.

Happy, fun stuff to do I feel safe and secure and can take bus on errands, nice neighbors.

Staff is helpful and friendly. I enjoy the activities food and walking outside. The apartment I live in is quiet and comfortable.

I have lived here 2 different times and with husband and now widowed. People here are nice. I love playing pool and cards, the chef is good and like the food. Housekeeping is nice and beauty shop onsite is convenient.

Friendly food is really good. I have a dog and love him having a place to live with me.

My father has been at Studio Royale for over 3 years. Most of the staff who are there now, have been there since my dad first became a resident there. You can tell if a place is good if the staff stays. The director, [name removed], is phenomenal. She cares about every one of the residents as though they were her own parent. The chef [name removed] is so passionate about the food he serves, and has a good system for managing special dietary needs. The activity director, [name removed], really does have activities every day, including a chair exercise class 5 mornings a week, weekly live entertainment, Karaoke and fantastic movies every single night after dinner. The med staff and care staff are also top notch. Laundry could be a little more careful with occasionally loosing clothing, but thats about my only complaint. All staff and residents have had their Covid Vaccines and now have just gotten boosters and flu shots. A+ to [name removed] and the Studio Royale staff.

My wife and I live here at Pinecrest and love being apart of our community.

Pinecrest has a great staff and very nice apartments. Love the food.
