Claiborne Senior Living

They did a wonderful job. They were very accommodating as far as the level of care my loved one needed and the willingness to get him moved in fast, which we needed after an unexpected life event. The facility is very inviting, and they were very accepting of us as visitors.

My loved one is living here now and she is really enjoying her experience so far. We had some growing pains with them in the beginning which is to be expected anywhere, but they worked through all of them to our satisfaction and we have been very pleased with Brickmont of West Cobb.

This is a convenient community and it is newer. They also have a lot of amenities at this community. If my loved one wants a hair cut he can, there is a garden for him to go out to, and his room overlooks the garden and they have a theater room. There are a lot of walking trails, a lake and more for the residents to enjoy living at the community. The staff are all friendly and I have no issues at all.

The Claiborne is a really nice place and you should go look to see if it is a good fit for your loved one. The staff were great to work with. The community is willing to work with dietary restrictions.

I feel like they could do more activities in the community. They do go on trips to the store and more but I think there could be more but they may be limited due to covid. This is a new community and it is a great place. It is fairly new and they are still in the process of getting things together. The transition moving in was very good. There prices are inclusive and include everything from showers, medicine, laundry and more. They don't add any charges on and that makes it very nice. I would not mind being here.

The cleanliness, the organization and the friendliness of the staff members at Claiborne immediately stood out to our family. We like the location of this community and how it is newer and based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to others.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked it but it does have 6 different buildings so if you wanted to go to the main building for activities you would have to walk completely outside.

Everyone from the nurse , to the director, to the person who got us signed, even to the front desk and the activity director on everyone is amazing and goes above and beyond. My loved ones enjoy the happy hour and they even let us join on Christmas day to dine with our loved one. My mother enjoys all of the activities and the social hours. They decorate for the holidays and the residents are able to participate. The only thing is I wish there was more outside activities away from the community or field trips.

It has been a great experience, my dad is so happy here. The rooms are spacious and he has a full sized refrigerator. They check on him every two hours day and night and are great with his care. The staff are so friendly, the food is good, everything is new and clean it is just overall an amazing place.

Mom is acclimating very well, they were super helpful with the transition. It is a great place with wonderful staff members. The facility itself is beautiful and we love the atmosphere. I am always welcome anytime I want, and same for my kids. Mom really loves the food, I have had it as well and it is great. Overall it has been a great experience and I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

It is expensive, but the community is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They have done a sufficient job taking care of our loved one. The meals are fantastic and even though our loved one does not participate in activities they are plenty of opportunities for the residents to get involve.

I would recommend the community to others.

My Father was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer back in [date removed]. Both he and my Mother were requiring several trips per week to hospital (Forrest General), and I helped convince them that The Claiborne was the best place for them and their needs. They were able to make many friends there, and the fact that they were able to socialize with others in very similar condition as them really helped with their sense of NOT feeling sorry for themselves. Actually, they got involved in many of the activities that the staff at the Claiborne put on. The food was very good and they really had a sense of community there. In fact, I can honestly say that my Father probably squeezed an extra year of life out as a result of living here. My parents were happy, well cared for, and always looking forward to the next day. I can't think the staff at The Claiborne Independent living enough for everything they have done for my family. Thank you!

This was a beautiful community. It just was too expensive for us.

Our tour with Camellia Place was great, but they do not accept pets at all here so we went with another facility.

This is a real nice place. The staff and residents are friendly. Depending on the level of care your loved one may need this could be a good place for them. The food is pretty good for my loved one.

I tell everyone I know that they will not find a better assisted living than Camellia Place. My mom thought she was not ready but yesterday she said "Why did you let me wait so long?" That means the world. I'm happy and so is she, and that says it all.

No one has to ask me to say nice things about Camellia Place. I would do anything for them. There is nothing more important to me than my Dad. He says they do everything for him before he can even ask. He says he doesn't deserve it, but I know he deserves it all and more. Camellia Place is absolutely the best!

I loved the design of the household model from the moment I first saw it, but what a blessing in covid-19. My mom was not isolated to her room, she got to live in her house, eat meals in her home with her other house mates, and maintain her schedule of activities. Way to go Camellia Place!

I looked at every community within a 20 mile radius before selecting Camellia Place for my mom. Best decision ever! They deliver what they say they will and that is just so rare. This team truly cares and it shows. High 5's all the way around.
