This is a small and cozy community. Everyone is very friendly and we have not complaints about being here. Its not a great big place it is rather small maybe 70 units but it is a nice community. We have activities like shopping, bingo, chair yoga and more for the residents to do.

I would encourage you to check out the community and see if it is the right for you or your loved one. The community has no smell to it. There are lots of food options for the residents to choose from. The internet service is our only complaint and hasn't been upgraded since they built the building.

The facility is clean, but I have to remind them to clean my moms room when I go in and her laundry has been mixed up a few times. The staff is amazing, they really love what they are doing and it shows in their care. I love the people who work in memory care, they are fantastic. The food and desert here is really good, they are chef prepared meals. I visit a lot and the residents sometimes are busy doing activities and exercises, I think they could benefit from hiring an activities director to help. My mom loves it here and I would recommend them to others who are looking, it was like a weight lifted off of my shoulders.

Very nice building. But caregiving staff to resident ratios in memory care is low. I feel SOME of staff in memory care are there just for a pay check. They don't have a heart for memory care residents. Some care is not given (showers, help with toileting).

We toured this community and we really like it. They have a very nice outdoor space with large patios for the residence to enjoy. The staff was very nice and informative.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The nurse seemed to get frustrated easily. Communication was good between the family and the staff. They kept us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community

We have no problem with the community, they people there are very nice. Our only issues would be the communication regarding our loved one. Sometimes it is hard to get information and updates but we think that could be because of covid. We would definitely recommend this community to others.

We chose Cedarhurst of Edwardsville at the time mostly because of their memory care unit. They do not tend to have any residents who have any combative disorders. In general the room sizes were very nice and good size. If your loved one does need memory care, the nurses that are specifically doing that seem to know what they are doing and will really work with you. I would recommend to others who are looking, if you are able to afford it.

They are a good place. They did a good job of selling the place. My husband has been there twice for respite care. Last year's stay was better than this year. They knew I was coming to pick him up and when I got there he was not shaved and there was food around his mouth. So I was a little disappointed.

Very Nice! Not a lot of "common area" space. Food looked great! Very friendly staff.

The facility was clean and had all the extras you may need. [name removed] was very helpful with my questions.My concern was a small bathroom, trying to move a wheelchair through it.

We toured this community for care. The staff was nice and the community was clean with a nice environment. The menu seemed appealing and they offered activities.This community had a nice environment for the residents. We would suggest that other families tour this community on their own for the information needed for the care of a loved one.

The staff at Autumn Leaves are friendly and they do accommodate for my mother needs in the Memory Unit. I think that they could work on their activities more so that are geared more to what the residents would do to enter act with one another and stimulate them more. My mom says that she is bored out her mind. My mom goes to the main dining room as she is a real chatty, happy, go lucky sort, and likes to be around other people, unfortunately, there are a lot of residents that can not communicate as much as my mother does. So my mom does stay away from them. The community called me one day when my mom had a spat with another resident and I felt the situation was not handled correctly by the staff as they felt my mom should be medicated and I did not agree with them. The meals are done well and meet my mom's diet and she enjoys them. Autumn Leaves does have a doctor who comes in every Thursday to monitor all the patients. Autumn Leaves is very nice and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

This was a community I was considering moving my husband too, it is a nice facility. Our tour of it went very well. The atmosphere was calm, and relaxing. Everyone was kind to my husband, and I. The staff was friendly, and everything went well. We did find another community that suited our needs better, but our tour went well of this facility.

I have no complaints about the care my aunt is receiving at this community . She has been happy and very content in her new living environment which is most important to us. She enjoys her meals as well as the social environment of the dinning experience with the other residents. Overall we are pleased and would recommend it.

We liked living at this community. The staff were good and the community was kept well maintained. The food was good. We moved as the apartment we had at this community was just to large for us.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. The community is clean and well maintained. They offer daily activities. I would highly recommend this community.

My sister toured this community, and I spoke to them on the telephone. From my sister, on the tour the community looked like a very nice modern place. The people and staff were attentive, dedicated and caring. We felt mom would have been comfortable here but they did not allow pets, which was a concern at the time. Overall, Mallard Cove became our #2 choice.

The thing I really liked at this community is everything is all inclusive which makes things a lot easier on my parents budget. The staff have been very helpful with my dads recovery from his health issues and making sure he is comfortable as well as accommodating his needs as best as possible. They both have had no complaints about the food and enjoy participating in activities from time to time. Overall we are very pleased with everything so far.
