What we really like about this community is just how the staff members made our loved one feel so comfortable and right at home. They introduced her to some other ladies that she now eats her meals with and she absolutely loves the meals, she is so happy with that. She does not participate in the activities but we do know they have different things going on. The community is just nice and cozy and we would recommend this community to other families.

It is a brand-new facility and absolutely beautiful. The staff is tremendous. There are so many activities provided, she is always busy doing something. The food has been hit or miss, but they are working on it. There is a whole new kitchen staff coming in at the beginning on February. Management is very dedicated to their jobs and are helping out with the kitchen until things get resolved. They recognize things that need improvements and work on those. It is a great place. I would definitely recommend The Claiborne at Brickyard Crossing to others looking. Mom is very happy here and we are happy she is here.

The Claiborne is a wonderful place for your loved ones. I have nothing at all bad to say. The people are friendly, and my mother is doing wonderful since she’s been there.

They have really good caretakers. They have a lot of activiites but loved ones don't participate. We picked this community, because it was brand new, and close to my house. The caregivers are awesome. Everyone has been friendly. I would recommend to other families.

The Claiborne community is brand new and just absolutely stunning and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families. The staff team there is really put together and they seem to work cohesively with each other to make sure the residents best interest are in mind. We have been there for several meals and several holiday meals and the dinners have been lovely every time. They have so many different activities going on and the more people that move into the community the more those activities grow. They really want to make sure the activities that are offered are to the residents liking. They have a bus that takes them to and from places during the week as well.

I toured this facility. It was nice, but I did not like it for my Mother. When her Dementia progresses, she would need to be moved to a "lock down" wing. The rooms are no longer apartments, but nothing more than plain white cells with a separate bathroom. I could not do that to my mother. I found a different place that Mom can stay in her same apartment through end of life care with hospice. Her environment never needs to change.

Staff has been gracious and helpful with my mother. The accommodations are very nice. It is expensive, but in line with others. I would recommend The Claiborne at Brickyard Crossing for those who can afford it. I think my mom has a limited time there. She cant afford long-term

This has been a good experience for us. [name removed] was very helpful in getting my friend into the community and we appreciate her efforts. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. Some of the care offered includes medication management, bathing and dressing, and hygiene care.

We have been very happy with Brickmont. The care givers are wonderful people. Everyone had been very kind and answers any questions we've had. We think the care givers are saints. They are very sweet.

We would recommend Brickmont of West Cobb community to other families

We toured Brickmont Woodstock and we liked it, but something just felt right at the community we chose. Brickmont was wonderful and the staff were wonderful when we toured. The community we chose felt more like the home we needed and were looking for. We wanted grandma to be located on the first floor because she's not great at walking. Brickmont didn't have a room available on their main floor at that time, so that was another deciding factor.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good experience, we really liked the way the apartments were laid out it was a terrific floor plan. However the community was just to far away from us.

Mom wasn't there very long ([time frame removed]) but Brickmont was a fabulous place! Very friendly staff ;-) She was very helpful getting mom settled and after she passed was very helpful with arrangements. New facility and very clean

We toured with Brickmont Woodstock and had a great experience. We wanted to put my loved one here actually, but they were not able to accommodate his needs and the type of care that he was needing at that time.

The Claiborne at Brickyard Crossing seems like it is going to be a great place. We toured this facility a while back but they did not have their license for occupancy yet. They just got that last week I think. It is a brand new and beautiful facility. The cleanliness and newness is what really drew us to it. I was also very impressed with the executive director and the marketing director, they really seemed to have their act together. I will be moving my parents here in a few months.

The care services is really good., my loved one loves it there, and really loves the staff. They love the food, and is very happy, which makes it much easier for me. My loved one is doing great, and it is a blessing that they like it there. It is more expensive than other places, but they offer a great service.

My loved one has adjusted and is happy there at this point.

The staff really take on our loved ones care very personally, if she is having a challenging day they will give us a call to come up with ideas to settle out loved one. They go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and again just well taken care of - they are very hands on which we appreciate it. A huge thing for us is we were able to find an affordable private room for her which was a big challenge for us in the beginning. Based on our experience we would recommend Brickmont of Acworth to other families
