lovely place for assisted living but do not like it for people with memory problems. All of their rooms,residents have their own keys. Too quiet.

I toured this community and was blown away at how beautiful this community was. I felt like I had walked into paradise! It has feel to it, I've not seen in other communities. I asked a lot of hard questions, I really wanted to make sure that this place was someplace I could see my own parent or grandparent being in. The Staff took me on a tour, showed me the difference styles of suites available. The set up of the suites are amazing, whether you need independent living or assisted living. They have safety features placed in sensible areas, very open layout - in the case mobility changes. I was very impressed. One concern I had, was for those seniors which might have to have physical therapy - they have in- house accommodations for that. The people that I placed in this community have been very impressed with the staff, their accommodations, the friendly people loving there - what more could you ask for. If this place fits into your financial requirements - I would highly recommend this community.

Took tour on 5/7/13. Beautiful facility with some interesting floor plans and pricing 'specials'. They could assist with colostomy - fees will be provided upon request since mom may have reversal.

Independent living. One bedroom ground floor balcony.Could have companion to walk. emergency pull cords. Punch card covers 2 meals a day. Hallways long and narrow. Must be able to transfer out of wheelchair. $2600 one bedroom full kitchen handicap room. Can have car. Could help with laundry. Clean every 2 weeks, change sheets & towels every week. Movie room.

$2200 for 2 years, then 10% increase, then 2-5% each year. $2100 move in one bedroom with kitchen, dining included with salad bar. $1000 for full time care, skilled nursing upstairs, morning check in button, personal alarm band. Newly remodeled.100 residents. Wide hallways with hand rails.

This is the closest to me. Within walking distance. Very new, only 20 residents which can be good or bad. My Mom is the decision maker so as I see each facility I am beginning to stress the need for her to be closer to me. She has not warmed to the idea yet so I have to be patient. It has to be her idea and as long as the weather is not warm enough to convince her to take a ride to see the different places I know she will not consider a move.

24 hr. nursing on-site; can provide increased level of care; PT; 3 meals and snacks; $4000-5000 per month furnished; 350 sq. ft. ($4035);$3300 entrance fee; all utilities included. Sm. kitchenette.

Receives 4 stars. I had a great tour there.

I liked it, but I'm not sure it's the place for Mom.

Assisted Living apartments on other side: very nice, comfortable, and spacious. Four stars for apartments.

Great Place.

I ended up have to reschedule my tour, but did tour the Hyatt on Saturday, February 12 with Leslie Schatzer. I was very pleased with residence, all of the selections would serve equally well as a place for mom.

On Alissa's list; piano ok; continuum of care without moving; mind and body fitness program "Livewell" doesn't include phone or cable;

real nice place, would be great for my mom but not so much for dad....dad needing more care!

Liked very much---more in price range 2500-4000. Indep units have private outdoor access.

Looks very nice. Have an aunt living there 5 years. Know people who have family members living there as well. Near hospital.

Me and my daughter tour the facility.It was very nice and we like it. Planning on our next move. I will let you know.

This is a good community for your loved one. As a family member you do have to be involved and there periodically just to make sure that your loved one is being taken care of properly. I do feel like this community could use more help and assistance to care for the residents. They have activities like chair yoga, word games, coloring and more for the residents to do to stay busy. It would be great if they did additional things and provide activities that would give help the exercise.
