Clean,Freindly only have 20 cottages. Price is a little steep but for quality of service presented not bad. Will probably use as standard to rate other facilities against. Definite keeper.

We chose The Wyngate because it is close to my house and close to the hospital. The room sizes here are more like a small college dorm room. My mom seems to be overly happy with the food here. They were not clear with the first billing cycle on the amount that it would be, you do pay the first 2 months. The best part about the community so far is the communication from staff. I would recommend.

Greystone is great, they are very reasonable on cost and you can see they care about the residents. My mom has lived there for 3 months now and we are very pleased.

Madison House did a wonderful job transitioning my sister from another facility to their place. They work hard to make everyone feel like family. I would highly recommend the Madison House for any type of assisted living needs.

I have only wonderful things to say about Greystone and ALL of its wonderful staff. They’ve cared for my mom for over 5 years and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything better. Have I had to discuss concerns with them? Yes and in no way shape or form were they deceptive, misleading and not 100% dedicated to addressing my concern. Seeing that my mom has lived there for some time, I’ve been given the unique opportunity to observe what goes on. I can tell you this....they are some of the most dedicated people you will meet (from the person in charge, nurses, aides, kitchen staff,etc). I’ve seen them make decisions to protect their residents from “friends” who like to prey on the residents. This staff treats my mom and me like family. They supported me during my own healthcare crisis, bringing meals to my home, calling for updates and making sure my mom was cared for so I could take care of myself. For those wanting to find someplace that cares, the staff here is amazing.

Love it here. My loved one has been here for about 2 years and I wouldn't take him anywhere else! Staff is great!

We love Glenn Park. They do a great job taking care of mom. There are loads of things for them to do. We are very pleased and recommend it to anyone. We have even checked on the villa for me and my wife.

My mom has been a member of Hearth and Home for 6 months and my grandmother previously for a few years. The staff here is outstanding! The outings and activities my family has been able to attend has kept our family busy. We were so worried we were not going to have the same feelings of home anymore when placing my mom. We have been able to do everything we were when she was at home as she is now but better! We also get her to have more of a quality of relationships since she has made new friends and came out of her shell. The staff is so accommodating and helps on every level. The food is excellent and we are happy to have her here. If you are looking for a place this is it! My mom tells us all the time she loves her home.

The administration and the people running the Hearth & Home are fantastic. They are willing to help and listen to anything that needs to be addressed. We really have no complaints, the place is clean and the food is decent.

My parents are doing well at GlennPark. The staff are nice and helpful. They take good care of them and we have good communication. The food is not the greatest. They offer daily activities. I would recommend this clean well taken care of community.

Wyngate is a great place to have a loved one stay when they need extra help and care. ALL the staff has been very kind and helpful, from nurses to kitchen to maintenance to housekeeping. They have all bent over backwards to help with anything. Our loved one has improved in the month since she's been there. She was very withdrawn, non-talkative, and wouldn't get dressed; but since she has arrived at Wyngate, she has made friends, gets dressed, and is more talkative and social.

Everyone there is very friendly, attentive, and respectful of the people living their and family members . They are always working to engage everyone one is as much activities as they would like to do. And they have lots of activities for them. Could not ask for a nicer places that feels more like a home.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and facility at Hearth and Home. Nate the resident manager and Leah the head nurse went out of their way to help us transition my mom to their facility - down to staying with her at night until she got use to the facility (she had alzaheimers so they had to go above and beyond in order to get my mom adjusted to her new environment, which in alzaheimers patients this is very tramatic for them). I very much love that with this facility that there is not a separate memory care unit. I liked that my mom was able to socialize and participate in all the same activities as all the other residents and not separated into a unit just with residents with dementia and alzaheimers issues. I know that my mom enjoyed her time while she was there. This facility has a very well trained staff that knew how to handle my mom properly when she would get upset (again from the alzaheimers). No matter what time of day i would stop by to visit my mom, the staff was always busy helping residents; asking them if they needed help with anything or talking to them. The residents have alot of activities available to them which my mom enjoyed very much - especially the day they got to go on a tour of a winery!!!! I have learned from this experience that cost should not be the first factor, it should be the amount of care that the resident will receive in a assisted living facility. Even though it was at a point that my siblings and I could not take care of our mom; it was still difficult to make the choice to have my mom go into assisted living. But between Nate and Leah and the rest of the staff they took "care" of us as well by taking good care of our mom to where we didn't have to worry about her at any time while she was in their care. We knew that was the best place for my mom.

I think they do a great job overall at Hearth & Home! I've been really impressed with their overall care of the residents, as well as the great variety of activities and other things they have to offer. The staff here is very friendly, and the nurses are professional and calming when they work with people. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have top notch security for residents who have wandering issues. It is a very nice place!

My contact was a referral by Taking Care of Mom. I contacted the Resident Manager and from that day she provided the support I needed to take the necessary steps to assist in getting my 91 year old Dad to enjoy the facilities and support needed for his living needs.

They have been very accommodating for my dad. He has the aids wrapped around his finger! If he doesn't like his meal they bend backwards getting him something he likes

Dad passed on [date removed] we were very pleased with all your help and have told many friend and family to use your resources. We loved the family care at Hearth and Home they treated our dad as if he was their own family. We were so surprised when a couple of the ladies came to his memorial service

Corporate is seeking new management team. Nurses don't necessarily make good managers. Some of the help has moved to other places. Wages are still low and the hours are long. A cook would be a good fit to start. Staff is taking care of too many residents and several residents should be in a hospital. Hospice care is available to residents though.
