Claiborne Senior Living

All would be 5 except activities. I would give activities a 3 simply because there aren't as many on-site activities for residents with dementia that keep them engaged. And, someone needs to remind those residents about the upcoming on-site activities each day because they don't always remember to look at the calendar. The facility is only 4 years old. So, there's not anything wrong with it at this point. Plus, the apartment my mom lives in has a walk-in closet. None of the other five facilities I toured offered that. As of [date removed], Brickmont Johns Creek transitioned their management to Claiborne Senior Living (out of Hattiesburg, MS). However, the staff I interface with have remained as well as many of the med techs and dining staff my mom interfaces with. So, I haven't really noticed any difference yet.

Very Willing to assist and provide resources, whether or not I moved my parents in. Kept in contact while we navigated through my dad’s illness and needing to be able to move on short notice. The facility is very clean and well-maintained.

Your facility is the epitome of luxurious holistic and relaxing retirement life which was opened up to me on the excellent tour by your representative. This Mom is not ready to step into this lifestyle and has moved to Virginia. Thank you for following up with me.

We moved my father to Brickmont of Woodstock when his health started deteriorating and he was under Hospice Care. The staff checked in on him every few hours and brought him meals and were always helpful and friendly. We became close with some of the staff and many even checked in on family during his last few days. My father was in a few independent and assisted living facilities over the past years as well as my mother-in-law. I highly recommend Brickmont of Woodstock over most of the facilities that I have come to know.

My mom only lived there a short while but they did everything they could to make her feel at home and care for her. She was a difficult patient in declining health, but they did a great job caring for her needs.

Everything receives a 5 except for the meals and dining. What we like the most about the community is that it has easy access to stores and the town. It has a great overall friendly vibe to it. I also live here in town and I have absolutely recommended The Clairborne community to other families so far.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful, even though my Father was very difficult at times. They worked with me to get a plan to get him better, unfortunately he wasn't very cooperative.

I haven't had any problems, last place was terrible! I would recommend them.

No more cooking, doing laundry or cleaning!! The meals are delicious and a nice variety. There are activities for a variety of interests, and there are outings too for those who are able. The facility is beautiful and the rooms, closets are a good size. Staff is available depending on an individual's needs.

My mother was briefly a resident at Brickmont of John's Creek. The care that she received at this facility was exceptional. I feel like it was a positive experience for my mother being there. I have nothing but good things to say about Brickmont of John's Creek. I would recommend this facility to others.

Everyone is pleasant when I visit. They are able to give me an overview of dad's activities and health status easily. He seems happy and says he likes it there. He has never said that at any of his other facilities. Room sizes are wonderful! They are light and bright and clean. Outside area is lovely!

It has been a great experience. I would say the cost is a little high but it's worth it since my loved one likes it there at brickmont. I would recommend to other people. The care staff is amazing and they really do care about the residents. For example, The care team incorporates exercises while he's transferring. Meaning that they want my loved one to get stronger.

The staff are great. They take very good care of my mom. She loves them and has made quite a few friends among the staff. My mom's apartment is kept clean, her laundry is always done to her liking. The nursing staff stay in touch with me and know me by name. They always call if they have any concerns. The food is good, my mom is a picky eater so they can't always satisfy her but overall I'd say it's pretty good. The move in was a breeze. There are lots of activities for the residents if they choose to participate. I would recommend, absolutely.

I Met With Very Friendly Staff and Enjoyed Talking With the Residents. The Tour Was Very Educational and I Highly Recommend This Facility. Very Clean and Welcoming. I Am Looking Forward to Future Educational Events and Activities at The Preserve.

The Claiborne has been wonderful to momma she loves it there. She has met everyone, she loves the staff too! [name removed] at the front is so well wonderful and kind to everyone residents and family. A place for mom is a godsend. This time in our lives kind of sneaks up on you and y'all made this transition so easy for us. Thank you. My mother loves living at the Claiborne. The beautiful farmhouse style home, the caring staff and directors are wonderful. The other residents are becoming like family to her! We couldn't be more thrilled!

We have been very happy with the memory care at Brickmont West Cobb. The staff is outstanding and the care is exceptional. The surface cleaning in her room is great but the deep cleaning (under the bed, etc is lacking). I do wish there were more activities for the memory care unit. But the Memory care director, caregivers, med techs, dining, and community director are all exceptional!!!

We appreciate the efforts the management team took to get dad into the facility. He went downhill so quickly. I'd done some visits but we had no idea he would need hospice care immediately when I started looking. A Place for Mom was so helpful.

Unfortunately my mom passed away a few days after moving in. They were very kind and helpful. I would recommend Brickmont.

Very clean facility, helpful staff, willing to go the extra mile to help residents. Offer more small group activities - games, cards, etc so that residents can get to know the folks that live close by. Small groups are less intimidating and will encourage residents more involved with each other. Most or all of the activities offered now are for the entire facility.

They are always nice and helpful and inform me of any problem about my mom.
