We toured with Park Plaza and I thought it was a very nice facility and great tour. The downfall is it is strictly independent living and they were not able to provide the care and needs that my loved one had.

The food is getting better, and my loved one seems to like it. The value for the money is very good. The care of the caregivers is really good, and they are really caring. They need to improve on communication with upper mangement with each other.

Cadence of Kent is just what the local community needs. [name removed] and [name removed] made us feel so welcome when we toured, and the residents were engaged and happy everywhere we looked! Their approach to modern aging is refreshing and forward thinking; and the apartments are beautiful and spacious.

Holiday Orchard Park is amazing and based on our experience we would highly recommend this community to other families

They were great. The staff was very warm and friendly - it seemed like they were going out of their way to be helpful and we really appreciated that while my aunt was here. I would absolutely recommend Cadence at Garner to others.

Holiday Carmel Place was our favorite originally and the cost was right. She just decided she wanted more independence than we thought she would have. Plus, she would have had to walk far to get to any room.

I had a lovely tour at Sunrise of Old Town Alexandria. The facility was beautiful - absolutely gorgeous. The lady who did the tour was very nice. She tried to find out what exactly my loved one needed, and explained to me what they could provide. They had only just opened, so they didn’t have very many residents at that time, and I was hoping to have more people for him to interact with. Also, the cost was out of our range. But I thought it was a very nice place.

After looking at many places for an assisting living community for my mother and father we found Cogir of Brentwood was a perfect fit. From the start the Community Director has been a friendly, informative person who has earned our trust and has been there to answer our question. The nurse who did my parents assignment was honest and treated my parents as individuals and addressed their concerns. The Executive Director was friendly. The staff has been very friendly. As soon my mom walked through the door the first time she said "this is a cozy, comfortable place."

We toured Cogir at Mill Creek and found it to be a place full of activity, great food and wonderful, friendly staff! The Executive Director is very responsive and engages personally with residents and family members. Staff in the marketing department are super knowledgeable about the community and have been most helpful in getting my mother-in-law settled into her new home. The nursing team has helped so much in giving my mother-in-law the care she needs! Overall, after a couple of weeks of adjustment to her new surroundings, she is a happy resident at Cogir of Mill Creek.

The community is elegant and offers an array of activities for the residents. The dining experience reminds you of a 5 star restaurant with a sumptuous menu and excellent service. The staff is caring and friendly.

The entire community was classy and well maintained and updated. I would want my parents to live there, or myself. I did not eat or participate in any activities but the menu selection and activites looked great.

Beautiful and caring community! Their professionalism and attention to detail is commendable. The quality of care that their residents receive is one of the traits that sets them apart from its competition. In addition to their quality-of-care their signature programs go above and beyond.

My wife gave me a list of five Assisted Living residences to check out in the area. I made calls and visited them. Wow! When I visited Cadence it just had a different feel. Friendly, new, fresh, open, and just plain right. I then had my sister visit and luckily she had my mom along with her. They loved it, too. First impressions are one thing, but real life is what matters. My mom had some health issues that came up shortly after she moved in. The attentiveness, compassion, and excellent communications with my sister couldn’t have been better. They know how to treat residents and family. The real life care was excellent. My mom returned to Cadence after a short stay at the hospital and with some adjustments to her assistance needs, she is now doing great. I haven’t seen her this happy in months. She loves the staff, the company of other residents, the care, and the meals. I highly recommend Cadence at Kent Meridian. When mom is happy, my sister and I are happy for her.

Beautiful new community shines with ammenities, special touches and warm friendly staff. The rooms are bright, fresh and so pretty. Its a nice place to enjoy visiting loved ones while taking in the high ceilings, lots of natural light and variety of foods.

We came for a resident event and to see the facility. The outside of the building and the grounds are very neat and well kept. We were given a tour inside and the facility is gorgeous. The resident units are spacious and very modern. The main area and dining room were immaculate. The event we attended had food prepared by the kitchen and it was delicious. The staff is amazing and so friendly.

I have the pleasure of partnering with Cadence and their residents as the Home Care liaison for TheKey. I can’t say enough about Cadence of Kent-Meridian. This is an outstanding community not only because it’s beautiful and unique, it is simply because the management team and staff go above and beyond for their residents. If they would let me move in, I would sell my home and live my best life. Unfortunately I have to wait a few more years to qualify. I had no idea where I wanted to put my mom and this was the second person that came to visit. The staff here was absolutely amazing. My mother has never been as happy as you few years. She enjoys the people everyone here is really nice and friendly. The staff is very accommodating for her disability, and I have made sure all of her needs have been taken care of. I appreciate them more than they would ever know. To see my mom happy brings me so much joy.

My husband tripped over his feet at home, fell, and if my daughter hadn't been visiting, I would have needed outside help. I love traveling with friends so what a blessing to move here and know I can travel and my husband has access to the care he might need. And, it is such a lovely and loving community. I love it here and am trying to find negatives to be a balanced review...not enough salt in the delicious meals! ??

We give this community such high remarks there is nothing about Park Terrace that we can complain about. Everything about this community has made it such a great experience. The staff are so easy to work with and very flexible with our family which we really appreciated. They all have great communication and respond in a timely manner.
