I moved to Seymour Place in 2017. Everyone is very nice, the food is good. I have good care, by the staff. Seymour Place is clean, the building is kept up great. Activities are planned as to what our likes are. We play cards each night. Seymour Place is a great place to live. This is my home.

My mother is well here in this community. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. They have a good staff, and I know she is in good hands. She is doing well, and I'am comfortable with her move to this community. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. This is a facility I would recommend to my family, and friends.

Up in till now my parents had been living on their own. It was too much and they had been in and out of the Hospital. Now I have piece of mind that they are being fed good food regularly and health being monitored. They really worked with us to get my parents in and the staff is very friendly.

So far it's been great!The biggest thing is they are very friendly and helpful.They make you feel at home. I was there the other day and tried the food and was impressed! It's been a great experience so far!

Hamilton Place is a small, secure facility. It is visually appealing, clean, and comfortable. It is in no way similar to a nursing home. The residents have their own nice room. Even the studio rooms have plenty of room for a bed, and love seat and chair or rocker. We divided the room so it appears to have a bedroom and living area, as well as a huge bathroom and small kitchen area. The layout of the facility is great, being a rectangle with the inside area of the rectangle being a large outdoor courtyard which residents can go in and out without actually being able to go off-premise. The courtyard has trees, plants, a covered porch and an open porch, all areas with seating. The dining room is set up like a restaurant...and family can eat with their resident...the food is good, not just adequate. The staff is friendly and competent. For my family member, I would like to see more physical activities rather than games as cards and bingo are very difficult for mild dementia patients. They do have scenic drives and exercise activities which are nice. All in all, I think it's a very nice place, and my family member resident has come to the decision that it is a "nice place to be".

The staff at this community were really nice and helpful. The food was pretty good and the community was clean. They do not accept medicaid so this community would not work for us.

WE needed a place to care for both our parents, each with their own needs and High Plains met our requirements.

My mother has been in very good spirits since the move to the community. The staff are extremely friendly with her and the family. Since the first day of her move to the community she has been participating in various activities. She seems to have adapted pretty well, she does mention that they do provide them with a little to much food.

Hidden Lake is a beautiful facility with great outside scenery overlooking the lake. Staff here are so kind and loving to my mother that has been living there since 2014. I am very pleased to recommend the community to any one I meet. I have since referred my friend that moved her mother in last Fall and her mother loves it there

When we toured, the building was very clean. Everyone was real friendly including residents and employees. My questions were all answered and very impressed.

What impressed me most was the great communication between the employees. All seemed to be clued in to my wife's needs at the outset. There is obviously a learning curve to care for my wife but things seem to be settling well in place. The food is tasty and menus varied. The facility itself is very nice and well maintained. I am extremely pleased with my wife's room. The activities director sets a positive upbeat tone for the many activities that are presented. Lastly the general manager seems very much in touch with his residents and employees. It truly feels like a big family!

I had my mom living there when her alzheimers got to the point she needed someone to care for her 24/7. I was very pleased with the caring attitude, friendliness of staff and the helpful attitude. My only complaint was the cleaning staff didn't do a very good job and we would lose clothes, towels and bed sheets on occasion. But overall I thought it was a great value and gave me a big peace of mind! Ps. Food was okay but loved loved family nights! Activities were fun for mom!

The staff are so welcoming and truly care. The atmosphere is fun and everyone is always having a good time. They have a lot of activities going on and community events. It is very clean and a beautiful building.

I recently helped a family member move into your facility. Christina Place has totally changed my perception of assisted living. I was first amazed that there was absolutely no odor as one normally expects in these type facilities. we were greeting with a very pleasant clean smell. The place is just immaculate and the bonus is the outstanding , attentive caring staff. Very impressive. I will definitely recommend Christina Place to others.

I highly recommend High Plains. My Aunt is getting settled in better than expected. I spent two nights there with her. It's real clean. They're all very friendly. There was an odor in her shared bathroom, but I brought it to the staff's attention and by the next day it was taken care of. There's a lot going on, she's doing something all the time. Bingo, bowling, drawing, coloring. The food is good.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

The rooms are a little small, but Hamilton Place is a great place. It is nice furnished and decorated and it is always clean and well maintained. The staff is very attentive and accommodating to the residents needs.

Housekeeping is an issue for the apartments.
