A great place. The people and everything is good. I think the place is fantastic. The food is super. I would recommend The Madison Senior Living Community to anyone. The facility is really clean. The cleaning staff is always in the facility keeping it clean. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. The Madison Senior Living Community is just a fantastic place. It's been a great experience. It's nice.

This was a transition for us. They have made a lot of effort to make this transition as easy as possible. I would recommend this facility as I have rated this 5 stars.

Its a good place so far. The staff are nice and seemed to be pretty good. They seem to care about the patients and give them attention. The food is good and don't have to many activities.

I would give the community and the activities, a ten out of five. I liked this community the best out of all the ones I looked at. It was a single building, with small twin singles, apartment style. The view was of the county side. The people were very nice, had many activities, and it was very clean.

It looked attractive. I liked it because it was smaller. Also, everything was on ground level. She wasn't going to have to from one level to another. I didn't like that they did not have a lot of equipment like a hoyer lift. I wanted to convey that mom had a lot of medical issues that required more assistance, but the woman giving the tour indicated that she'd simply hire another person to help if needed.

This is one of the nicest communities I have ever seen, I would actually rate it 9 1\2 stars. The food is fantastic, they have two German Ladies and a gentleman from Louisiana who cook for the whole community. The dining room is beautiful, with linen table cloths and napkins, its like dining at a 5 star restaurant. My dad eats like a king. All the food is made fresh. The activities are amazing, they do everything and anything you can think of, fresh popcorn every day, ice cream socials, cookouts for every holiday. They take great care of my dad, he doesn't want for anything there, and is very happy. This is an absolutely beautiful community.

My mom lives at GlennPark and they are everything we hoped for and more! The facility is clean active, lively, and the food is simply amazing! Mom is always well groomed and the staff goes above and beyond to keep her happy and involved. The outings are personalized and frequent.

This was one of our top three when we were searching for options. We really liked it, the only thing it didn't have was an Alzheimer's wing, and that's what we needed. It was clean, and everyone was very friendly. It was very nice.

Marion with A Place for Mom was absolutely wonderful in our families search, plus Julia the Director at The Madison House was beyond helpful in the placement and move of our Mother/Grandmother from Florida.

Everone is very nice . The staff Goes above and beyond . I 'm very pleased !!!

This is definitely a community you should consider. I’ve very pleased with all of that. They are very clean and the staff is friendly. I’d been in touch with them for a couple of years before my loved one actually moved in.

A wonderful, caring community of nurses and staff members. I would recommend this facility to anyone! The facility is bright and cheerful. The staff goes out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. The cost is extremely generous for the care you receive.

A very nice place and Mikki was great. The staff was friendly and engaged and everyone seemed to take pride in their community.

We moved my loved one here after her previous residence started having quality issues, and they have been doing an excellent job! Not only are they much better about the hygiene issues that were the cause of her move, they also diagnosed a few issues that weren't being treated at all by her previous community. Now that she is receiving proper medication she is doing much better overall!

They are clean and the staff are very friendly. They seem to do a pretty good job with everything. The food seems to be about average. We are finding that pretty much what is presented at the tour is what you get when you move in. They do a pretty good job representing themselves accurately.

Michelle, the Director was the first reason we chose Hearth of Home Urbana. The nursing staff, the resident assistants and food staff are all great. Homey facility that really cares. We are so glad to be here. Our only regret is that Michelle will be moving on May 1st. Hoping that you find another director as good as her!

Beautiful facility, but unfortunately out of my dad's price range.

Another Home Run!! Myra was fantastic! Tammy was super and Kelli was friendly and very generous as well. The facility was set up in a unique and wonderful way. I loved the faux town look and the way the rooms all open to a common living room and dining area. The studios are spacious and the 1 bedrooms with the sun rooms are lovely. The activities calendar looks fantastic as well. I like the fact that they promote the 'aging in place' policy that eliminates the need to find other care or to move my mother (which causes her stress). A beautiful tribute garden and wall show the caring they have for the residents and the lives they led before along with the service that they gave our country. All in all a place I think my mother would feel welcome and at home.Although a little more costly, the charges that are included in the payment certainly help offset that. Thank you all again for your time and kindness.

Found this facility to be very good. Felt comfortable with their care options & the way things were ran. Would recommend them easily.
