We are SO happy grandma is here

We highly recommend this facility. 5 of us in our family looked into a lot of dementia care places for grandmother, looking at websites, called for pricing, virtual tour. It was exhausting! But Autumn Leaves stood because they were more interested in learning about my grandma that just trying to like sell us on their facility. And between their price and how beautiful it is there, we moved her in and are so pleased we did. Their activities are upbeat and cover different areas to help improve skills (not like some places that sit residents in front of a movie) and their restaurant-like dining and the fact they have plenty of caregivers has made us grateful that she is safe and well loved. If you are looking for a place for your family member you should check them out.

Very happy with this home

My family looked into this facility because my niece actually works there. We didn't think we could move my Mom in due to the Coronavirus thing. But [name removed] in admission was very friendly and we got a virtual tour. It's clean and you can tell the people living there are happy. Our niece is super happy working there so we decided to forward and move out Mom in there. I really recommend this place. A lot of the other ones in the area are nearly as nice.

I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and thanks for the ENTIRE staff at MCOWH! They are an awesome group and I feel that a great majority of them go above and beyond in their duties. Their activities are great. The facility is great! I just can't say enough good things about [name removed] and her staff!! This time (COVID-19) has proven to be especially challenging but MCOWH staff has risen above & beyond to the challenge!! Wonderful, Caring and Loving Staff to their residents

I knew when I found Memory Care of Westover Hills, I found a forever home for my father. Prior to living here, I had placed him at 3 other facilities that I just wasn’t feeling the care and support he should have been receiving. After several years at Memory Care of Westover Hills, I know I made the right decision for my father. The staff is impeccable and truly love and care for our loved ones as if they are their own family member. I can call or come by anytime (prior to Covid19) and always found my father clean and well cared for. The staff do an outstanding job of taking care of their residents from celebrations to listening to music, activities, massages, dispensing medication.... etc.... Hats off to all the staff, especially [names removed] for maintaining the high level of care for their residents .... At All Times ????????????????

Excellent care

The caregiving team strives for an excellent quality of care. They are knowledgeable and compassionate in caring for their residents. The administration staff makes every effort to keep open lines of communication with families and addresses concerns with due diligence. MCLR offers a warm home environment with lots of social activities including volunteers and school groups from the community. They serve well balanced meals that are tasty and easy to eat. The facility and individual rooms are clean and orderly. Our parent has received loving care, and we would recommend MCLR to any family needing assistance in the care of their loved one.

Mama’s Home of Love

I love this home for my Mother. She has been a resident for almost 4 years. She has always been treated with respect and kindness. She has enjoyed activities designed exspecially for her and danced herself through many a party. God gave my family a precious gift with my Mama and then gave our Mama a precious gift when he lead us to MCLR. It truly is the home she deserves to dwell in with caring friends. Love flows throughout this home??.

Stellar Staff

The stand-out feature of Memory Care of Little Rock is the staff. The facility is beautiful and clean with lots of natural light. The food is good and nicely presented. But the staff members are the real difference-makers. They are cheerful, ready to serve, patient, and enthusiastic team players. They know the residents personally and work to find activities each one might like and be able to do. They try to help the residents find friends. During the current COVID-19 lockdown, they have worked tirelessly to keep residents connected with their families and the outside world. Anytime I have had a question or suggestion a staff member has listened and granted my request if at all possible. My family and I are very thankful our mom is being cared for at Memory Care of Little Rock.

Staff at Memory Care of Little Rock, dedicated to care, health, and safety

I would highly recommend Memory Care of Little Rock for a loved one with any form of dementia. The facility is specifically designed and suited for persons with cognitive impairments. The staff is professional and treat residents with care and respect. They get to know each resident and strive to enrich days with meaningful activities; encouraging socialization and friendship. Knowledgeable in dementia, the trained staff helped my family understand and navigate this heartbreaking disease. I love that family is encouraged to participate in festive events such as holiday luncheons and birthday parties. Events like these are very special to residents and allow family to continue celebrating with treasured loved ones. The facility is lovely but the staff sets Memory Care Little Rock apart. During the recent Covid-19 crisis, this dedication to care, health, and safety became even more apparent. Thank you.

