Things are good here. It's a very homey place with a great atmosphere. Mom is still trying to adjust, but they're doing their best to help her with it. They also have 2 residents here whom are resident ambassadors. They help new residents adjust, learn their way around, get used to meal times, etc. We really like that and it's been helpful for mom's adjustment. The staff does a great job! They've had quite a few changes in staff lately (both care and administration staff), but the new staff is just as wonderful as the old was. So it's been good. The meals have actually improved lately, I'm not sure if they've gotten a new chef or what has changed, but they're better than they used to be and they were never bad. But definitely better now. They play the piano for the residents during meal times, which is nice. The activities director was really great, but she's no longer here. I'm not sure if they've filled her position yet or not, but it seems like maybe they haven't. Overall we're very pleased with this facility. I would recommend them to family and friends.

It's a little expensive. We picked this community because, the room was much better, and it's very nice. We are very happy. They are short staffed, so it would be nice if they hired more people. They serve the food buffet style, since they are short sffed. They use to serve the food restaurant style, and have servers. Overall, I would recommend this comunity to other families.

When my loved one moved into Cogir it was a difficult transition for them. The community did a really good job at getting to know our loved one and assisting with acclimating my loved one into the community. They were able to assist my loved one with their in house doctor. The staff were patient and understanding with our loved one. The community really kept in touch and really figured out where my loved one would fit in best and keeping them calm. There is a calendar of all the meals that are coming up for the residents. The community has even brought out beverages for the family when we visited our loved one. The staff send us pictures and videos of all the activities our loved one is involved in. The level of engagement my loved one has while in the community is better for them after moving into the community. This has made a huge difference for our loved one. The Activities Director has been able to bond with our loved one and taken them under their wings and this has made the family very comfortable and happy to know.

We really like the friendliness of the staff members and the activities there. They take the residents out to lunch, gardening, bringing in programs from a working dog to musical performances.

The only person I worked with here was [name removed] and he was great, I cannot say enough about him he was exceptional. He was willing to go above and beyond to help her move in, get comfortable and all of that stuff. He truly cared and he did a lot of stuff that he did not have to do. I would definitely recommend Carmel Place to others looking.

Everyone has been great. So far, my loved one seems to like the food, and is invloved with the activites. It's pretty good value for the money. We picked this community because, of the location and cost. It was the most affordable out of other place. We liked the size of the apartment, and the value for the money was the top reason we chose this community. The General Manager, has been really good and quite responsive. The new maintenance guy is really nice. Getting things repaired in a timely manner could improve.

Clean, friendly staff, they have housekeeping. I would recommend them to others.

We picked this community because, it was smaller community, obviously they were a caring staff and location. I couldn't be happier - she is taking her meals in the dining room, getting her meds on time and with food. I love it and so does my loved one.

The place is still so new that there are only a few activities and the bus isn't up and running. I assume this will change as the have more residents. (Currently they are around 20 people) They have had some staff turnover, but that being said everyone has been lovely. The restaurant served food has been very good with many options.

We chose Inspira Gateway for a couple of different reasons. They had additional features in the room such as full kitchen, balcony, and motion sensors in the bathroom, washer and dryer in the units etc. The staff will also come and do your loved ones laundry in their room which is nice. It is also a little bit of a smaller facility so there are fewer residents which I liked. It was less expensive than many of the others that I visited that did not have those features. The only caveat with the food that has been a challenge is that there are set times for the meals. the kitchen is not open 24/7, but the meals themselves are wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Inspira to other families.

We chose Cadence at Mint Hill because we were impressed with the way we were treated when we went initially for the tour, the convenience of it being so close to my home, and also it is a newer facility which I feel gives off a better vibe. I would and have recommended this facility to people that I know.

I toured this facility and it's great! Our tour guide was wonderful. The apartments were a little 'dark' feeling to me, but not terrible. The staff was great!

When we first moved our loved one in he did not want to go at all, but the sales gentlemen [name removed] just bent over backwards to make him feel welcomed, comfortable and like he had a friend there. He is a great individual and all the other employees were really friendly. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

When I first saw this place I was a bit underwhelmed, but I couldn't have been more wrong. First, the staff are _amazing_. The orderlies are caring, considerate and patient. Extra kudos needs to go to the assistant manager [name removed], who regularly goes above and beyond insuring my grandpa has what he wants. My grandpa is a tough guy to impress, but he loves the staff (especially [name removed])! It's really nice to see him in an enviroment that cares about him. Aside from that, there's tons to do, from spiritual services to games and movies! The rooms are fine - nothing special, but everything works and is accessible. I don't love the food, but I think that's a generational thing - my grandpa likes it and is happy with the variety.

I had a great tour experience at Cogir of Mill Creek, unfortunately for us it was just a little bit too expensive for what we could afford.

I came here for a tour with my family back in July and we were very impressed by the facility and location. They have a wonderful community and the Cogir team there were incredibly welcoming and caring.

They offer lots of activites for the residents. We picked this community because, it was the only location/facility that was available in our area. It's a nice place but my love done is still very new to the facility.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked everything about this community, all of the staff members we met with were all very friendly and helpful

The value for the cost is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. [name removed] the maintenance guy is AMAZING. My mom says the meals are pretty good. Sometime a little rich but overall good. There are plenty of activities to choose from. There is a large van to drive people around. Although not working right now. It is not an assisted living facility but she has been receiving Homehealth care since discharge from rehab. Security is a little lacking but improving.

Brandywine provides all of the above (activities, cleanliness, housekeeping, etc). The individual we worked with as we made our decision was thoroughly informative and great to work with. I would definitely recommend to others. My brother in law will move his mother to Brandywine this month and I have recommended to others.
