Greystone has been a blessing for me. The staff is friendly and they truly care about everyone that walks through the door. They provide amazing care and they show great compassion towards the residents

My grandparents are doing very well here. The community is very nice very clean and welcoming. The staff makes all the difference in the world. They are exceptional very caring and helpful. They go out of their way if I need something they make sure I get it. My grandmother likes the food my grandfather eats when he can. When we toured the community the director was always following up with me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had recently had a tour to this place for my father and I have no complaints of how things had went for him. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. I thought they did a great job with the presentation and made sure to take there time with us during out visit. It was just not the right budget for us in the end decision.

We toured The Wyngate Senior Living Community and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They answered all of the questions we had and the residents that we saw seemed happy and involved. We chose another community because we needed a place right away and the waiting list here was too long.

The two must haves mom wanted this location provided us a view and the feel that you were in a country surrounding. Mom is quite happy where she is involved with the activities and the social hours. She has been on at least one field trip and she very much enjoyed that. Since she is independent living she can come and go as she wants. The food she does not care for so she will either prepare food in her apartment or she will go out to eat. The location of the community was a good fit for the family she is close by.

I was very happy with the care from this community. The staff is caring and attentive I liked knowing that they had a good variety of healthy meals on the menu. this is a clean community and I am happy to know that he is offered to participate in the activities. We would recommend the care and the value of this community for other families.

We toured this community. The community does not have a lot of activities due to being a small community. The staff were nice and answered the questions of care that we had. This is a one-floor community that is helpful. We found that the community was clean and maintained. We would recommend that families tour this community for care of a loved one. This is an in the country for those who like that atmosphere.

I toured The Wyngate Senior Living, and it was a pretty good tour. The facility was clean and very nice, but the price was a bit higher than what we were looking for.

When we toured The Wyngate Senior Living Community, we thought it was a nice place with kind people, but they did not offer the same activities as The Atrium, which is what was the decision maker for us.

This was a brand new community. I was really nice. The staff was helpful and they answered all of our questions. The only reserve that we had was that we could not determine if the community would be good because there was no one there. Wanted more of an experienced staff.

The experience is pretty good but a few issues. It seems they are currently understaffed and the rooms are not getting cleaned, one person is doing it all. However, the staff are good and on top of things and taking pretty good care of my loved one. The meals are good and they are close to a hospital.

My son is okay and it is a nice place. They take him to a few places like the zoo and casino. The food quality is good but sometimes not the type of food he likes. My son is getting a good atmosphere but he is not happy with no one being in his age group, he is the youngest here.

Although we didn't ultimately go with Hearth & Home for my mom, they were certainly in great consideration. The sales manager is attentive, experienced and thoughtful. I felt comfortable from the front door and throughout. I also felt my mom and family would be just as comfortable and confident. The reason we didn't choose Hearth & Home was simply that they aren't prepared to take Medicaid when and if that time comes. Their monthly rates are great, particularly considering the average costs for the area, but ultimately, we may have had to move mom based on our family's financial situation.

Our experience with Hearth & Home has been a good one, overall. It's a nice looking facility, and the staff all seem friendly and professional. They made it a very easy transition for my loved ones, and they seem to have settled in well.

Loved the place but my mom is used to Florida weather and you have to go outside the apartment for meals. Really spacious apartments but she doesn't need that much room.

At The Wyngate Senior Living Community they do have one at least two elderly people that are [removed]. My mom will come back to her room and things will be missing. [removed] That is pretty concerning. I am not sure what they can do about that situation though really. It is something that needs to be resolved. My mom has only been there a month and I would like to be able to speak about how things are going again once she has been there longer.

Everything is really good. I don't have any major complaints or concerns. The food is pretty good, and I can't really think of anything specific I would like to see improved or done better. I would give them a four at this point.

Our experience with Hearth & Home has only been a brief one, but so far we are very pleased with the service. The people here are friendly and accommodating, and the facility itself is well kept and clean.

GlennPark Senior Living is a nice place, overall! The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility itself is clean and well kept. We toured them recently while looking into care options for a loved one, and we have had a loved one live here in the past.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I was very impressed by what I saw at Hearth & Home! It was a new, nice looking building, very clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly! We narrowed our list down to our favorite 3 communities, which included this one, and let Mom choose her favorite. She didn't end up selecting this one, but based on what we saw we can definitely recommend it as somewhere worth a look!
