My ratings are all based on prior to COVID. The staff has been prompt and willing to work with my loved one. I would choose Brickmont again for my loved one. This is a quick commute to be able to get to my loved one. Everyone is friendly. The community came to us to introduce themselves and were impressed by this. My loved one has had a great experience overall. There are only 140 beds. They also offers memory care, and it is a smaller community. Brickmont is willing to assist the residents with virtual visits that are scheduled with their families, and this has been useful for us.

The community has done a good job taking care of my mother-in-law. The community's communication is very good also. The food is really good and my mother-in-law loves the food. I would recommend this community to others

During these scary, unpredictable days, Camellia Place is such a blessing. While the virus seems to rage on the outside, we can rest assured that our loved ones are safe, secure, and we’ll cared for within this wonderful community. The many activities keep the residents engaged and smiling. The dedicated and caring staff have become an extension of our family, and we can’t be more grateful. Thank you Camellia Place!

My mom went into Brickmont in August and it was a great experience while she was here. The layout of this facility was great, especially the rooms. They did everything humanly possible so that I was able to visit my mother every day. They took great care of her here and were very attentive. I took my mom to the ER and she was there for 6 hours, we got back at 2AM and a nurse tech met us at the door. My mom said that she was hungry and the nurse tech put her arm around my mother and took her into the kitchen to see what they could find her to eat after hours. They are some of the most loving and caring staff members and that is all I could ask for. I would absolutely, highly recommend it.

The rooms at the community are very nice, they are large and well maintained. There are two common areas in each building, there are six residential buildings with green spaces between them. The common areas offer a lot like book and TV's. The food is extremely tasty, but the problem is there is to much fat. They cook with fatty ingredients that are found from find resurtauts, they cook gourmet but there is just to much fat and carbs. The staff is extremely friendly and caring.

I truly enjoyed my time at Brickmont. I stayed at Woodstock temporarily while other locations for Brickmont opened, I can say that all of the workers at Brickmont were so accommodating and caring at the Woodstock location during my entire stay with them. Doted over me and every one of my neighbors especially during the dining services for lunch. The food was delicious. Truly enjoyed my time with Brickmont Woodstock. Anyone looking close to the Woodstock location should choose Brickmont at Woodstock.

My sister lived at Brickmont and he receives the best care we have ever found for her. She has more care needs than most and some major mobility challenges for her age. Her caregiver/caregivers are always able and available to help her when she needs them. They truly show her compassion and love with everything they do. Me and my family are so thankful and grateful for Brickmont.

My mom lived at Brickmont for over a year and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff and caregivers went above and beyond to make sure my mom was cared for with love and compassion, always! I could not have asked for better care without it being me for mom. Mom loved her home at Brickmont! We will forever be grateful for Brickmont and the team of caregivers, directors, and nurses.

I feel the need to say thank you to as many Healthcare staff that I can. During the stressful time we appreciate you coming to work giving it your all, especially when you could be surrounded by your family. I appreciate your hard work and dedication. You are a blessing not only to the people you helped during the day but to your community. Thank you for being an inspiration. Please stay safe and healthy.

This is a love story that concluded, for one (however some might think it's a regular beginning rather than conclusion) as beautiful as it began. We cannot predict our lives in any way however, we would love to think that we have those "wonderful golden years" to look forward to. This Love story does not end in the same for everyone but for [names removed] it couldn't have been more perfect. At the age of 90, plus or minus a few years, the [name removed] found their way to an oasis and the chaos of transitioning through those "wonderful golden years." The Oasis was Camellia Place in Woodstock Georgia ( who would have thought?) unvailed on both of them ( an all the resident) daily. These two special lovers are my parents. 90 + years young and almost 73 years of marriage found them not separated by distance or Illness but sheltered in an environment of comfort, joy, and beauty. Mom recently peacefully passed away. As a family, we couldn't have done better. My appreciation to everyone who works at Camellia Place, who has & will continue to charge my family's Lives is calculable. For all you've done and will continue to do I thank you! May God continue to bless this place and all its people.

You are such an important part of the residence's lives on any given day, but now that facilities are locked down and we are sheltering in place, you are there everything. I can't help think of my dad [name removed] who would not have understood why we weren't coming to visit and it hurts my heart to think of the memory care residents who may be feeling that. But then remember the love and kindness you showed him and I know that is consistent support and patient will help them through this difficult and scary time. We are praying for the safety and health of you and your families, and will forever be grateful for the care and you give my dad. You are just wonderful people!

I can't say enough about Camellia Place in good times, but during this recent pandemic they have gone above and beyond to keep residents safe and to keep us informed. Peace of mind is priceless and that is what they deliver. Great job giving the facts with a good measure of human to keep all in perspective.

I live in PA and I was the only surviving child of my mother, depend on CP to provide the best care possible. Even more so, I am only able to visit on a monthly basis. Even in the most of this covid-19 crisis, CP has sustained their consistent caring, safe environment... And added activities to counteract the effects of some necessary isolation. It is an amazing team!!

There are so many positive or should I say exemplary experiences at Camellia Place. My mom was the first resident and she has gone from assisted living now to Memory Care. Along this journey we have been blessed to have the staff hold our hand as we continued with comforting mom at this difficult time of life.

Mom and dad moved in early 2020. It was a challenging year with covid. Staff is caring and attentive.

Camellia is a great and caring place. Both my parents were there and are very well cared for. Improvement could be made with communication between doctors/Pharmacy/staff. Regarding prescriptions.

This community is wonderful. You wouldn't believe the care my loved one is receiving, it is unbelievable. The Clairborne always fulfill the needs of the residents. If you ask for anything, they will go above and beyond to assist. They had a Halloween parade for the residents. They always have a great activity for the residents and families to participate in. We are able to have porch visits and virtual visits for the family and residents. The food is excellent for my loved one.

I live here and I really like it. Food is good and people are nice.
