Mother was well cared for while she was at Autumn Leaves of Tulsa. She was treated with respect and dignity by everyone there. She shared a room but each lady had their own space so she did not feel like she had to give up her privacy. She was encouraged to participate in the many activities that were provided each week. The facility was always clean and never smelled like some facilities do. My brother lives in Tulsa so he and his family visited often. I live out of state and I called usually daily to speak to her. When Mother passed away the staff members were considerate and supportive of us.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Beautiful place.

My Dad has been at Autumn Leaves since February of 2014 and we could not be happier with the care that he receives. We moved him from Kansas when we moved to Tulsa and it was a very scary transition... until we met [Removed] and the other staff. We had been touring several other facilities and were not impressed. The first time we toured Autumn Leaves we knew that we had found Dads new home. [Removed] and the team at Autumn Leaves are loving and caring and I’m pleased to say that Dad is doing great. We know that Autumn Leaves is where Dad needs to be and we have the comfort of knowing that he is happy and safe. [Removed]

I can't thank the staff at Mallard Cove for their diligent efforts in making our mom a resident. My sister and I were often pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and thoughtful the staff are. Mom is as happy as she can be, at her advanced age and state of low vision. A Place for Mom also deserves a mention: our contact their frequently called and emailed to support and encourage us on this journey.

My sister and I have been looking for a place for our mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a little over a year ago and just began visiting different memory cares in Tulsa. After touring 2-3 we were delighted to find Autumn Leaves as a welcomed breath of fresh air. Our visit was not scheduled and we dropped in mid-day. Beautiful grounds and entry, beautiful inside as well; building was impressively clean and no odors that we noticed. We immediately observed smiling faces and plenty of activity with the residents and staff members once we walked in the door. [Removed], the gentleman who gave us the tour, was a pure blessing to us both. He was very professional, seasoned and well-informed and was able to address so many of our initial hesitations and concerns. My sister and I both left feeling better and more comfortable with the option of placement than before we started. It was obvious their staff all have a heart for what they do because it showed. We will be back.

This is a very nice community! Beautiful setting, nice interactive staff, residents interactive and busy, clean and accommodating. They seem to personally meet the needs of their residents. Definitely will consider this once Mom comes to visit.

Contact person not available. Facility was unaware of my sched tour. However, [Removed] went out of their way to make me feel welcome, introduced me to staff, showed me a room, discuss future remodel plans and activities, and focused on making the transition very easy and accommodating. Very nice facility. Cheerful staff and residents were engaged. Even if my family doesn't agree on proximity of this facility for us, I will be very sad because THIS is how I picture a residential care facility SHOULD be and as an RN, I am proud to highly recommend.

I am so thankful for A Place For Mom, my mother in law is doing very well at Brookdale we have been extremely happy, the people are great and she is settling in very well. It was a stressful situation and A Place For Mom made a big difference. I am happy with our choice.

We did not get to go on a official tour, but I was able to see what needed to be seen. The residents that were there talked to us and were happy that they were here. The community itself looked clean and open. It seems like a good place.

I do think this was a good move for my mother. They have a super staff, I know she is being cared for very well. The staff have been very helpful and attentive to her and her needs. She seems to have adjusted well to it, and she likes it. It is a nice looking community, everything is very well maintained. I know she is safe and in good hands here. Overall this is a community I would recommend.

We used this home care agency for a little while. It was a good experience. We had one issue with one of the care givers , but overall we were pleased too. I would consider using this home care agency again. It was a good experience and I would recommend this home care.

It's a wonderful place. The staff, and Kim [removed] in particular have just been fantastic. We have been very happy with Heritage Village so far.

We toured here and it was very nice. It was close to my home, which I liked. They didn't have the size room we were looking for available, so we stayed with Heritage Village, but just used a different location.

They've really done an excellent job so far at Cedarhurst! My loved one was very solitary and sedentary before coming here, but after only a few weeks here she has really come out of her shell! She participates in all kinds of activities, and has even lost some weight! They have a lot to do here, including games, crafts, and bible studies. She's really enjoying herself. Really the only downside is the cost, which is quite high.

My parents have one of the large 2 bedroom apartments. They love their new nest and have made some much needed friends. Everyone thinks, Oh try to keep them in their own place for as long as you can. Or you're a bad child putting your parents into assisted living. Wrong! They were in a cage in their place, couldn't drive, no one but each other to stare at all day or the tv, to tired to cook or clean up.even with all my help & an occasional helper. Here they have activities, new friends to share life stories with & learn of their new friends stories . The staff has been wonderful!! To my parents. No more cooking, laundry, etc. for my Mom! She LOVES it. Plus in the dining room it isnt the same food for every one. They have a menu as if you were dining on a cruise ship! P.s. Great chef! Also, I am at peace knowing there is always someone there for them 24/7. Hope this isn't inappropriate to mention but a place for mom Did Not help us find Mallard Cove! Someone else did, yet they demanded commission just because they sent me an email with mallard cove on it , along with an extensive list of every place in town. Then they sent out a referral to every place with our names so they would get commission. They did nothing to help us! Be careful. Mallard Cove gets a 10 from our family!

My mom has dementia and they are really patient with her. She has adjusted well and likes most everyone there. The staff is super! We are very happy with everything especially the cost.

It’s very expensive, going up every month and I’ve only had my loved has only been there for been for three months. Before you place a loved one here, really ask about the prices of things! There is an outside area for residents to enjoy. I haven’t had a chance to try the food yet. I haven’t had any concerns about the laundry or the parking.

For the friendliness of the staff I wish I could give them five-plus-plus!! They were wonderful with how much they loved the residents! They were so good to my loved one. They hugged him and I just knew they cared for him. I had a chance to try the food and it was tasty. If he hadn’t fallen, he’d still be there!

They do a great job here! They're very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The dining service in particular is very nice, it's restaurant style dining where you order off of a menu, and they've got plenty of choices. I've eaten here a few times when I was visiting and it was always delicious! It's got a warm, homey feel, and plenty of privacy for the residents.

We're so pleased with everything that they do here! I'd rate them higher than 5 across the board, if I could! The staff are very caring, and respond quickly to any questions or comments that you make. They work hard to please the residents and their families. My loved ones health has really improved since she moved here, she looks so much better and is more alert in general. I'd recommend them to anyone, we've had nothing but good experiences.
