I would highly recommend it.

Our family had an in person tour and this community has all the bells and whistles, it reminds us of the Ritz-Carlton hotel. It is super pretty on the outside and has all the current up to date things. The staff is highly trained in sales and it seemed like they were trying to meet a monthly goal and not being as personable if we would have preferred. However if you have the money and like living the "high life" this is definitely the place.

The Claiborne is a beautiful facility that is very nice and clean. I love my apartment and it is super spacious. The activities seem to be getting better. They are supposed to be working on the beauty parlor but it is not open yet and we need our hair done, so I hope that opens soon. It has been a good experience overall and I would recommend them to others looking.

Everyone is helpful and friendly and cooperative at this community. it is a good value for the money that is paid for my loved ones care. The staff are very good. The tour was great and they were very informative and answered all of my questions. They have activities like karaoke, work out classes, church services and more for the residents to do to keep busy.

We chose Brickmont Woodstock because it is all inclusive pay and that was a big selling point for us that everything was not an add on fee. I would tell others that on the assisted living side, it is all inclusive unless your family members want to eat in their room, if they do want to eat in their room, it is an addition [cost removed] charge. There is a nurse practitioner that checks on residents every Wednesday, and she has been rude and does not have a good bed side manner. She is also not very good with communication either. I do see a lot of turnover in the staff members, whenever they have new people the rules seem to change. I think they need to have more consistency so people know exactly what rules to follow. My loved one does say the food looks intuitional and he thinks they could benefit from adding their own personal touch on meals. We have a great working relationship with the memory care director right now and all of the caretakers are amazing at their job. Overall I think the facility is great, there have just been a couple of hiccups along the way

Brickmont of Acworth was a very nice facility that we liked a lot, it was our 2nd choice. We just felt the facility we chose had a bit more to offer than they did for the money.

The community is kept clean, we have had no problems with the staff they are friendly. Sometimes the people who handle the laundry service lose some of our loved ones clothes, but that is about the only issue we are having. We haven't been able to be there for meal time but by the sound of it are loved one is enjoying the meals. She is always participating in the activities they offer.

The staff at Brickmont Woodstock were very nice and helpful. Our main concern there was they were just very strict. And it seemed like they had very limited activities.

I was impressed with the community. The fee was to much for us and they weren't willing to negotiate with us.

We chose Brickmont of John's Creek because of the comprehensive level of care for the value. The pricing is all inclusive and everything has turned out to be as they said. They have not had the buses up and running for the activities, but It think they are getting that started again soon. We have been happy and would definitely recommend to others.

This is a really good value. My loved one really likes it here. The staff are great. I do feel like they could improve on the activities but I do know that some of it has been affected by covid and the changes.

Great place, but the food is discussing!!!! Definitely not getting what we are paying for.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the community was just not in our price range

This community is one price for all the services and rent which was very important for us. I would like to see more outdoor activities for the residence. I think this is a good place to start your assisted living and they have been really helpful and communication has been great also and they made this process easier. I would recommend this community to others.

We did a virtual tour with Camellia Place which is the only reason I gave it a 4, since we could not go inside. I felt that it was not going to be the right fit for my mom, it was more of a community type environment rather than apartments.

Our loved ones really enjoy the community setting and being able to mingle with the other residents. The staff members are friendly, wonderful and have been very accommodating since the day they moved in. They are really liking it and they have been very proactive about keeping the residents safe. Their only complaint is the food, they say it is absolutely terrible.

It is a beautiful place our loved one really enjoys the food and every staff members we have encountered have been very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately we just have not been able to really experience the community because of the covid restrictions.

We have been very happy and pleased overall, except for the food. They are having to serve it in their rooms due to covid, but we are hoping it improves when the dining room opens up.
