I toured Heritage Village of Gladstone and it was a great tour. However, I didn't really care for the facility. We decided to continue with our search.

We love Mallard Cove. My sister is doing well there, and everyone is super friendly and helpful!

It's a wonderful place for your loved ones. They take wonderful care of them. It's not the facility itself that counts - it 's the people. And their staff are awesome. I would recommend them to other families.

Wickshire Canton is great - great service, communication, and price! They just are great communicators about how my loved one is doing and what's going on. She has no skin issues. I have recommended them to many people.

She really likes it there. The staff is great. She's met a lot of new friends. She loves the cats there. She had given her cat away when she made her first move so this has helped. Her only complaint is the food. Not necessarily that it doesn't taste good but she says the combinations are just strange.

What has been the best for our loved one is her just being surrounded by the other senior residents and being able to socialize more. She loves playing bingo which they do a few times a week, they go out on different fields trips - the recently went to a pumpkin patch and also took them to a restaurant. The residents also got to go outside and do a trunk or treat and watched all the kids come by. Now our loved one says the food could use improvement and that it is not the greatest but we would still recommend this community to other families.

We have been so pleased with our experience there. These are truly caring people. I am asked multiple times per visit if they can help me. I'm so glad Wickshire was a choice offered to me by a Place for Mom.

We were welcomed with open arms starting with just the tour. Moving in day was no different, neither was signing up for my loved one to be there. They will work with you, given your situation and everything is explained.

One of the things we have been impressed by is how friendly and nice the staff is. Not only just to my dad, but also the whole family. It really feels like they genuinely care. My dad has a private room and it is very large and spacious. We have been very happy with our experience at Addington Place of Edwardsville.

We were moving him from another facility and they were wonderful in helping us expedite that whole process. They coached us on how to get him out of another facility and were just super helpful. They went above and beyond to help us give him over there. Unfortunately he was not here for long, but we had high hopes that this was going to be a better place for him.

Overall our family has had a positive experience, the community is very clean and the staff are very good with the residents and caring. They do have activities going on for the residents who choose to participate. Compared to other facilities the overall value for the money is quite good. It is conveniently located for our families and we appreciate that the staff are still very consciousness about keeping the virus down - they still want those visiting to wear masks - they really just want to keep the residents health. We would recommend to other families.

I was very impressed with the place, the staff, and all the people we met that are staying there. No one had anything but praise for the community and the staff.

The staff members have just been great, every time we come to visit we are able to see just how well they work with the residents. We have not had first hand experience with the meals or dining service but our loved one has yet to complain, she seems overall satisfied. Our loved one tends to not participate in the activities, but we do know they have plenty there for the other residents. We do think the value for the money is great. We had a great first impression, we toured other communities and Addington Place is more updated, the rooms are really cute, they are all on one level and on the main level.

We enjoy all the activities they have to offer, there is always something going on for the residents. They have different readings where the residents can listen to different story books, there are church services and different board games. Everything is pretty easily accessible, the hallways are shorter and residents don't have to walk to far. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to others

The original director [name removed] who our family dealt with really made a difference, she was one of the main reasons on why we chose this community. We do not participate in the activities, but the activities list is pretty extensive. Based on our experience so far with the Addington Place of Alpharetta, we would recommend them to other families.

we toured Wickshire and thought they were really friendly and nice; they were even willing to give us two separate tours. we chose another community because it was closer to family.

The location of the facility is great for our family. I think they were the most reasonably priced out of the facilities that we visited. The staff really seemed to care and we were very happy with our experience here. We really liked the way the memory care unit looked, it was bright and cheery. We would recommend them to others and already have to a close friend.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this community. The place was very clean and well kept but just a little to big for our mother.

Our family had an in person tour and Cedarhurst was spot on, they were a strong facility, but it was our second choice just due to location. However the lady giving us the tour was so gracious, kind, and helpful. Even after not choosing Cedarhurst she continued to follow up occasionally just to check in.

The initial price we were quoted was much cheaper than the other facilities we visited. I became very concerned when that price increased 3 times before we signed the contract. However once my brother moved in he was accepted immediately by the other residents and became active in all the activities that were offered. He hasn’t uttered one complaint since he moved.
