We decided on Brickmont of Acworth because it is very convenient for our family. The friendliness the care and the help that the staff provide for my father is awesome. He was a wanderer and we know that he is safe here. We really love it and it has given us peace of mind. They have been great with communication if anything happens - it has been outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful tour experience. The community itself is beautiful and very clean and all of the staff were very welcoming. The room we were able to look at was awesome, but the price was just to high for us

So far Brickmont Roswell has been the perfect place for my Mother. She went from Independent living to the hospital to rehab to assisted living. We had to make a quick decision. Everyone from the Executive Director to the care givers have been so nice. They have answered all our questions and concerns. The Executive Director has been very hands on. She making sure my Mother is having a good place. The care givers, med techs and nurses have been very responsive. Always wanting to help and educating us and my Mother. They are trying to get my Mother involved in activities but letting her go at her on pace. I feel we have found a great facility for my Mom to age in place.

Beautiful place, friendly staff - very accommodating. My grandfather just needed more care than they could provide, but it would have been perfect for my grandmother. The room set up is nice and home like. Love the courtyard.

It was a brand new facility and a beautiful place. The rooms were nice. The staff was very, very nice. With my mom having dementia, I was just concerned about the size of the facility. I was afraid she would get lost.

When my dads Parkinson’s developed more more and it became difficult for my mom to care for him, we knew we had to find somewhere for him to be safe and have all his needs met, but not somewhere were it felt like a hospital or institution. Somewhere lovely and clean with a care team that would treat him with dignity, respect, and warmth. I searched many many places and we found Brickmont West Cobb to be the best fit. We are so grateful to everyone at Brickmont for turning a very hard decision into the best decision we could make.

Brikmont West offers compationate care from a dedicated staff. Apartments are comfortable and the building is attractive. Three meals are provided daily. I feel cared for, secure, and safe in my environment.

My mother has lived at Brickmont of West Cobb since last November. Our family has been so happy with them. As a daughter, I feel so confident and peaceful with her living there. The people who work there have been kind and loving to us and treat my mother exceptionally well. We love them all and highly recommend Brickmont of West Cobb.

From the moment we walked into Brickmont at West Cobb we were impressed by the professional and caring staff. The community resource director and made us feel right at home the minute we stepped in. Throughout our residence at Brickmont she always greets us with a smiling face and asks how my dad is doing. The executive director is always available as well and helps us with anything we need. The front staff knew my name and my dad after the first day and are always very positive. I highly recommend Brickmont of West cobb for your loved one as they are not only caring and compassionate but professional as well.

We had a wonderful tour experience with The Claiborne at Newnan Lakes. The facility is extremely nice, this is probably where my wife and I will end up some day.

[name removed] had fallen and her head. She had been but into a facility that was basically for end of life. Since she has been at Brickmont West Cobb, she has responded and recovered to state of health and existence beyond my expectations. The staff is attentive and aways takes my calls and responds with answers to my inquiries. I feel the staff is working for the best of the residents of Brickmount. Cannot say enough about the gal that answers the phone she is great. It would be a sad day to lose her!!!

When I was looking for a Senior Living Community for my sister, I found Brickmont. My first impression is still my current impression. The facility is designed and laid out to make residents comfortable and "at home". The staff are all courteous, kind and caring.

Brickmont West Cobb is a beautiful place with great employees. I have found everyone to be helpful and pleasant. It has a nice, quiet, peaceful air about it, the rooms are very nice, and the residents seem to really like it. I have enjoyed getting to know every employee that I’ve met and talked to and would definitely recommend this facility.

We moved our family member in to Brickmont of West Cobb in [date removed]. We were some of the very first tenants. We love this place! The staff is so kind and caring. The executive director is super and so hands on. We couldn’t have found a nicer and safe place. This is like a Buckhead facility without the high price! The meals are excellent and such beautiful decor. I highly recommend Brickmont of West Cobb!

[name removed] who took us on the tour was very professional throughout the entire tour, she was very friendly and helpful. It was a very very close second option, and we liked how they were willing to accommodate us. For example another facility we toured offered a months free rent and Brickmont said they would match it so we appreciated their willingness to work with us. What it came down to was location and the other community was just a little closer.

Great place but didn't like the visiting hours being only business hours. The rooms were great, care outlined seemed great. Visiting hours was the deciding factor. The tour was great and very informative.

They did a wonderful job. They were very accommodating as far as the level of care my loved one needed and the willingness to get him moved in fast, which we needed after an unexpected life event. The facility is very inviting, and they were very accepting of us as visitors.

My loved one is living here now and she is really enjoying her experience so far. We had some growing pains with them in the beginning which is to be expected anywhere, but they worked through all of them to our satisfaction and we have been very pleased with Brickmont of West Cobb.

This is a convenient community and it is newer. They also have a lot of amenities at this community. If my loved one wants a hair cut he can, there is a garden for him to go out to, and his room overlooks the garden and they have a theater room. There are a lot of walking trails, a lake and more for the residents to enjoy living at the community. The staff are all friendly and I have no issues at all.
