Active facility. Nice rooms, pretty wooded view. Care partners to help with care options. Clean community.

Clean, food was very good. Looking for parents, surprised at how friendly and active residents were. Great services for care needs. Apartments were nice and staff was informative. Pleased with my visit.

The enthusiasm and excitement of our current staff is so refreshing. They are bringing great ideas and plans to our tired 30+ year community. [name removed] is doing an amazing job bringing in new residents. Their friendliness and caring makes us feel loved and we love them back.

Great caring staff. Food option varied, generally okay. Lots of pork products. Need nutritionist at corporate level. Many activities. Regular meetings re. activities.

We chose Longmont Regent because they had a great apartment available and the manger [name removed] when she gave us the tour was incredibly helpful. The staff have been really amazing with him and have made it a good experience. The apartment he has is nice and has been recently re-done. They are in the process of redoing the common areas, the dining room is done and it is beautiful. I would recommend to others looking.

My mother moved into Cogir of San Rafael a month ago from the Redwoods retirement community in Mill valley where she had lived for the last 2 1/2 years. It’s a wonderful community with a loving and caring staff and I couldn’t recommend it more! I never worry about my mom knowing that she is well cared for, entertained and always safe.

The food was a little salty for my loved one. I would highly recommend them, and already have to friends. Movie night, Wii bowling, exercises, outings around town, and more are some activities for the residents to choose from. They have a picnic and gardening area with walking paths.

Gresham Manor is a great place. My brother had a really good experience. He was really enjoying it here and starting to fit in. I like the staff members that worked here a lot, especially [name removed] and [name removed]. He will be moving out soon because he needs more care now and cannot live in independent living anymore, but it was a great experience.

This community is safe, well taken care of, clean. The care takers are friendly, help where needed. More like family, than managers.

I would just like to say the Regents Sales leader [name removed] is one of the reasons I chose to live here. Her laughter is so sincere and she made me feel like this was home the moment I walked through the doors.

Been here 2 years. Excellent home place. The people are like family here.

The Regent team defines "proficiency". They make things happen for our advantage.

The Seville residents have a sense of community. My parent is able to be independent yet have others nearby when desired. It's like High School trying to make friends and be accepted into the established friendship groups (cliques). The location is perfect-- within walking distance of the library, stores, fitness center, bus stops.

We are dealing with Covid-19 by creative scavenger hunts around the hallways, hallway games, and hot meals delivered to our door. The staff here keep us safe and the areas clean. I miss live music Wednesday but our activities person plays hallway music on different halls daily. Our food is made by executive chefs and is healthy.

[name removed], the director of enviromental services, does a great job. My heating and cooling cover fell off and he fixed it right. I was outside taking care of my car using water bottles. He was washing windows right where i was and gave it a quick rinse. He always does a great job.

If you're reading this, I'm sorry your family is going through this. The Cogir is good. They work with you and help you go through it all. The care they provide is good, and my loved one is happy there. They keep things very clean, and I don't notice any unpleasant smells. I've been really happy with cleanliness.
