Caring attentive staff. This is a beautiful well-kept facility. My mother-in-law is very content, has made friends, and feels safe. She enjoys the special programs and occasional outings. If you are looking for a facility to move your family members trust me we couldn't be happier with Cedarhurst. We toured a lot of facilities but chose Cearhurst

We are obviously overall very happy. It was a very good fit for her. Luckily she has a fridge we bring food that she likes so she doesn't have to deal with the dining room. Sometimes they were short staffed and had long waits. Sometimes out of the scheduled dinner before she even gets there. People are very nice and friendly and even though the room seemed small at first, it is perfect for her. She feels at home.

Cedarhurst (Memory Care)has worked well with us & mom to navigate her various health needs. Staff are friendly and supportive. Facilities are clean and nice. When we’ve eaten there the food was good. Daily Activities both physical & mental that mom seems to enjoy. Overall experience has been wonderful. We get a piece of mind knowing mom is in a safe, caring place. We reached a place where we knew we could no longer provide the medical & physical care, facilities & time needed to care for mom. Cedarhurst has done a good job filling that need for both mom and us.

Great care, kind and friendly staff always trying to make residents feel at home. Good food with many social opportunities I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek of Warsaw to anyone seeking an assisted living facility for themselves or a loved one.

5 for all of them. The cost is not cheap at all. Mom would probably not be there if she did not have long/term health care coverage. Having said that, the staff has done a wonderful job of taking care of mom and making sure she gets the care she needs. The staff gives regular updates on their app of the activities, including pics. From the Director of the faculty to the support staff do a good job of communicating with us as to what's going on with mom. Also, when I have questions that need answers, they make themselves available to talk.

I would recommend them. They were a very caring staff. We visited 5 or 6 different places and were drawn to Cedarhurst. I just felt that my mom would be happy and helped with her needs.

My dad resides in another state. He needed placement in an Assisted Living Senior facility quickly. I was completely overwhelmed and needed help with the process. Fortunately, [name removed], at A Place for Mom navigated me to this facility to tour. I was impressed with the close knit, small, family, environment of Cedar Creek. [name removed], the Executive Director, conducted a thorough tour and explained all of the options available for my dad. The facility is clean and neat, with a cheerful and warm atmosphere. I appreciate the extra time [name removed] has devoted in assisting me in the process. She's been wonderful. I highly recommend Cedar Creek.

This is a hidden secret hideaway!! This is off the main road so no heavy traffic or extra noise and its so cozy and welcoming when you walk in. It is exceptionally clean and bright! Staff and residents always interacting and put out the extra effort to make everyone that walks in the door feel like they are at home.

We were worried that mom wouldn't like being here. She loves watching the birds in the garden & they allow birdfeeders that they will fill. Residents are free to go out in the garden where they have benches and chairs to just sit and enjoy the fresh air. She has gained (much needed) weight because she likes the food and eats 3 meals a day. This seems to make her more stable walking around and she has been walking around every day in instead of just sitting like she did at home. They have activities every day and are great at encouraging participation by the residents. If she is in the mood to be alone, that's ok too. It is small enough that there is a family atmosphere and all the staff knows her name. They are caring and very competent. I am happy with our choice and recommend Cedar Creek.

I literally can not put into words how much we loved Cedarhurst for our Mom !! From the moment we walked through the doors to tour the facility.. We knew this was the perfect place to make our mom her final place to call home ! They went a above and beyond our expectations through her time there ! They truly cared for her and her best interest ! They served great meals.. the facility was spotless clean.. they took care of her laundry as well ! One of the big things we loved was the employees treated her like their granny too.. they would braid her hair and hold her hand when talking to her and mom never felt alone ! I highly recommend Cedarhurst on all levels!

A Place for Mom help setup a tour here, and we absolutely love it! All staff are caring and really lovely people. They are extremely helpful & definitely here for their residents. All the activities they do offer are great. Honestly for the price, this place is AMAZING! So grateful we found this place.

The staff from entering building, to nurse and kitchen help were all caring and loving people to my aunt and my family. From beginning of her stay until having hospice at the end, they were amazing. The facility is very nice and clean and well cared for. We have never seen anything to say a negative comment about this place.

Looking back on the past year, we couldn't have asked for a better transition for our mom. From the first realization that mom needed memory help with her meds to her move-in day, we were met with understanding, compassion and reassurances. We chose Cedar Creek for the community's small family atmosphere and smallness in general. Staff have an opportunity to get to know each resident on more personal level. Activities offered are simulating and varied. Residents are cherished and loved as if they were related to the staff! Our mom has thrived here and reached her 1 yr. Anniversary in her apartment. Cedar Creek is the best choice in Fort Wayne!

They were clean, close by, and very reasonably priced for the respite care she needed for two weeks.

Staff has been anxious to help when they can. Helpful in any situation.

My 90 yr old dad made the decision to move to Cedarhurst after the passing of his wife of 69 years. This move has proven to be an excellent choice for his health, safety and happiness. The staff have made him feel welcome, cared for and loved.

Friendly and caring. Very available staff and more helped two nurse practitioners (good many activities)

Cedarhurst was absolutely the best overall experience for us. She was at [community name removed] in [name removed] but we weren't happy with the care she was getting. The staff was always playing on their phones while at the desk. Did not see any interaction with patients except to get them to and from dining area. Both facilities were clean. Staff was great at Cedarhurst from front desk to memory care techs to maintenance to the manager.
