Our loved one was there for respite care and we had a really good experience. We searched several places but just the immediate return of our phone calls gave off a good first impression. The friendliness of the staff really stood out, our loved one really took to a few of them which was nice.

Administration helped us with a very difficult move for the family. They were very kind and compassionate. The current staff including nurses,and med aids are very professional and easy to work with. The staff is very kind to the residents and have an upbeat, positive attitude towards the residents.

The staff here were wonderful. They are caring and helpful here. I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The community isn't the fanciest but my loved one was very well cared for here.

The community has 4 plexus units and is very roomy. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. There are activities to participate in and everything is kept neat and clean.

My mom has been a resident here for almost 2 years. Their staff is so kind and caring. I never worried for her well-being during the lockdown in 2020 for COVID. I knew she was in good hands. The aides are wonderful with her and always have a smile on their face when I visit. [Name removed], the Resident RN, is so good with her and always responds quickly when I have questions or concerns. I frequently get pictures of my mom when they have events and fun activities. [Name removed], the activities director, is wonderful! She always plans fun activities and kept us in touch. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of memory care for a loved one! Again I can't stress how wonderful the aides are- they truly love the residents they take care of!

Everything is going very well at Stonehaven for our family

They've been very helpful, especially during Covid. With not being able to come inside, they do a lot of things for you - they accept deliveries and helped set up the phone etc. since we can't be there. They've gone over and above what we expected. We love knowing that there's always somebody there to help our loved one out. The only thing we wish was better was the food. Sometimes it's good, other times not so much.

This worked for our family and was a good community. This was better since they specialize in memory care. The staff was good to work, with sometimes the response time was lacking. This is something that the community can work on. The phone would ring more than I thought it should. The care for my loved one was very good.

My mother has been at Addington Place for four months even though these are very trying times with the Covid pandemic the staff has handled these difficult times very professionally! The staff takes a personal interest in my mother and checks on her above and beyond what one would expect! They return phone calls at anytime of the day or night! You can feel secure with your loved one being at Addington Place!

They have an onsite doctor, so the resident doesn't have to leave. The community is very friendly. They have meals and you call ahead and eat with your loved one, prior to COVID. The staff makes sure my loved one gets to their room. There is a cell phone in my loved one's room to call us anytime they want. The community doesn't take this away from my loved one. There is a code for family members that come often, they give you a code to get in to see your loved one. The community calls me about once and month, and always has something positive to say about my loved one. Heritage Village gives my loved one an activity to assist other residents to get to dinner and other activities. My loved one says they love it here. The community called and said can we get a fridge for their room, since they weren't going on field trips which the money would've been used for on these outings.

I looked at 4 different facilities and I chose Stonehaven because of the location, the cleanliness, the size of the rooms, storage and the closet space. The facility itself was also big and refreshing when we walked in. They are doing the best they can with the activities within the restrictions, but they were great before the pandemic. We have been 100% COVID free, so the staff members as well as the residents have done a great job with protecting everyone. Family visitations are going to start next week if possible in the sun rooms with Plexiglas between us. It will be limited to 2 visitors, but I am excited to see my family. We have just gotten a new chef and she has great experience, the meals have improved dramatically.

I researched a lot of places and Stonehaven immediately stuck out to me as a great fit for my dad. For what we were looking for, the price was great, the facility was clean and "homey" and the staff has been SO friendly! Every single person I've talked to there has been outstanding to me and my dad.

We highly recommend this facility. 5 of us in our family looked into a lot of dementia care places for grandmother, looking at websites, called for pricing, virtual tour. It was exhausting! But Autumn Leaves stood because they were more interested in learning about my grandma that just trying to like sell us on their facility. And between their price and how beautiful it is there, we moved her in and are so pleased we did. Their activities are upbeat and cover different areas to help improve skills (not like some places that sit residents in front of a movie) and their restaurant-like dining and the fact they have plenty of caregivers has made us grateful that she is safe and well loved. If you are looking for a place for your family member you should check them out.

My family looked into this facility because my niece actually works there. We didn't think we could move my Mom in due to the Coronavirus thing. But [name removed] in admission was very friendly and we got a virtual tour. It's clean and you can tell the people living there are happy. Our niece is super happy working there so we decided to forward and move out Mom in there. I really recommend this place. A lot of the other ones in the area are nearly as nice.

We have been looking for a place for my Aunt for months but with this coronavirus it has been difficult but when I called and spoke to [name removed] he took on like a video and was really helpful and put us at ease. So we will be moving her there. Thank you all for you all have done.

What a wonderful facility! I had my mom here for two years. They always had lots of fun activities and the staff was most caring. My mom didn’t have memory issue but was frail and with macular so couldn’t see much. The close proximity of her apartment to meals and activities was perfect for her in getting around.

Mother was well cared for while she was at Autumn Leaves of Tulsa. She was treated with respect and dignity by everyone there. She shared a room but each lady had their own space so she did not feel like she had to give up her privacy. She was encouraged to participate in the many activities that were provided each week. The facility was always clean and never smelled like some facilities do. My brother lives in Tulsa so he and his family visited often. I live out of state and I called usually daily to speak to her. When Mother passed away the staff members were considerate and supportive of us.
