Comfortable residential area, with nice and clean public gathering areas. Dining somewhat austere. [Removed] was attentive and very helpful. Facility offers resbite stays which could provide 3-29 days of care and opportunity to "check out the facility" Observed attentive and friendly care givers. Full calendar of daily activities as do most all facilities. No sponsored outside travel. Secure front door with restricted entry from outside.

I had really nice tour of this community. I really liked this community. From what I saw everything looked great, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff was kind and informative. Location was a big factor, and this community was far for me to travel too. It was a good experience, and this is a very nice community.

My mom was there just a short while about 3 months. It is a nice place to visit and they did a good job and tried to understand her needs. The community did their very best. There was a combination of people that came to visit her to provide therapy and in house nursing.

My tour of this community went well. From what I saw the community looks nice and clean. The staff was friendly and nice. It was good tour, but not the place for my mother and her needs.

The community at Autumn Leaves of Tulsa is wonderful. It is nicely kept and clean throughout. The staff were very friendly and Anthony was a charm to work with! The layout of the building had four different branches to the center. The layout was not what we were wanting for our loved one.

My parents were getting good care and safety for while living at this community. It was pretty clean all around the place. My parents thought the meals were great and seemed to enjoy what was provided. They did enjoy the activities that were available. I would recommend this place to others.

Very nice facility but takes the mildest versions of memory care. So if you are expecting to see someone be in one place to the end Benton House is not your pick. It is pretty dramatic to move from one facility to another so always ask if they have end of life care. This one truly does not

very home like place; spacious, clean. residents and care givers seem happy; Patricia gave an informative tour. I think mother would be happy here.

Overall we're pleased with how things have gone at Mallard Cove! It is a nice looking place, and the staff all seem very friendly and caring. I really like how active the community seems, they have a lot of great activities to keep the residents entertained!

Very informative, very friendly staff engaged conversation with everyone we passed by. Room was great great location to bedroom. Clean new carpet and paint. Price all inclusive manageable.

Overall I think they do a good job at Cedarhurst of Edwardsville. The people here are very nice, and the facility is well kept and clean. They have a lot of great activities and events, and we just love the place in general! However, they've had some turnover in their nursing staff recently, which has caused a few problems in regards to managing our loved ones medications. It's something we've had to watch carefully recently.

My mother has done very well there at Heritage Village of Gladstone. The overall atmosphere is very warm and comforting. I know that she is being very well taken care of. The service, the staff, the food, and everything all seems to be above par. The only area for improvement I have noticed is that mom needs a little more encouragement to make sure that she is showering as often as she needs to. Overall we are really very pleased.

Loved Mike, the director. Seems very much in control and on top of things. Seems to genuinely care and has experience. Is Citidal graduate, so likely well disciplined! Community is clean and inviting. Gorgeous community areas including family kitchen. Small library/media center. On busy street with no good views. Interior court yard with no trees. Rooms okay. Staff to PT 1/8. Nice staff, awesome cook. Memory unit for transitioning. Possibility.

Stonehaven seems to be very good right now, other than when she moved in on a Monday, the owner was out, she came straight from the hospital and there was no orientation for over a week. There was no welcome, no one came and talked to her, she didn't know about anything, menus to fill out, or when meal times were, or even where the dining room was. The only other thing is that there seems to be a lack of communication between nurses aides and the director of nursing. The director of nursing is very nice and very conscientious. They are very up on cleanliness, and the food is excellent, the dining area they keep it clean. They transport her to doctors appointments, which I love. The nurses aides are very friendly, and treat the residents with respect.

Very nice, very clean, great tour, don't know if its a fit for my mom there yet, as we have several more visits scheduled in the coming days. Seemed to be a few people sitting around with nothing going on for them..

New construction, beautiful complex. Extremely small, but could possibly work. Closest property to me.

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. This looked like a very nice community, it was clean, and the staff all seemed friendly. Our only concern was that they seemed a bit expensive for what they provided, compared to some other options we saw in the area.

We have been so happy with our experience. My mother in law is in the memory care facility and is doing very well there. Staff is nice and the food, service and cleanliness is wonderful. Very pleased

Lovely facility but we have lower cost options

My mother lived here for 1 1/2 yrs. She was well taken care of & loved. Meals were great! She never just stayed in her room because they encouraged socializing as much as could be expected. Activities to encourage their long term memory & creativity, snacks, & plenty of time for a nap! The staff became an extended family to me! There is not a perfect place, but they strive to be the best caregivers for the residences' well-being & happiness. Stop by and spend an hour there at different times of the day. The redirection for my Mom was extremely important due to dementia. That isn't possible at an assistant living facility, it wasn't needed during her 3 years there. Our loved ones needs change over the years. Don't wait too long to make the change for them, they can't do it alone!!