A safe and caring place for my wife and mother of her children

My wife has been a resident at Memory Care since [date removed]. Everyone including all staff and administration has helped our family make this life changing transition a comfortable event. From the initial interview to most recent events, I have felt that any question I have will be answered in a complete, constructive and caring manner. In the current circumstances of the lockdown, anytime I have requested an update including a picture of my wife, I have received immediate responses which I have been able to share with my family. My wife's family which loves her very much knows that she is safe at Memory Care.

A new home

Memory Care of Little Rock has been the perfect choice as a home for my mother. The staff goes out of their way in making my mother feel just like she is at home, but with all of her needs safely met. The residents have many different requirements, likes, and personalities. With a super activities director and staff who really work hard at their jobs, there is always something for the residents to do. Their immaculate surroundings change with the seasons and holidays to keep them aware. A private dining room is available for families. There are several secure outdoor areas to walk with my mom. This place has been a blessing. a relief, a home for my mom.

MemoryCare Adapts to the Needs of Patients and Families

Finding a facility for my mother was problematic because while she suffers from dementia, her more significant issues are complete macular degeneration and hearing loss that affect balance and ability to operate most household appliances. Through her 80's and into her 90's, she regularly walked a mile or more, sometimes more that one time each day. MemoryCare provided a good balance between assistance and independence for her. The buliding is well laid out for my mother to be able to continue her walks, now on a carpeted surface with regualar views to the exterior landscapes and courtyards. I am kept regularly informed of her actvities, both good and bad. I feel like the staff are my partners in her care and not keeping me at a distance. MemoryCare is dedicated to providing education for family members on how best to care for and interact with family with a wide range of age related affects - dementia, diabetes, hearing loss, and similar. One of the free programs was of particular value to me in my profession and I was able to provide the same presentation for my office. During an outbreak of a stomache virus last year and now this year with the corona virus, they have taken exception care with isolation, cleaning, and disinfection to control transmission. Based on results last year and so far this year, they have been scrupulous, diligent, and successful in avoiding and mitigating infection.

Great Staff at Memory Care Westover Hills

My step-father was a resident at Memory Care of Westover Hills. They have the most caring staff and greatest facility. He was always taken care of in a great manor. His room and the rest of the facility was always clean and never smelled. The food was the best that I have ever experienced. I am very pleased with the care that he and us as a family received while he was living out his last days. When Season's Hospice was called in, they along with the staff at Memory Care were the best we could have expected. Thank you all very much for such a comforting time during the last days.

Review of Memory Care of Westover Hills

My mother was a resident at Memory Care of Westover Hills. I always have been told that first impressions are lasting. I walked thru the doors of Memory Care of Westover Hills and the welcome that I received was just amazing. The marketing manager ([name removed]) and the Director ([name removed]) of the community were friendly, looked at me when they spoke to me, were both friendly, and after the tour of the building I knew that there was no turning back. Mother was so excited to be here. The entire staff made us feel welcome and always asked if we needed anything or could they help me when I seemed to be looking lost. (lol) The presentation of the meals always looked inviting and sometimes my sister would join mother for lunch; I was always on a diet. This community will always be one that I will recommend to family members and friends when they are looking for a facility for their love one. I would rate this community - GREAT!

Caring staff and nice facility

Mother was well cared for while she was at Autumn Leaves of Tulsa. She was treated with respect and dignity by everyone there. She shared a room but each lady had their own space so she did not feel like she had to give up her privacy. She was encouraged to participate in the many activities that were provided each week. The facility was always clean and never smelled like some facilities do. My brother lives in Tulsa so he and his family visited often. I live out of state and I called usually daily to speak to her. When Mother passed away the staff members were considerate and supportive of us.

Very happy with Autumn Leaves Tulsa

My Dad has been at Autumn Leaves since February of 2014 and we could not be happier with the care that he receives. We moved him from Kansas when we moved to Tulsa and it was a very scary transition... until we met [Removed] and the other staff. We had been touring several other facilities and were not impressed. The first time we toured Autumn Leaves we knew that we had found Dads new home. [Removed] and the team at Autumn Leaves are loving and caring and I’m pleased to say that Dad is doing great. We know that Autumn Leaves is where Dad needs to be and we have the comfort of knowing that he is happy and safe. [Removed]
