If the current Covid -19 continue I would say it is not worth the money. If they are able to do the things and services they were prior to the virus I would say, yes it is worth the cost. The food was better when it was served in the dining room. The room sizes are good and the layout of the community is good.

My Mother, [Removed], spent 2 weeks here to gain her strength back from an operation. We really felt she received first class care. We are glad she spent the time here. The whole staff is great, so is the food.

Our visit to Carriage Court was wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The residents seemed happy and they have lots of activities planned. We are just beginning our search and had lots of questions - [Removed] was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and gave us great information to take home. Carriage Court is a great community and we fill our mom can get great care here and be very happy.

I'am pleased with my move this community, everything working out well. I enjoy the staff, they have been professional and personable. They are always willing to help. They do a good job with the cleaning, everything is very nice and clean. There are many activities offered. The residents have been very welcoming. I'am satisfied with the meals, the food is better than average. I would highly recommend this community.

I love memphis so much. Memphis is a great city for anyone. When i am in Memphis there is just a better vibe for just about everthing. The Carriage Court of Memphis lives up to its name and is a great place.

Wonderful place! Dad enjoyed the staff and great food. My only complaint was not receiving a call back from head nurse after leaving two messages. It was, however, over a holiday weekend. I was always able to speak with his staff nurses.

I moved my Dad to the memory care unit at Carriage Court in Germantown 6 weeks ago. The transition was difficult for everyone, but the people have been great. It was my initial impression of the people who work at Carriage Court that caused me to choose Carriage Court in the first place, and now that I have gotten to know them better I absolutely feel that I made the right choice. Now that everyone has adjusted I am pleased with how well my Dad is doing. The staff are very pleasant, hard-working and professional, from the front desk and managers to the nurses, the assistants, and dining/other staff. I never wanted to have to move my Dad out of my home, but I am very satisfied with our situation.

The staff is very good. My mom is nicely dressed, her hair is styled, they have regular activities, bathroom breaks & nice meals. This is much better than where she came from. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The facility and the people are super nice and friendly. Love that they're all inclusive. Be sure they keep their promises when you sign your contract as we had issues with the specials they offered then reneged on. Unfortunately, not too much to choose from in the dining room. Overall, however, it's been a great experience.

My tour of Brickmont left me with a favorable impression of its facility and staff. I felt it could well serve the needs of my friend who requires memory care. Its drawback was the travel time from my location and the lack of Korean staff and residents to make her feel more comfortable. Even though I chose another facility, it would have been an excellent choice, in my opinion.

They are improving each day. It's a struggle to find good help to work there. All facilities have their problems. You must be an advocate for your loved one. Know what is happening around them.

If they offer a referral credit make sure you get it in writing. For the cost I would recommend Brickmont.

I would advice others to, definitely consider this as a care facility. I would recommend with no hesitation. The staff was wonderful.

Community was very clean Staff extremely friendly, caring and compassionate Adequate number of activities for what my loved ones were interested in Too restrictive in dining times and menu offered Front staff very nice but a bit disorganized

They have recently changed owners my mothers does not get her clothes back in a timely fashion also missing sheets and washcloths room hasn't been cleaned in 2 weeks hair on bathroom floor and tile needs mopping.

While friendly and supportive, the staff are not trained nurses. A nurse visits but is not there regularly. Brickmont was recently taken over by a new management company, so some things are in limbo.

Get to know your loved one's caregivers, med techs, cleaning staff and the activities director it helps with everything. Mom's are great to her. Before the change in management we did struggle with communication concerning meds, but as I "got more involved" with the wellness director, [name removed], things have gone smoothly.

I like that it's all inclusive. My grandfather can get most everything he needs there. They could definitely improve on efficiency and some of their processes.

The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean, the care givers are nice, polite and attentive. There was an issues with medications not being given to my mom. Critical meds. The med tech was written up and then later released from the job.

The new management company seems to have diminished the food quality and brought a more institutional feel to the place. The aids and staff dealing directly with residents were very friendly and caring. The only issue is that my husband left there as the new management was settling in and the changes he was seeing weren't positive. Like food quality going down dramatically and executive director leaving and staff not happy. So his experience could be outdated for someone considering it today.
