The care at this community is great in all ways. The community is clean and the food is outstanding in all ways. My mom and dad are happy here. My mom is very happy with the activities and she is very active with the other residents. We would recommend this community to other families for care for the value and everything that is offered.

Wyngate is a wonderful place! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff are all very friendly. They do an excellent job taking care of the place! I'd give them 5s across the board!

We like the care at this community. The staff are very good at keeping us informed on her progress. The community is clean and taken care. We like the menu that is very appealing. She is happy with the activities and likes to participate. We would recommend this commumnity to other families for great care and value of a loved one.

The staff at Hearth and Home went very kind and helpful when it was time to find a place for Mother. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions and make the transition as smooth as possible. Now that she lives at Hearth and Home they have done everything possible to make it not just a place to stay, but her new home. She is treated with kindness and respect. The staff does everything possible to make her comfortable and happy to be there. The family is greatly comforted knowing that Mother is being cared for so well.

I am happy with the care that my father is getting from this caring community. The food here is very nice. He is happy with the food and the variety. He is offered to do activities., but not at this time. We would happy with the care here. I would recommend this community to other families for good care and value.

Everything is working out very well for my grandparents here at this community. They have adjusted very well to it and we are pleased. It is a nice looking community, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is great, they have kind and helpful. There are many activities available for the residents. The food is good, they serve very nice meals. I know they are good hands and being cared for well. I would recommend this community, it has worked out well for us.

This is a great community for both my mom and dad. I found the staff to be excellent and helpful in everyway. They are both happy with the food and variety. The grounds and the rooms are clean and well taken care of. At this time they are not participating in activities. I would receommend this for others to find good care for family loved ones.

My father is getting great care. The staff is very nice. I like the community it's clean and up kept. He participates in some of the activities. The meals are really good i have had a few chances to try them. I would recommend to friends and family.

Very welcoming. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Apartments were very nice. Food was excellent. They offer a lot of activities. Not too large so it has a more homey feel, like being in a country inn.

My experience with Wyngate in Parkersburg, WV was wonderful. All the nurses, aides, office workers, etc were so nice and helpful. My mom felt loved and cared for there. I felt relief that she was there being taken care of and I didn't have to worry. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my mom and how she was doing. I could call any time of the day or night to get information about her.

Comfortable friendly clean and affordable. Also one of our familys top choices. The limit here for us is that they are not set up to accept Medicaid if the time comes which is likely with our familys financial situation. They are willing to work with folks on rates if need be but I didn t want to take the chance of needing to move mom at some point.

The Executive Director gave the tour instead of a marketing sales person. Absolutely beautiful place that is almost always at 100 per cent capacity therefore chose this place immediately. The rooms are larger and doesnt resemble a nursing home in any way. Nate is extremely caring and considers it a ministry to help families and prospective residents thru such a difficult time.

Great place for assisted living. Staff is caring, and compassionate, and shows respect for the individuals. Always makes family feel welcome. Have lots of activities and they work to engage residents in everything they want to participate in. Would highly recommend, as this place feels like a home.

We cannot say enough about Wyngate. It has been a positive experience from day 1. The staff are excellent with Roger. They are are always pleasant to us & helpful. He socializes, does activities several times a day. They do Alzheimer's training for him (BBET) The food is great. It is a very clean place. We tell everyone how wonderful they are. Roger is so much better than he was at home & for that, we can't thank them enough.

They do a good job at Hearth and Home! It's a nice looking place, and the care staff is friendly and professional. They've done a very good job taking care of my loved one.

The staff at the Madison Senior Living Community is great. They are very helpful, caring and friendly. They keep me posted and up to date with everything that's going on with my husband. We are very happy

The staff is wonderful at The Wyngate Senior Living Community. The value is great. I love the place. Mom absolutely loves it. She loves the activities. I have talked to just about everybody that works there. They monitor everything and keep a close eye on the residents. They are really fabulous people working there. I am very pleased.

Things have gone very well so far at Wyngate at Rivers Edge, it is a very nice place! The staff here is caring and professional, and they have a lot to offer the residents. They offer many different levels of care, from assisted living to high end memory care, and they have a doctor that lives on-site which I think is really a big help. My loved one has only been here a short time, but they have really impressed us so far.

They are wonderful at Hearth & Home at Van Wert. I couldn't be happier with the care they are providing. The physicians are wonderful, they have him off a lot of the medications he was on. They have wonderful activities there, I haven't been able to get him involved in any yet. The staffs communication is great. I don't see anything that I would change other than it is a 40 minute drive from my house. Dad looks good and starting to gain some weight. He is awake more often. I am just really pleased with this facility.
