We love Glenn Park. They do a great job taking care of mom. There are loads of things for them to do. We are very pleased and recommend it to anyone. We have even checked on the villa for me and my wife.

My mom has been a member of Hearth and Home for 6 months and my grandmother previously for a few years. The staff here is outstanding! The outings and activities my family has been able to attend has kept our family busy. We were so worried we were not going to have the same feelings of home anymore when placing my mom. We have been able to do everything we were when she was at home as she is now but better! We also get her to have more of a quality of relationships since she has made new friends and came out of her shell. The staff is so accommodating and helps on every level. The food is excellent and we are happy to have her here. If you are looking for a place this is it! My mom tells us all the time she loves her home.

The administration and the people running the Hearth & Home are fantastic. They are willing to help and listen to anything that needs to be addressed. We really have no complaints, the place is clean and the food is decent.

My parents are doing well at GlennPark. The staff are nice and helpful. They take good care of them and we have good communication. The food is not the greatest. They offer daily activities. I would recommend this clean well taken care of community.

Wyngate is a great place to have a loved one stay when they need extra help and care. ALL the staff has been very kind and helpful, from nurses to kitchen to maintenance to housekeeping. They have all bent over backwards to help with anything. Our loved one has improved in the month since she's been there. She was very withdrawn, non-talkative, and wouldn't get dressed; but since she has arrived at Wyngate, she has made friends, gets dressed, and is more talkative and social.

Everyone there is very friendly, attentive, and respectful of the people living their and family members . They are always working to engage everyone one is as much activities as they would like to do. And they have lots of activities for them. Could not ask for a nicer places that feels more like a home.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and facility at Hearth and Home. Nate the resident manager and Leah the head nurse went out of their way to help us transition my mom to their facility - down to staying with her at night until she got use to the facility (she had alzaheimers so they had to go above and beyond in order to get my mom adjusted to her new environment, which in alzaheimers patients this is very tramatic for them). I very much love that with this facility that there is not a separate memory care unit. I liked that my mom was able to socialize and participate in all the same activities as all the other residents and not separated into a unit just with residents with dementia and alzaheimers issues. I know that my mom enjoyed her time while she was there. This facility has a very well trained staff that knew how to handle my mom properly when she would get upset (again from the alzaheimers). No matter what time of day i would stop by to visit my mom, the staff was always busy helping residents; asking them if they needed help with anything or talking to them. The residents have alot of activities available to them which my mom enjoyed very much - especially the day they got to go on a tour of a winery!!!! I have learned from this experience that cost should not be the first factor, it should be the amount of care that the resident will receive in a assisted living facility. Even though it was at a point that my siblings and I could not take care of our mom; it was still difficult to make the choice to have my mom go into assisted living. But between Nate and Leah and the rest of the staff they took "care" of us as well by taking good care of our mom to where we didn't have to worry about her at any time while she was in their care. We knew that was the best place for my mom.

I think they do a great job overall at Hearth & Home! I've been really impressed with their overall care of the residents, as well as the great variety of activities and other things they have to offer. The staff here is very friendly, and the nurses are professional and calming when they work with people. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have top notch security for residents who have wandering issues. It is a very nice place!

My contact was a referral by Taking Care of Mom. I contacted the Resident Manager and from that day she provided the support I needed to take the necessary steps to assist in getting my 91 year old Dad to enjoy the facilities and support needed for his living needs.

Truly kind and caring staff.

Need shorter respite care. Nursing staff less than desirable as they did not monitor meds well. When we were admitted, they did not do the proper follow up with doctors. Most staff were amazing, food was ok but they didn't give my mom proper food as she struggling with chewing. Prices were high. Some residents were not nice and very clicky. Admin was amazing.

There was one nurse that was not nice. The rest of the staff were fine though. My stepdad didn't participate in anything by choice. They're all expensive.

The staff is wonderful and they treat the residents with respect and care for them with kindness. They also obviously have procedures in place that are followed. So far we are very pleased.

As in all assisted living facilities there are sometimes things that are not perfect but overall I have found it to be very good. The staff has been caring and supportive of my loved one. Giving me updates daily on their care and informing me of any concerns.

I am pleased with the care my mom and dad are receiving. Still trying to get them fully settled. This will take time because it is a big life change.

here was a couple of problems with her getting her medication on time. But mostly the staff there is very good with her and treat her very well. The food is adequate.

I'm pretty satisfied with Wyngate. My mom doesn't need alot of attention so that's good. Her room is clean & they check on her. They have activities but she's not interested. Their meals are fine too.

Obviously we were apprehensive about moving my father out of his house, but Wyngate has become his “home”, as he even calls it that now. He has expressed that everyone knows him and calls him by name which makes him feel like he belongs, and not like a visitor. I appreciate the personalized care he is given and the efforts to recognize his personality and gifts so he can feel useful as well.

The food was wonderful, Administration was very welcoming, contact the Administrator and go dine with the residents to experience the facility first hand, it's a small facility with few amenities but its lovely and it was well suited for the needs of our family member.
