The organization and staff here are very effective in taking care of my basic needs as an older independent and doing it in a very friendly way. =Aside from basic needs, many different activities are provided by a highly capable and motivated activity director and staff. These activities include things done inside our residence building, and other activities done outside. Internal activities give a very varied mix of things to do, including presentations by visiting experts in various fields. =My favorite services are the outside bus trips which go to a wide variety of locations both near and far. Both scenic drives and walks are done, with targets including the mountains, the ocean coast, restaurants, museums, zoos, aquariums, entertainment, casinos and many others. =These activities provide positive effects of recreation, stopping feelings of confinement, learning your area, exercise, stress reduction and many others. The activities make me feel very comfortable and happy.

Our loved one does not participate in the activities so we cannot comment. However, the help the staff has given in an emergency situation was quick and really reassuring to our family which is something we like most about this community and based on the experience so far we would definitely recommend this community to other families

Lotus Park is a top tier senior living that offers scenic mountain views, large outdoor spaces, and a large variety of living accommodations for every budget and situation. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the activities and care are exception. Would recommend to anyone searching for the perfect place for their loved one.

I moved into Cogir in Lower Queen Anne last fall. Previously I had lived in an apartment close by. I was shown several available apartments and chose one overlooking the garden. At my first meal at Cogir, I made friends with the interesting women who were my table mates. Within the first days I was pleasantly surprised by the activities offered at Cogir, particularly the daily exercise program as well as informative lectures, yoga and happily, Bingo! I was amazed that all employees had learned my first name, seemingly overnight! The waiters and waitresses are unfailingly pleasant, staff at the front desk are always helpful and the program staff are truly amazing! To my amazement, everyone has helped me feel truly at home here and I am beyond grateful!

Cogir at Queen Anne is always a great experience when I play music there. The staff always makes us feel like family and they are very good at getting everyone involved in the music. The smiles on the faces from the time I get there till the time I leave is assurance that we will always have a good time. I play music at several retirement centers in the Seattle area and it's always a good time coming to Cogir of Queen Anne. Very down to earth and a caring staff and a warm environment.

Our Activities Director, [name removed] is professional, personable, and full of energy! She is always available......completing all kinds of activities; drives the bus; knows all residents and is always fun to be around. She completes the monthly calendar with events and outings. Often she cooks a special item for residents to eat in the Activities Room. At Happy Hour she will be serving and dancing with residents. [name removed] is a special lady and deserves recognition.

I love the Lotus Park community! It is clean, modern, and beautiful! The people are kind and compassionate! They offer a unique option of independent living homes on-site, in addition to assisted living and memory care. Definitely a great option for any family wanting Mom (or Dad) to be well-cared for in their later years.

We had some mess up with medications but that has all been resolved. The food is delicious, but the ingredients used have too much salt in them. Chef does not add salt, but it is creating swelling in mom's feet. I understand there are other residents that have asked for some changes in this area as well. The activities seem creative although my mom has not been able to participate. I am very happy as is my mother with our decision. She feels safe and well cared for. I would recommend the facility. It is a very friendly environment and staff are always smiling and asking how they can help.

This is my third residence, the first two in another city. This is the first residence that has an activity program. Inspection of the daily offerings reveals that there is something for everyone. The program allows us interact with other residents., making friends. There is a monthly meeting that allows us to request activities. I requested a Spanish refresher course because many of our aides speak Spanish; the class was taught by a native. Today I had my finger nails cut and I played Bingo. Activities allow us to visit museums, theaters, malls, restaurants and visitor attraction such as the zoo or take ferry rides to neighboring locals. Happy hour is truly remarkable with musical entertainment and snacks. We have presentations by local specialist in current events, trivia, art, music history to name a few. The offerings in exercise meet the needs of active adults and more physically impaired residents. The art activities and food preparation are especially enjoyable. There are special events like the baking of bread or the making of Mexican food treats. We have had chili contests; we voted for the best of three chilis. There are birthday luncheons and holiday preparations. There are special events; tomorrow there is indoor camping for a lunch treat.

[name removed] and the activity department are absolutely wonderful at Cogir Queen Anne. There are always fun activities happening and the genuine sincerely is evident. The activities keep the residents engaged and the energy level high. They treat the residents like they are family. This adds a lot of value to the overall living experience at Cogir. We really appreciate what they do for our family member who lives there

After looking at a half dozen assisted living facilities it became a daunting task to find a place that we truly felt comfortable with. But when we visited Lotus Park we immediately felt like we could trust them to take care of our mom. It’s been almost two months now and we can’t recommend this place enough.

I would rate all 7categories as a 5. In addition to being friendly, it's evident that all the staff - regardless role - care about the residents. They also take the time to stay in touch and let us know how [name removed] is doing. The management and supervisors are very supportive and up front with what's going on in the facility and with [name removed]. It's clear that everyone there are dedicated to providing memory care for the residents.

They are beyond patient. My mom was a troubling case, and they have been so good with her. We have a camera in her room, where they have been so good to her and like I said patient.

Every category on the list has met or exceeded our expectations :) Based on the experience we have had so far with Holiday Sunridge, we would absolutely recommend the community to other families.

My husband was in Paramount for the year, 2019. (Now, Cogir.) Paramount was wonderful. It is friendly, and welcoming to family and resident. They are helpful, caring, and do their best to care for their wards. He needed quite a bit of assistance and it progressed as time passed. They always met the added needs. I would give them all 5s. I was very thankful and appreciative of having a facility so nice. It is comparably priced with a well defined cost for each added service required. It always felt like a safe, clean, friendly place to live and cared for.

The staff members are friendly and very helpful . Our mother has only been there a short time and we have no other experience to compare to so we cannot rate the care services. I am a pescatarian so I find the menu lacking...mother seems to be happy and that's what counts. When it comes to the activities, again mothers hasn't really moved in yet only staying a couple nights a week at this point..so she hasn't participated in any activities as yet. For the value we cannot rate it, sorry I don't have an answer...seems high price to me, but was less than other places, guess it depends on how much mother participates. If she feels safe that's very valuable...again time will tell. We love the view in the dining hall! I have already told others about Vineyard place and A Place for Mom..I think the service you provide is invaluable! I truly appreciate your help!!

Park Terrace was my sisters first choice, but the two bedroom wasn't great. The rest of the place was fantastic! The security and grounds are beautiful. [name removed] who was showing us around was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way.

I think that they need to realized that no matter how challenging or difficult a resident can be they are treated with respect and lots of patience and concern.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Carmel Place and it's been a great experience so far! The staff is excellent, friendly, and always willing to help. [name removed] has been wonderful. I hear that the meals are very good. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

The food is good. They seem to have lots of activiites. The value for the money is good. I picked this community because of the attitude of the staff, and the warmness. Everyone seems to like everyone. It seemed to be a good fit for me.
