Claiborne Senior Living

I've been here a year now, and its a great place. I would recommend it. Everyone, from the top down to maid service, is very kind. Meals are good. I get to have my pup of 15 years with me. Its clean, smells good, and there is always something fun to do and places to go. Bus driver will take you to doctor appointments within 10 miles. Caring people. A home away from home.

The facility is run by caring, professionals who put their residents first. The loyal staff works hard serving meals or planning activities, even help your family member transport to doctor appointments.

We had an in person tour with The Claiborne and [name removed[ who gave us the tour we thought was absolutely wonderful. The community itself is very nice but it was just to out of our price range.

She has complained about some workers, but other she really loves. When it comes to the meals, our loved one complains sometimes but we cannot say if those complaints are valid. Our loved one does not participate much in the activities. We have already recommend The Claiborne at Baton Rouge community to other families and we will continue to do so.

I love the staff. They are efficient, knowledgeable and professional. This has been my experience since my cousin became a resident. They have caring and friendly employees, from the nurses, aides, mantinence and auxiliary personnel. They are taking great care of her. I would highly recommend this facility.

Definitely a 5 for everything, love love love! Brickmont of John's Creek has been a blessing for our family and my father in law. The staff are wonderful and super attentive. The reason we gave activities 5 stars is because they take the residents out on outings to a lot of different places, and they have a lot of in house activities. I would highly recommend this community!!

My parents are just concerned with other residents saying how much the cost goes up every year. The food has definitely been an issue, in fact I contacted the Director of Dining and they scheduled a meeting with all of the residents to discuss the dining services. The director was recently terminated. The food has been somewhat better at certain meals. For the most part, they love their apartment and the other residents.

Brickmont at John's Creek is such an amazing place!!!! Overall out of 5 stars, we would give it 6. The people, the cleanliness, the approach, the food and the nurturing care have been the things that has made it an amazing place. There is nothing bad at all about the community. NOT ONE THING. We would absolutely beyond the shadow of a doubt recommend Brickmont of John's Creek to other families .

We went with Brickmont west Cobb first because my mom fell in love with the place. It's beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly and professional. They are very attentive to my moms needs. Everyone from front desk to business office to nursing staff call her by her first name. She feels safe there and says it feels like family. Excellent place. Highly recommend.

Our loved one has passed now but Brickmont Woodstock was excellent. We really liked the overall great care and cleanliness.

I have found them very professional thus far, place is clean. Close to my home. The sales Lady, very helpful, very professional, staff helpful, price was good. Yes, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The only complaint I have is they rarely respond to your questions in a timely matter. Its like getting an act of congress to speak to someone about the billing. We would recommend this community to other families, but they will need to be persistent in getting answers. Unfortunately I am not where I can check on my dad like I would but they don't give any updates period.

This facility is phenomenal- we are unbelievably happy with our choice. My mom loves it there and we feel good knowing she's safe, cared for, and happily involved with a community of new friends. The staff at all levels is always nice, polite, and friendly. They really do care about the residents. And the administrators are very helpful with the details that need to be handled during the transition.

What we really like about Brickmont of Acworth is the friendliness of the staff members as well as the administrative team - they have all been so great. The other residents always seem to be really happy and satisfied. The maintenance department is very good. Overall the meals are great, the only reason they receive 4 stars is because our loved one is on a restricted diet and sometimes they do not have everything he needs. Based on our experience so far with Brickmont we would recommend this community to other families.

We had a great tour with Brickmont Woodstock. We thought it was a really nice facility. For us it just came down to the location, unfortunately it was quite a distance from our house which would make it difficult to visit often.

This has been a very good and positive experience for us and loved one. The staff communication with the family has been good anytime we have questions about our loved one. There are three meals a day and there are choices for the residents to choose from. For example: here is a special of the day offered to the residents, and then they have other options if they would like something else. Some of the activities available include outings, shopping, and more for the residents to choose from.

I am very pleased. The interaction with the staff is very good. My loved one loves the food. We picked this community because,of the convience for my family, and I was really impressed. I would recommend to other families. They offer activities such as; Bridge, Bingo, happy hour and they have a beauty shop.

Mom says the food is bland and that there is room for improvement. I know a head chef is to be starting soon. Mom also feels that more activities are needed, especially in the afternoons. She is hoping for more exercise and craft classes as well as additional outings to places of interest. But overall, mom is very happy at The Claiborne.

The Brickmont Rosewell community is beautiful, it is always very clean and you can tell it is well ran by the staff. The value is all inclusive which we really like and there are a lot of men there for my husband which he enjoys speaking with. They do a really good job with the activities but we do think the communication with Heartily Health could be a little better.

This facility is a great place. Everybody that I've dealt with here is super nice and helpful. Anytime you ask for help, they're willing to stop and assist as needed. Communication with the family is good, they communicate with me all the time. Housekeeping is pretty good, I think they do it once a week. They do a really good job with it. They offer a good variety of activities. The food is good, good quality and variety. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
